My husband and I have been using this locations services for about 5 years. They are always very kind and quick. They seem pretty honest too as anything theyve suggested get fixed or replaced were things I knew were needed soon.*Covid times, about 2/3 of the customers at this location were not wearing masks. Signs were posted for masks and distance but it was only sometimes observed. Use caution at this location.

I have been going to this Tire Kingdom for a number of years. They have always been very cordial and professional. I worked as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry for a number of years. When I left the business I wasn’t sure where I should go. Trusting someone with your vehicle is a really big deal. I felt the need to give these guys a deserving review. I own my vehicles outright and try to get the most out of them. My vehicles are running tip top and I have the team at Tire Kingdom to thank. So I am not going to go over everything just the fine points. It took me over 4 hours to get a tire fixed when I had my appointment at 1:30. Which I overlooked. They finally called me and said it was ready. Went there and paid. Got in my vehicle and they did not put air in my tire? It was at 22 PSI. Then I get back to work and the cap to my tire stem is gone? Are you kidding me? I can not believe this.

I truly appreciate the service I received here. Scheduling was easy and they see you promptly upon your arrival. Richard, was amazing with his thorough servicing of my vehicle. I truly appreciate all of what each mechanic did for my vehicle and definitely will be returning.

All employees including the back shop are very friendly, helpful and professional. Shelby (store manager) has always been very helpful, all work is always done in a timely manner and done right. Been coming here for many years and for many years to come..

On phone Gave me a price, and said they had a particular tire in stock, and made the appointment. I get there and they said they only have one type tire, that is totally different, 30% less tread life and $100 more. Bait and switch.

Worst customer service ever. I have an interstate battery. Before coming to this tire Kingdom I spoke to a few closer to me and they did not have the battery in stock and they told me that they could replace the battery but it would be mid week until they get a new shipment so I decided to call around to see if any other tire kingdom‘s had the battery I needed. When I called this one, I spoke with the employee on the phone and explained the battery was coming off of a newer tractor that came with an interstate battery from the manufacture. The battery clearly stated the manufacture number and manufacture date along with 24 month free replacement warranty clearly printed on the battery. After telling the employee all that, he said, he would have to test the battery to replace it but it would be replaced under warranty. So I got in my car and drove to Tampa 20 minutes away and brought the battery in. The service manager who proceeded to help me told me I needed a receipt. I explain to him that it was from a tractor and that’s why I called before I came to make sure they could honor the warranty for the interstate battery. He told me he would not replace it and he was not going to honor the warranty because I did not have a receipt of purchasing the battery from them. My question is what do they do when someone drives a new car in with no receipt of the battery in the car but they will still replace those under warranty? I will never go to this location again because they wasted my valuable time. I hope this review helps.

There are a lot of Tire kingdoms around. I have had my experience with a lot of them throughout the years, but I would like to say, this particular location at the corner of Highway 301 and Palm River Road has the best service, and the work that they perform is amazing! I have never had one bad experience at this location.

Worst place to fix your car. They fix the wrong part then the next day the engine light came up brought it back coming to find out they damage one of my hose and ask for me to pay to replace it after they the one who broke it.

First tire kingdom I have gone too and not received any paperwork or feedback about my car. This location has to long of a wait time for appointments, Does not give you a 5 point check with oil change, and is more concern about quantity rather than quality. I did call try to speak with them and they kept putting me on hold for long periods of time on different occasions (days).

I went to this location after having several issues with the Fletcher location by USF and even had to get their cooperate office involved. The Fletcher location removed my Tire Pressure Sensor on purpose and tried charging me multiple times to just place it back on. I went into this location explained the issue.. there was a small wait but I didnt have an appointment so I didnt mind and they fixed the problem within an hour, were more then apologetic and helped with the bill for the trouble I had been put through. They have two different waiting rooms so plenty of seating and when I say this place was clean, it was the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever been to. I would have gone to this location to begin with as it is closer to my home but unfortunately my car broke down over by USF putting me in a very unfortune situation.

They scratch all 4 of my rims had them painted by some smock Yeah didnt even last 3 months notified them they said they get back to me and never did notified them several times never got back to me.Another time I sent my wife there and they tried ripping her off....

Place was great with a friendly staff that took care of me quickly. I had a screw stuck in my tire without further damage, and they took it out and adjusted my tire pressure at no cost. I would definitely recommend this place and come back for more work that needs to get done.

These guys are so slow. I always show up with an appointment and my car has not been touched for an hour now. They did this last time and I thought I’d give this location another go, but they just really have awful customer service and scheduling. If they aren’t able to take my vehicle at the appointment time then take the time down from scheduling. Awful

My boyfriend took his car here to replace 4 tires on Sunday, two days later his front left tire completely falls off while driving. The technician said something about it being super rusty but that has never been a problem with it before. Would not recommend and won’t ever take any of our cars back here.

