I call Air-Rics A/C and scheduled an appointment with them because my ac was only blowing warm air. They came out found the problem and explained why it happened. I felt educated and in goods hands with there tech Eric. I would high recommend them again.

Only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. BEWARE. If you get Shane sent to you, stop! He tried to work on our unit 3 times. Each time it was a different line of bs. Aside from not wanting to be there. Run away from this company. Call J&L if you want to be treated fair and honest. These people dont know the definition of those words.

Office staff is completely disrespectful and belligerent when dealing with customers that just call for a status on technicians. I cant believe i was talked to that way and i am the customer spending my hard own money. I will never recommend or deal with this business again

Talked to Rick yesterday morning and a Tech arrived at my house by 230pm. The tech was in and out without a trace. He was very respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me. Oh and best part was the price!!!

They never answer phone or return calls for service. Even during business hours. I was recommended them by a friend however Ive decided to pay extra and go elsewhere. At least they (competitors) answer the phone.

Great company, they replaced two AC units for me and did a great job. They came back out as needed during renovations to hook up the thermostat and electrical. Their prices are among the best in town. I highly recommend Ricks AC.

Ricks A/C, replace my A/C in my home, His techs took the time to make sure no damage would happen to my 70 plus hardwood floors. Installation was done on time as promise. Fair price and sometimes smaller companies are better. Rick is now on speed dial, for any appliance repair.

Awesome! We were out of AC for a week. It was 90 degrees in my house! Another company kept bandaiding the problem and it would break again. FINALLY some one told the home owners the units need to be replaced. As soon as they got approval they came back to replace the AC. They finished it on less than a day! They are my heros!

Best outfit Ive ever seen. I called them Monday at 11 and by 1130 they had the first guy of a 5 man crew out there ripping out the old ac unit and installing a new one. They had everything up and running by 5, painted, cleaned, permitted and processed my TECO refund also. Very professional. And, the price of the system blew away the competitors. iI never write reviews but if you ever need AC work you have to use these guys.

I was very pleased with my experience with Ricks AC. Initially, I called to order a part I needed to install on my unit and they had it in stock at a reasonable price. When I picked up the part, Rick was kind enough to give me a couple pointers on installing the part myself. After the part didnt fix my problem, I called them back and they were able to get a very competent tech (Farid) out to my house quickly. Farid was able to diagnose my issue quickly and accurately. It sounds like they have several experienced techs on staff and definitely offer a great service at a reasonable price whether you are a DIY customer or have no clue about AC and just need a good, honest AC company to help you out. The tech was an incompetent idiot. Adam, the tech, didnt fix my refrigerator the first time. The second time he never showed up and when I called the office, the owner said the tech was there with him in the office. Additionally, the owner was very rude and hung up on me.
