Misdiagnosed my problem and charged me $666 for a new FSCM that apparently I didnt need. I got the same codes after the installation of the new module. When I asked him about that, he advised me to keep driving the car like that and said it sounds to him I have a problem with the ECM. Didnt even offer to check why his diagnosis went wrong, even though he collected a lot of money for totally unnecessary repair.

Car broke down and had it towed there. Quoted me $600 to replace thermostat. WHAT!!!OMG!!! Carried to another shop and was charged $180. SAVED $420 DOLLARS. Stay away from this scam artist. Do not go there. Reis Auto Service is a total rip off.

I do NOT recommend this place. I took my car there a couple of days ago. They changed my air compressor which was supposed to be the source of the noise i was hearing. The car continued with the same noise, so they told me then it was the alternator. They charged me for both even though the compressor was never the problem. I ended up paying $1200 for something i did not need!They will charge you for things you do not need to change or fix!!Stay away!!And customer service is horrible!!I will never go back!

I just went there because of their advertisement of oil change for $9.99. I was not expecting the same price but probably a few more bucks which ended being almost $30 bucks. I was about to do it but his owner is really mean and with a very rude attitude (probably already prejudiced from so many people complaining after their fake advertisement...whos fault is it?) he said something about my car that I didnt agree with and out of the sodden he said he wouldnt do my oil change...Im like for real, just because I didnt agree with your ridiculous statement?...either way, I just moved to the zone and still have a lot of choices where to take my car to...hopefully he can say the same in reference to their clients...his business will succeed for sure the way hes doing😝😝

I Would Take My Business Elsewhere If I Were You. I took my car in for a quick oil change. Vehicle has a small power steering leak where I would need to fill it up every 2 to 3 months or so. I had the mechanic take a look at it, and he said it was fine just a small leak we can address next oil change. Left the shop and went into my office, came out 2 hrs later all of my power steering fluid is empty. Called the next day owner Steve Reis to tell him what happened and he cut me off and said I am trying to get free service from them and its not happening. Very unprofessional, with poor customer service. Take your business else where....

I was treated well by Bobby.But the contractors mechanics they have make a lot of mistakes, that you have to pay for them later. The owner will tell you the car had that problem before, so there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s your word against the mechanic.He couldn’t care less.Very dishonest business

Customer service to my attention has always been great the owner has always been a gentleman. HOWEVER i found out that with the 6 yrs ive been their LOYAL customer they NEVER CHECK FLUIDS IN MY CAR. Im a single mom so i trusted them to be on top of that as that is part of the oil change witch i had it done last month. Well come to find out I blew up my radiator cause they never refilled the coolant intake AND where the transition fluid goes was DRY, DRYYYYYY. when i pulled the stick to check the stick was completely dry. I almost mess my transmission up! Come on!!!. I may be a Female but i do now the essential about cars. REIS AUTO SERVICE JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. IM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.and Im not referring them to no one.

Poor service, unskilled mechanics, and the owner Steve Reis, has no customer service skills. I took my vehicle for synthetic oil change and when I received it back the check engine light was on so I put an OBD2 scan tool on it, and its showed me a code for two sensors and I figured I would take it to my regular mechanic and have the sensors put in that it was calling for, so after buying two sensors the check engine light still on ,so I figured I might as well take it to a BMW specialist, so when I took it there he diagnosed it and gave me a call and ask me who was the last one to change your oil and I told him I took it to some place right there on West Hillsborough Avenue and he informed me that whoever changed my oil, misplaced or has broken the oil Presureized oil cap, thats why you are not getting the proper pressure, and by that being so, you are showing these codes. So I had him take pictures and give me the piece back that was broken he made the repair and now my car is running perfectly, like before I took it to get the oil changed in the first place at Reis Auto Repair. So I contacted Steve Reis, the owner and spoke with him about the situation and explain to him what happened and showed him photos and the part that was misplaced and broken, and explained to him, how this has been a nightmare, and also been costly to me. And I was fair with him, and told him that I think it would be fair, if he refunded my money back from the original oil change that this problem stem from, he refused to take any responsibility for his unskilled mechanics and also doing the damage to my vehicle, and also speaking with him, he has poor customer service skills, now I will take further legal action. So if you are planning to take your vehicle to Reis Auto Repair, I would think twice, Do not have to experience the headache, time and money that I had to go through, making the mistake of taking my vehicle here and having the oil changed done by someone that has poor skills, and no responsibility. Amazing, 5 months ago I spent almost $1000 on brakes and the brakes never stopped making noise, I went back a couple of times and they told me that everything was fine. Last week I had to take it because the brakes were already ringing a lot and guess??? I have to make the brakes again🤡.but they looked for a solution I kept trusting them and pay $160 more and Now guess what the car keeps ringing ....... Im never going again