These guys fit us in quickly and pulled a huge bolt out of our tire. They had us patched up in no time and the charge was minimal. Great work gentlemen!

Arrived with a company van with a flat tire. Employee behind the counter was very curt and practically yelled at me. I felt that I had to leave before he got physical. Waited in parking lot and called AAA fleet services for repair.

My sisters car was having issues starting so I went to go jump her car and got it started. Since she was close to this location, I told her to go get her battery tested to make sure it wasnt anything else. They were fast in getting our battery tested and the guy even offered to jump my sisters car when she started it back up. The guy told us that it was cheaper to get a battery from Walmart and have them install it but since their auto center wasnt open, our next best bet was to take it to Advance Auto Parts. He was so helpful and honest that I felt that I needed to tip him but I didnt in case he could get in trouble. The customer service we received here was beyond what I could have imagined at an auto shop. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Got a flat on my Porsche 911 Turbo with aftermarket wheels. Carlos handled my car personally. He went and picked up the tire himself. When he took the tire off he found I ran over a brake pad and the tire swallowed it. He washed the fix a flat off my wheel and got me back on the road. I manage a body shop just down the street and we use this location for our tire and suspension needs. The entire staff is amazing and takes good care of all of the many vehicles that we run through here often! We take our personal vehicles here also and never disappointed. Rigo is my go to guy if hes available. He always listens to the situation, assesses the information, then takes it into his own hands before passing on to a technician for the repairs. This place never disappoints. First class service all the way around! !

Read what is NOT covered under their tire protection warranty! Youre told and its sold as flat repairs for the life of the tire, but all flats are not treated equal. For example: road hazard such as snags and punctures.....you know, how you would normally get a flat will get you (as in my case) $87 off but a $167 bill. Check and double check. It may not be worth it for you!

Having gone in with a faulty tire (rim was damaged), the staff was able to save me some huge headache by filling my tire and getting me out the door so that I could make it to my home mechanic to purchase a new rim. New tire is great too! Only wish I had the budget at the time to get a second one.

I do not recomend this place . drop my car at 9:13 am to fix one tire that was flat. time is now 4:31pm. not not fixed...with alinement. for the price .. the service is horrible. recomend go to another place. tire kingdom. hwy 301 and palm river. one tire... geeez

I am the owner of a small surveying company in the area. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating and does a tremendous job. I know I can drop my vehicles off and they will get the job done correctly and for a fair price. Carlos, Rigo and Nick are the uttermost professionals and really provide top notch services. My trucks have been serviced here for three years now and I have only ever had a great experience. I would highly recommend them to any other small business for thier maintenance needs. To me being able to drop my trucks off on a Friday and pick them up on Sunday is a game changer. They have earned my business as a loyal customer for my fleet and personal vehicle. If anyone in upper management should read this, your staff at this location are all model employees and should be rewarded for their amazing work.

It would be morally irresponsible of me to say that I could recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone. This is the kind of place where minimal work is performed just to send the customer out of the door. I seldom leave poor reviews of businesses, but due to my last experience with this shop, I simply cannot ignore the urge to warn others.Several months ago I came in to have my tires rotated, balanced, and a nail removed from one of my tires (I had purchased the protection plan when I had the tires put on my truck). When I received my truck back, I was satisfied that the nail was removed, but my tires were not rotated or balanced. (I marked one and it was in the same spot). I was assured that they were rotated- but I was mainly happy that the nail was patched and decided to pick my battles and just go home. My second experience was with my wife’s car. I noticed that one tire had a slow leak and would drop from 32psi to 19 psi in 2 days. I dropped it off first thing in the morning when they opened up and was told that it should be done by the end of the day. I checked in about an hour before close and they still had not seen our vehicle, but was told to come back around closing time. The man at the front (had a bolts tattoo on his forearm) said that there was no nails or leaks, and that they even submerged the tire and there was no evidence of a leak. However, 2 days later, we were back to 19psi. Did the soapy water test to find a decent sized nail in the middle of the tire (see picture). Had to plug it myself using a roadside kit. There is absolutely no way that a leak of that size would have been missed in a submersion test.There is something ethically wrong with a business that would deliberately lie to a customer- especially with something that could turn into a safety concern. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs.

My wifes experience: Tire Kingdom is AWESOME! After experiencing a flat tire on my way to work, I was so happy to discover that Tire Kingdom opened at 7:00 am. The gentleman repaired my tire and had me on my way quickly. The customer service I received was optimal. The tire shop is convenient (i.e., off an exit, open early). I was treated like a QUEEN at Tire Kingdom.

