All Florida Appliance was called by my rental company to fix a fridge leak. The first time they came, the rental company sent me a loaner fridge so I can turn the broken fridge off. After the fridge was defrosted, a guy from all Florida appliance came and “replaced one part”. Told me the problem was fixed and it would stop leaking. Just a few days later, I noticed the freezer was filled with frozen water and the fridge had puddles of water again. I call my rental company again and they send the same guy out. This time all he does is replace the gasket around the fridge door and tell me “no air will get into the fridge now and it will stop leaking”. I did not believe a word he said but he left and not even 2 days later there was water again. Finally called my rental company again and told them to stop using this company because they are clearly not doing the work and probably getting paid for it. Awful company with awful technicians.

I have never been so pleased with an A/C business, and with a business in general. They arrived a day earlier than expected. The nicest woman called me from their office and updated me on every detail and time frame of when they would be arriving. I unfortunately did not get the name of both of the technicians, but Daoud and his coworker were both amazing. They walked me through the entire process and were very considerate of my own schedule for the day. I am seriously so grateful for my experience with this business, and will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!!

I can say enough how amazing this company is and has been for the last few months. I manage long and short term rentals and had been struggling to find a great company.I stumbled upon All Florida appliance a few months ago, and they have been my “go to” for all appliance needs. They are extremely fair, honest, and timely. They have really taken a burden off my busy days not that I have found a company that I can just send work to, and trust it will get done professionally!Thank you All Florida!!

I had my ac serviced and got 2 maintenances. They came out in February to do 1 maintenance. 2 months after, my ac started to leak through my ceiling (ac in attic) the first technician said ah dont worry, just paint over the water damage very assuring answer. The owner came out and assessed the situation, checked all my levels and said that everything checked out. Now I am currently sitting with a puddle in the attic, dripping down to the main house in a room. Called them back and he said oh I dont know what it can be, everything looked good. Also, I understand your ceiling is about to collapse , but I dont think I can have someone there until Monday.I still had 1 more maintenance left, but I am sure that they wont honor it.Will never be using them again. Do not recommend.

All Florida Appliance was called by my rental company to fix my fridge leak. The tech came to diagnose the issue, and I received a call the same day saying parts were available and they could schedule me for repair the same week. I was also told to take everything out of my freezer for 12 hrs and thaw the freezer before the appt. I didnt understand why the tech couldnt use a heat gun but I did as I was told. The morning of the appt I received a message that the parts were actually not in and wed need to reschedule for the next week!! NEVERMIND that I had thrown away all my kids ice cream and had other items in the fridge, waiting to be returned to the freezer and refrozen in HOPES that it would still be edible afterward. Also, I was not going to be available for the appt they offered. I called and asked for the next available morning spot and was told they are not in my area, and could only schedule me in the afternoon. (Mind you- the appt they cancelled at the last minute was a morning spot). I explained I was not available in afternoons and they insisted, asking if I could have someone in the home. I reiterated I could only do mornings. My rental company called me later that day stating that All Appliance told them I was insisting on a Saturday appointment!! I explained what had ACTUALLY happened and rental company was able to arrange a morning appointment with themfor today. I waited until 11 am to call All Appliance when a tech still had not shown for my 8am - 12pm window. I was told that the tech was over an hour away and would not get to me until around 1pm at the earliest. I was livid. The conversation that ensued was SO unprofessional on THEIR end that I called my rental company and explained I would need them to find a new appliance company for me. I will NEVER use this company and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

Needed AC units moved due to pool install. Crew professional responded same-day and quickly provided service. Came back after pool install and cleaned units for very reasonable price. Good company, great people, and punctual. Highly recommend this company for repairs and annual service.

Adrianne was very professional and ensured fast service! David came approx 30 minutes after the call. He had my Ac working in 45 minutes, He was fast, found the issue and fixed it immediately. The best experience in service I have ever had. I am most impressed with his honest acct of my repair, I felt his integrity was outstanding!!! Thank you for great service and the cost was very reasonable as well 🌻

UNRELIABLE and UNSKILLED. My warranty company contacted them for a repair on a Kenmore washer. They were a no show first time scheduled. Took time off from work to sit and wait their 4 hour window. They didnt even call. 2nd time scheduled -- another 4-5 hour window I needed to take time off from work--a tech came in a car...not a company truck. He took a quick look and said he was sure of what the issue was but needed to order the part. Well be back soon to put it in. Fast forward 5 days. No call from them. I call them and ask for status. Im told Id be called back. Did not hear from them. Two hours later my warranty company calls to tell me that this company did not know how to fix the washer and another company would need to be called. Of course that means I need to wait another week for the new company to come out AND another 5 hours missed work. I figure I lost about $1,200 in income....not to mention a mountain of clothes accumulating.

