Fair, honest, great prices and helpful staff. We had a mix-up where I was delivered the wrong oven; no questions asked, they took it back, loaded up the correct item, and brought it back promptly. If you want ANY appliances during the pandemic, this is probably your top option as most new appliance vendors - and even scratch and dent depots - are completely wiped clean.

I had an appliance that was a few months old and thought they might be willing to buy it. I called and the operator told me that they dont have anyone to pick it up. Oh well, their loss. Im not going to rent a trailer, load it up and then they try to screw me.

Whenever you are ready to go purchase a good appliance at 1/2 the cost this place may have you saying SOLD ovens ,washers, dryers, and theyre too happy to help you and explain exactly what it is that they have to sell you good salesmanship and good products.

Very easy to work with and the used appliance we bought was almost like new and works great. They did run a little late for delivery but for the bargain you really can’t complain. The crew that showed up did their job and were in and out quickly.

Ive tried using this company many times because of their convenient location. But its not worth it. 3 different times they just no show. And a few other times the appliances break right after their terrible 2-week guarantee period. There arent a lot of great options in the area, so its a shame that they cant do it better.Edit: definitely talking about this exact location. Ive tried getting appliances and service from you for years. First couple of times were okay but its completely fallen off a cliff since. Literally been stood up 3 of last 4 scheduled services in the last 2 months.

I highly recommend ABC Appliances. Our microwave broke right after we moved into our new house. We tried to get a few companies out to diagnose it so we could claim it on a warranty. Each company charged a hefty diagnoses fee. We looked at getting Home Depot to install a new one and it was close to $500. So, I found good reviews for ABC and went to see what their options were for a refurbished microwave and an estimate for the current broken microwave to give to the warranty company. I talked to the owner, Antonio. I told him what our warranty required with a diagnosis and their specific details needed on a letterhead with other details. He was extremely willing to write the letter that was needed for the warranty and he sold us a brand new, never used, microwave from his store. It was a Whirlpool Gold, top of the line, that still had the styrofoam inside. Everything together was close to half it would cost for a Home Depot microwave and install plus we received the needed letter. I would highly recommend ABC and will be going back whenever we need appliance repair or a new appliance.

I had a great experience. You have to remember that you’re purchasing a used appliance. The delivery person always calls about 45 minutes before he arrives so run your errands and just remember to not be further away from your house than 45 minutes. Consider that the delivery person is hauling something heavy and cumbersome and not every place he delivers to is an easy roll from his truck to your appliance location. Sometimes he has to stop and remove the doors of fridges for it to fit and there are other mishaps that could happen in the installation. With all of those conditions though my delivery guy was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and very professional. I had a return and it went smooth as silk, no problem. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Awesome folks!

Im a rental owner and come here regularly over the last 3 years. Every fridge and stove Ive bought from them is still working. They are clean units at a fair price and delivered/installed well. Ive had one warranty call for them that happened 5 days past the warranty period and they took care of it under warranty, replacing the fridge in question. Would recommend for reasonably priced, clean and operable used appliances.

I bought a refrigerator back about 8 months ago. The refrigerator was super clean and you can tell they had bleached it well on the inside to get it spotless. Had a good fresh smell to it and they had cleaned out around the motor and moving parts. We have had no problems with it. Worse than waiting for the cable guy!!! Gave a window of 3 hours for delivery, 2pm to 5pm. I take off work to wait, no show. When I call, the unapologetic woman who answered said they are running late, wont be here til 7 or 8pm. No one called to let me know, no heads up whatsoever. Initially ABC Appliances delivered a unit to my condo that did not fit the sizing provided in my communications and thus ended up not fitting in my opening. After confronting their team, specifically Antonio, with the issue, he stepped up and resolved it very quickly and with a lot of gratitude. In sales and retail there are always challenges, it is how you address them that makes the difference. ABC handled the situation beautifully and would absolutely use them again!

We ordered from this business two times for my family in Tampa ,Fl Ray was my salesman and was very helpful furnishing us with photos and even video chat with me the washer and dryer set were delivered to the resident address on time and checked them out for any problems . We walked into the ABC Appliances store off Nebraska to purchase a washer and dryer. Hanif helped us find the perfect set by Maytag and it was delivered and installed the next day. 6 weeks later, I had an issue with the dryer not drying properly, reached out to Hanif and he had someone out to my house in 2 days to take a look at the problem. Turns out I just didnt have good airflow... and it was a quick fix for the service guy. I am a happy customer! Would definitely recommend.

Just got off of the phone with the female that works the front desk and received horrible customer service and a very nasty attitude when calling to discuss my malfunctioning lg all in one washer that I purchased in February of this for almost $500. I was sold on the machine being brand new after only being used in an apartment complex for only a short time. I have kept up all cleaning and maintenance myself. And Instead of standing behind this very expensive product and sending a tech out to diagnose it as an courtesy. I was told that I would have to pay an extra $45 on top of the money that I just gave them earlier in the year for this machine just to have the tech look at it or bring it in at my own expense like I can fit that huge machine in my Chevy Cruze. Please do not spend tour money with them!!! Save your money and buy it brand new or at an respectable company that isn’t just about the sale and actually cares about keeping there customers.

Purchased a refrigerator in January for my parents - both 91 yrs of age - a month later it stopped working - my mother loved the fridge and wanted to keep it - I notified ABC Appliances and a repair person was sent out immediately - a part was ordered and installed - at no charge to me - but within days the fridge stopped working again - I again notified ABC Appliances and they picked up the fridge and replaced it with a better one which is still working great more than a month out - thats why I waited to post this review. I just want to give credit to ABC Appliances, in particular repairman tech Rudy and office person Katiria for their quick response and for the repairs and replacement even though it had been past the 30 days - very professional and caring.