I like going to this tire kingdom because the staff is always professional and care about their jobs in particular Carlos. He is very genuine and explains things well. I would definitely recommend this location!

The company I work for has 11 vehicles and we have been using this store for the past 4 years racking up over $50,000 worth of tire and alignments. Every time we do business with this company we pay over the phone with a credit card. Today, 6/12/20 around 1:30pm Nick called us and let us know the tire we were getting repaired was ready to be picked up. We said okay heres my cc #. Nick says Its against company policy to take payment over the phone in a very rude way, we get his manager on the phone and they process the payment no problem. So due to Nick behind a D**k, he lost tire kingdom our business. The ticket was for just over $18, when just 2 weeks ago we did over $2400.00 in tires with no issue. Very disappointed in this company

First off id like to say the reason that I’m giving a one star is due to poor customer service!The Guy Nick that works here at the front desk is beyond disrespectful and always , I mean always has an attitude.I’m really surprised that he still has a job!Carlos on the other hand, he’s respectful and he’s always willing to help out!I came in for new brakes, 2tires & an oil change I was on my way within the hour . This store does not accept their mistakes. Ive been up to this store twice in 2 days to get my tire fixed. I called the day before to make sure they had a tire for me in stock before i came up there to replace me tire. They did not replace it they patched it TWICE after i told them i wanted replaced. I picked my car up at 230 this afternoon and its now flat again after i was told they tested my tire 3 times to make sure it wouldnt go flat. Then after being on hold for 10 mins i was told there was no manager on site to talk to and the person who answered the phone had nothing to say about their mistake and hung up on me. I do not recommended this store for any mechanical work. And he told them he would squeeze me in to change my tire. Which i find unacceptable when it was their mistake for not doing was i wanted in the first place.

The manager Mr. Rodriguez was great. I was on vacation with my family when we picked up a huge piece of metal in the tire. I pulled in this Tire Kingdom and they got me in and out. I just knew I was going to need a new tire. They repaired it and i havent had trouble from that tire since.

Carlos, fit me in on Labor Day weekend after calling around to 3 different locations that were all swamped and said it would take the whole dayOur Camshaft Position Sensors went right before our trip across country. Carlos knew his stuff and helped advise us on a decision while keeping it straight . They also took care of us with a great deal on the parts. Gracias hermano!

Came in this morning without an appoint. Carlos was able to fit me in to their extremely busy schedule to get a patch dont on one of my tires.Nail ended up in only being in the tread and didnt puncture the tire. The guys in the shop showed me there was no leak and i was on my way, with no charge.

Service here is always great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Communication and explaining my problem is also great here. Ive never been pushed into having other services done besides what i asked for. Tire kingdom has always been my go to place to take my car and i will continue to go here.

So my Experience in the past with this location was not a good one. I thought I’d give it another try since I live a few minutes away. A few weeks ago I brought my vehicle in to be worked on. And I must say I was extremely happy with my service!! The Mechanic that was working on my car his name was “Darrin”. He had me in and out less then an hour with my 4 new tires, wind shield wipers and a oil change! I know who I’m asking for the next time I visit. Thank you guys !

I like to take my car here for maintenance. I pay less for synthetic oil change and tire rotation than for just an oil change elsewhere. And everyone is so nice and helpful. Just make sure you have a fully charged phone or a book for the wait. 😊

Thank you to Carlos for getting me a tire before the close of business. After catching a flat on the highway I called the guy who was very rude on the phone and he said I could bring the car in I brought the car in and this same person who took my call heavy set curly hair white guy(I dont know his name) said NO wait until tomorrow I said I have to work at 7am.... He said thats all he could do. I went outside to call around to another tire shop and thats when Carlos came OUTSIDE to save the day he got me in before closing time offered me water and the bathroom was clean. Thank you Carlos.

Great staff great pricing

Went there to have my oil changed, they called me and told me it as done but that my battery tested bad and needed to be replaced ASAP. When I arrived, they told me the battery was maximum risk and they gave me a paper showing that the reading was significantly low, trying to get me to buy a battery. I told them no because I had a three year warranty for my battery through Advanced. I drove my car 3 minutes down the road to Advanced Auto and they tested my battery out put right in front of me and the battery read perfectly fine. As a female, I hate going to these places because they assume that I do not know any better. Good thing I didnt bother spending money on a battery like they wanted me to!

Carlos was by far AMAZING!!! The side panel on my car fell off I had gotten my car towed there Carlos took my car in right away fixed it within 5 minutes and I was done no issue didn’t charge me for his time no nothing by far the best experience I have had thank you so much Carlos you ROCK!!!!