My AC stopped working, called All Florida Appliance& Air Conditioning, great customer service and service same day. Dominick was professional and efficient. He examined what went wrong with my unit, fixed it and made recommendation for the future. Will definitely use this company for my 6 months maintenance from now on! This is a five start company. The best technicians. They installed my AC and Air duct in less than 6 hours. Great profesional job, fast and quality. If any problem after the installation Andrea answer the phone right away and send a professional agent tecnifican. My new AC is function very nite 100% affirmative satisfy. All Florida Appliance & AC, their AC techs and Adriana, the one who coordinated everything between me, my landlord and the AC technician have quite possibly the best customer service Ive ever experienced with a company.Adriana was awesome to work with on the phone, and the technician (I feel bad that I dont remember his name) was on time, super friendly, honest, patient with any questions I had and did a fantastic job.This is the second time Ive had them over to repair my aging AC system and both experiences were the same. They even followed up days later to make sure everything was working.Kudos to them, their technicians and whatever it is they do to hire, and keep great employees!

Called at 2 and job was finished by 3 if that. Dominique was fast, friendly and polite. Couldnt ask for better service. Would recommend them to anyone who has any air conditioning problems. We used them for 2 of our homes & never disappointed.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, really. These guys handled the repairs on our AC. They are fantastic, starting with Adrianna, quite possibly the friendliest person youll ever have to deal with at a company, and extending to the technicians. Theyre fast, friendly as all heck, patient when you have questions, honest and they provide the best service they can without blinking an eye. I promise you wont have a bad experience with this place.

Complete mess up. The company got greedy and made a huge mistake putting in a unit way too big for the property. Ive asked to speak to the owner with now 3 requests but all I hear are crickets. Now they want to come back and take out the unit and charge me overpriced amount for the size that shouldve been installed. They said my warranty company would get the invoice that I paid in advance. The rep that came to the house INSISTED that the only way to solve the problem was to have a 5 ton unit installed. Now more problems. I want out now! Please refund my money today in full to my credit card and remove your equipment from my property by scheduling an appointment with me. Please do not bother my tenants. Please repair the damages to my walls during the install. Big gashes in the drywall from the equipment. Ive requested to have that repaired but it has not been addressed.

We have never experienced such competant and hard working staff such as this company. The girl who answers the phone is A MACHINE and deserves a HUGE RAISE because shes the one who runs the show! The techs work hard as dogs and will even show up at 9pm to make you happy and fix your problem. We will never go anywhere else, but All Florida Appliance. Thank you AFA!

I had these guys install a new AC unit at my house a little over seven years ago. And since then I have had numerous service calls replacing electrical components a blower and also the coil’s. After being fed up with the performance of this unit I called a different AC company to come out and inspect my recently broken down air-conditioner. They told me the problem mainly was the installation, the unit I purchased was too large for my home and my duct work would not handle it creating static pressure inside the unit. Each time I paid more money in labor to fix a problem they created to get the sale. I have spoken to Sam the owner in the past and who now does not even follow up. Since the unit was installed I have spent over 3k in labor to replace parts that were probably broke way to early because of faulty installation. I am now faced with getting a new one as a solution even though they are talking to York about the faulty coils they just replaced three ago, which may be under warranty but get this labor to put in is another 1k

I wish I could post a pic so that the sloppiness could be seen by all. Patches, repairs, all sloppy band aids to fix the fact that the original installers had no clue what they were doing. I feel totally taken advantage of. When I mentioned thearlier sloppiness to the tech, he made a comment about women worrying about aesthetics. Its been an over year long nightmare with this company. Would not recommend.

Its amazing how little good customer service and reasonable pricing matters when they dont think its necessary when theyre called on a Friday morning and cant get the part in until Monday to provide an emergency cooling unit for a disabled elderly retired minister with breathing problems and his wife that just had back surgery 2 months ago and now its 1:00 pm on Monday and thier air conditioner is still not repaired when both the part and the company that is supposed to install it are located in the same city in a situation like this I believe most people would agree that a temporary emergency air conditioning unit would have been highly appropriate in this situation and I believe a better company would have offered it as a courtesy

Recently had AC service with this company. The 1st technician came out and identified the problems. Didnt have the parts on hand to fix so sent a 2nd technician the next day. That 2nd technician disagree with 1st Technician diagnosis and only installed a portion of the parts. The 2nd technician didnt even have all the parts he wanted, so sent a 3rd technician to install the last part. Throughout the entire process I requested an Itemized price list for the service. Each technician stated they would provided by the end of the day. Never received it, so called the office. The office stated they would get to me in a couple hours, and that never happen. Call back and Im told their accountant is on vacation, and will get to me the next day. Call the next day and same story of get to me in a couple hours. It took 5 days of constantly calling and asking for the manager to get an itemized list. Worst AC service Ive experienced.