This was my first encounter with a used appliance store and Ill admit my apprehension proved unjustified. These guys were polite, practical, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me a great, no-pressure price without any haggling and the owner himself even came along for the delivery to ensure that everything went smoothly. Have had my last washer and dryer fixed by them and when they finally gave out I got my new washer and dryer from them... they have a 30 day warranty... washer I bought from them was working great then started leaking within the 30 days technician came out and showed me the issue one of my kids socks got stuck in the motor... they still replaced it for free since it was in the 30 days... I refer every one I can here... they work with u on the price and when u come back and do repeat business they will discount purchases or repairs no problem....

I bought my washer and dryer at Abc used appliances and was more than hooked up with a great deal. They delivered it the same day hooked everything up for me and assured me if I had any issues they would take care of anything for me. I even had them repair my moms refrigerator after ward and have referred some of my friends and Customers.

After making a service call and paying the $45 call fee...… the technician arrives at the our Rental house and within 3 minutes without opening any screws to our range stove told us the problem...…. which by the way we knew before hand it had something to do with the element switch but was hoping he could fix that instance, since we could not make it to the rental house. so after leaving tells us since the parts company is closed he will let us know in the morning and also the part is very hard to find not sure if they even carry it... so in the morning he calls and says it $285 less the $45 call fee that i paid to repair and am like you kidding!!!! so i told them no..... long story short the element part only cost $17 and it took less than 5 mins to install...….. so you judge the scenario urself... and be warned.

They seemed nice at first. Customer service was friendly. Then the appliances were delivered. The refrigerator came one dryer and one shelf short, and the ice maker didnt work. The washer keeps giving an error code and wont run. They sent a repair person who has yet to fix anything.

Bought several appliances from them -overall service was good - did get a lemon of a washer. As i was out of my 30 day warranty period on the washer, all they could offer me was a price consideration on the purchase of another washer. Overall impression: , Caveat emptor (buyer beware).

Was initially hopeful and wanted this to all work out. Unfortunately not the case. I will start by saying I will never buy brand new appliances for many reasons and I value and appreciate small business owners/operators. I purchased an electric dryer, brought it home myself. Immediatly noticed it was taking several cycles to dry one load. Called and was suggested to get my vent cleaned...so I did (by professional). While trying the different cycles on the dryer only one worked properly. I called and asked if someone could help me out to figure out the problem with the other cycles (was told to call back to speak with technician). Called back and was told no tech was available. Got the initial guy who sold me the dryer on the phone and was told a number of things that was NEVER said at time of sale (and I was there a long time while they were getting the dryer tested)...Im a pretty reasonable person and surely do not expect something for nothing. All of this is well within the first 30 days.Besides being condescending, telling me For $150, do you expect me to send someone where you live? Im less then 15 miles out of Tampa area. He swore that he told me all the terms of the warranty at time of sale, which simply was a lie, stating that because I didnt opt to have them deliver (bc i have my own truck) he was not going to send someone out (that was never said at time of sale) and that the unit had to be brought back in for diagnostic testing. I told him this was unacceptable, his tone got more disrespectfulHe told me I could speak with the owner, but he was not available at the moment and promised I would have a returned call before closing that day...that didnt happen either. I want the unit returned and money refunded at this point, doubtful that is going to happen. Would not recommend this store for any purchases. Would have had a long term customer if willing to work things out and keep their word, but not the case.

Very disappointed. My husband and I were buying a washer/dryer for the first time so we werent exactly educated with what to look for. We purchased a stackable set for half of what they go for brand new and were told that it was estimated 3-3.5 years old (they said it was impossible to know the exact date for sure). We were pleased with the business at first. They were nice and willing to deliver a bit father for an additional charge.But then the issues started. First of all, they lied to the delivery guy in order to save money. Told him that they werent going to be stacked so they didnt need to hire a second person to help. The poor guy had to stack them by himself.Then, before we even used it, the dryer started randomly beeping and flashing lights. We found the serial number and looked it up online. Turns out you can find the exact date by just googling the number and guess what - the set was over 9 years old! No wonder it was freaking out.We called and the salesman who answered faked a surprised reaction and told us that the owner was out but that he would make sure we were contacted. Never happened.Though the washer and dryer run, they perform worse and worse as time goes on. The washer collects water and the dryer has to run for at least 90-100 mins to get even a small load dry.Moral of the story: make sure you look up the serial/model numbers before you buy anything used and never trust a salesperson.

I agree with shaun(below). These guys replaced every possible part in my dishwasher, and it still does not Dry the dishes!!!!!! The repair guys are worthless!!!! They wont replace or refund my 300+ dollars. So Im stuck with a dishwasher that I have to dry the dishes with a towel!!!! They dont call back with any solution. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE GUYS AND BUY NEW.

They delivered it the next day after purchase and all was good until…..3 days after our 30 day warranty expired, the washer stopped and wouldn’t drain.To be totally honest, our first inclination was, that we had been duped and that we were going to be stuck with a repair bill. Long story short, we called and was told that even though our 30 day warranty had expired, they would cover the repairs with only a $30 service visit (no charge if we would have brought it to them).The serviceman came out, and found that there was small article of clothing that had made it over the tub and was blocking the drainage. After the serviceman resolved the issue, he advised us that there would be no charge. That initial feeling of being duped quickly faded, and thus me taking my time out to write this review.