Was extremely pleased with my visit to tire kingdom. Zack was absolutely amazing and took care of me before I even walked into the store! From the first phone call I made Zack went above and beyond for me! He got me the best deal on my tires, wipes and oil change for my Jeep!! He even took time out of his day to look at my bumper which I damaged the morning of my appointment and told me exactly what to do! I will never go to another store for my Jeep! Tire kingdom has been awesome to me in the past month. I will never go to another tire place ever again. The first time I came in I had a flat and was in a hurry. They found me an affordable tire and had me in and out in about 45 minutes without even having to make an appointment and even though they were busy. They took the time to listen to me and understand that my time was precious and that I didnt have much of it. As a person who works 2 full time jobs this means so much to me. The second time I had to come in was today. I had an appointment this time. I had a balled tire and needed it changed. I also had two burnt out headlights. They had given me a price for the tire before I came in and matched the new tire I had previously put on. I decided at the time not to get my headlights replaced because labor was expensive and I had found a cheaper place even though I didnt have time for that. While I was waiting the manager came to me and told me that he had researched for me and found me a cheaper tire. They saved me $20 and for someone like me that was huge. Unfortunately when they put the tire on they put it on the wrong side and had replaced my brand new tire I just had replaced with the new tire I had just purchased. When I looked at my car I was upset. I had other things to do and it was just another obstacle in my already long day. However the manager was great about it. He apologized and had it fixed immediately. To make it up to me he told me that they would replace my headlights at no charge for their mistake which is also huge for me. Not only did he fix the issue immediately he did everything he could to make it right. I have never had such amazing service as I have had today with Tire Kingdom. I will continue to give this Tire Kingdom my business for years to come.

I came in the shop today needing an oil change. Mind you I had no coupon, no appointment either. Bill helped me while I was there. He was very kind, patient, and accommodating. Thanks to him and the helpful employees there I was able to leave with my oil change and two brand new tires at reasonable prices. The least oppressive monarchy in the history of steel belted rubber. A clean, orderly enterprise with well-behaved subjects. One dissenter was publicly executed during our stay, but we were all given $19.99 oil change coupons for our collective trauma. Great service.

I spoke to a man 1.5 hours prior to closing that stated he could complete my oil change before they closed for the day. I arrived at Tire Kingdom 10 minutes later and they denied my service request by saying they wont have enough time to complete. Will never return due to staff members unable to communicate efficiently.

STAY CLEAR. Absolutely worst tire shop I have ever experienced. After them scratching 3 of my brand new wheels, breaking a wheel sensor (which they didn’t tell me about), & never getting the balance right I will never be back. Rigo the manager is a nice guy but no one at this store (including him) knows basic tire services. I did end up getting reimbursed for one of the wheels & the tire sensor. I have switched to the store on Brandon Blvd & have had good luck so far.

I trust these guys with my car. They are prompt, fair, and dont pull any punches. I was using my dealer and switched, as they give you the personal touch. The dealer lost 4 new tires, due to an oversight with my wear bars showing... I was slipping and they said all good. Just too busy......not these guys. Highly recommend.

Out of the 100 shops in the area, this will always be in the bottom 10% in customer service and in honoring appointment times. Prices are good for tire deals, but I suggest to leave your car all day and into tomorrow!! Best customer service I have received in a long time. The manager gave me different options when it came to purchasing expensive tires. He gave me pros and cons and made sure my car was aligned properly and test drove the car before I left. He even gave us a ride to and picked us up from the nearest bowling alley and pub so we didnt have to sit and wait. Clean shop and friendly service.

First time taking my car to Tire Kingdom off of 301 in Tampa and it will definitely not be the last. When I first arrived I was greeted with exceptional customer service from the cashier/sales associate Carlos who greeted me as soon as I entered the door and made me extremely comfortable. Within minutes my car was taken into the shop to be serviced. When I thought my experience couldnt get any better I was surprisingly wrong. The employee James who was servicing my car took the time to introduce himself and described in detail what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very professional and I was blown away with his knowledge and willingness to explain everything in detail. I will only take my car in to be worked on by James in the future. If youre thinking about taking your car somewhere I would highly recommend Tire Kingdom and if possible I would request James.

I noticed one of my tire have a problem on Friday evening, At 12am I set my appt online for Saturday morning (super easy). Arrived to our appt Rico Rodriguez was the best, so above and beyond and made us feel welcome not just $$$ and look to see if our tire was still under warranty. We missed by a month but he’s took care of us and fix it and more. We definitely coming back for more services.
