We have used Mr. Appliance a few times for different repairs. Bob has always been our technician and he is great to work with. He is honest, knows his business and I trust his opinion. I always ask for him. Its nice to have someone you trust fix your appliances. You cant go wrong with Bob!

They were very professional and courteous. The came at the time that they confirmed. Fixed exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. They explained everything in regards to the cost and it was very reasonable. We will be using them for all of our appliances for any future repairs.

Really happy with the quick response and service. Sean came out to repair our dryer two days after it quit working. He was professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He had a new heating element to get us going again and also replaced a cracked belt that would have failed sooner or later. That saved us another service call and fee. I contacted the company because I used them years ago and had a great experience and since the current reviews are still great, I contacted them again, twice in the past few months (for two different repairs/ locations). I was always able to obtain an appointment for the following day and I very much appreciate the text message with the information of the technician and his picture. excellent communication with their office. Also the technicians wear a mask and shoe coverings which takes a lot of stress out, as with this pandemic I am becoming a germaphobe!

Horrible service, they came to my house to fix my dryer. told me they couldnt fix it becuase the wiring shorted. and still charged me 99.00 I called in and asked about this they told me if someone else could fix it they would refund my money, emailed reciept of finished work and they are yet to pay me back and its been a month. meanwhile my dryer works great becuase i actually had someone that knew what they were doing fix it. These told me i would have to by a new one lol what a joke !

Every time we need an appliance repaired, they are the ones we call. We have never had an issue after they have fixed something. They are so professional. They are a bit expensive sometimes but in the end completely worth it. Will do business again if needed :) and refer them to everyone!

Slow to fill washer, was apparently timing out. Needed new valve besides, which I wouldnt have known. He replaced the valve, water started flowing better, washer is at least working until I can get a plumber to look at slow water issue from my well...only to the washer! Mr Appliance was quick, honest, and quality work.

Mike arrived within an hour of me calling. I received a text with the technicians name and picture. Mike knew what was wrong right away and had the part on his truck. He explained what was wrong and also gave me a lot of information on my refrigerator and freezer. He made sure the temperature was correct for both the refrigerator and freezer and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. 10 out of 10 for personality and professionalism.

This was our first experience using this company. I made an online appointment for the following day- which I was delighted to see that they had one so soon. About 30 minutes later I received a call to confirm the online appointment and the reason for the appointment. Then to my surprise, they offered me an available appointment for the same afternoon! Loved the communication from the lady in the office, the picture and information about the service man, and the service man - Axel, he was so professional and personable. He did a wonderful job!

Our SubZero fridge died and they came out the next day to look at it. It needed a new compressor - they were able to get the parts and do the repair very quickly. Saul was the lead technician, and did a great job for us.

Came out to inspect a Samsung refrigerator that had an issue with the fan. Didn’t do any work, just said defrost the refrigerator and it’ll be fine. Two days later same thing. Charged $185 to do nothing and didn’t resolve issue at all

We have used them twice, once on Madeira Beach and once in South Tampa, and both times they hit it out of the park.The technicians were both polite, prepared, smart, very informative about the scope of repair and my options.Extremely professional, but also friendly.They are very aware of COVID concerns and any security issues you may have and text and email photos of service tech and very accurate arrival times.Respectful and honest!Will use them again.

This business was recommended by the appliance dealer where we bought our washer and dryer. They were very responsive and sent a technician out within two days. I was even sent a picture of the tech. I received emails and texts to keep me informed, and the tech called me when he was on the way. I would definitely use this business again.

Called this company because the appointment I had with another company was canceled with “no technicians available” so I called mr. appliance and they were able to get me in the next morning for my washer not draining. Mr. Damian was my tech and I really enjoyed our talk. He was kind, courteous, prompt, and put quality effort into fixing our dishwasher. The only thing that is stopping me from a 5 star review is the excessive 100 dollar diagnostic fee. My d/w already tells you the code and I already pulled the panels out and described the flood switch was being activated, therefore giving me an E15 code. This seems to be a franchise pillar, rotor router does the same thing. The leak is so slow Mr. Damian would have had to watch it for an hour or two. So not much of a diagnostic was really done. And this is to no fault of my tech. Whenever my d/w throws an E15 code it tends to be one of two things I found. Either the valve in the back is cracked or sump is trash. And in the latter case I would have to just replace my d/w. So my tech with his vast experience told me its one of the two when he got here. I trusted him and he ended up being right. I wish the fee was more negotiable considering it took him more time to drive to my house than the 10 minute conversation to tell me what needed to be done. Michael came and fixed my dryer, it was off for a week and he came and Doctored it up beautifully fixed some sort of ventilation issue. Very professional very friendly, couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job.

I tried to get to speak to someone more knowledgeable than the girl who answered the phone, but she would not convey this to the technicians. When I asked to speak to the owner, she said he was not knowledgeable in the field. I asked her to have him call me back anyway. She was indignant and cut the call short.

Repairman (Sean) was prompt and professional. He identified the problem quickly, had the part needed on his truck and had the washing machine back up and running in no time. Im so glad I found Mr. Appliance; I would definitely recommend.

Customer service and technician did a good job overall. However, they severely overcharged for the labor for a repair that only took the technician 15 minutes and was straight forward. Because the labor was so high, the overall cost of the repair was almost the price of just buying a new appliance. In the future, I will at least attempt to repair myself due to the excessive labor cost or look for a smaller company with more reasonable labor costs. Would recommend definitely shopping around for lower labor cost before using this company if possible.

My 8 yr old washer is ailing, so after reading many reviews I settled on Mr. Appliance and scheduled an appointment at their website.I received a call back and after discussing the symptoms was advised of the potential cost for repair of a machine this age, and decided to purchase new instead.Many companies would have sent the technician out without cautioning me of the probable cost of repairs, just to get at least their service fee, but Mr. Appliance has something not always found in businesses these days... INTEGRITY! Add friendly communication to that, which is another plus.If I need repairs on any appliances in the future, I wont bother checking into any other companies...theyll be the ones I call on!

Our dryer has been broken since March of 2020! This week we were ready to allow someone in our house to do the repair, a really big deal. Mr Appliance was able to get us on the schedule quick. Sean was our repair person - he was a great communicator; on time and professional. Our w/d is stacked in a small closet, so Sean is a great problem solver too. Thank you, Sean for also wearing a mask, booties and gloves.

Ron came to fix my freezers door ice machine. He was on time. I got texts with his information and a picture. He called to tell me his eta. Then he was great with my enthusiastic dog and quickly figured out the ice maker issue. Repair completed quickly and he cleaned up after. Great job! Will definitely be using these guys again if anything else breaks.

Everything went so smooth! The technician was so kind, respectful and informative! He wore the shoe covers in my home too! Which I loved because we don’t wear shoes inside the house. He did the repair very quickly and it really wasn’t as bad as I thought as far as price for heating element and labor. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Absolutely worst experience will not recommend to anyone. Had them come out two weeks ago on Tuesday they told me the part will not be in till Thursday but due to the storm it may be Friday which I understood. I never heard from them so I called them on Tuesday and they did not even order my part so I had to wait again till the following Thursday. Not even an apology.

My repairman, Bob, was prompt, straightforward and professional. I can’t ask for much more.

Sean was the serviceman who worked on our Samsung washer. He was professional, detail-oriented and explained the issue in a clear and understandable way.

My GE refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. Had them come out to look at it. They charged me a $100 diagnostic fee and quoted me an additional $850 to fix it. I looked up the part online and it was a $130 part. I asked for a breakdown of the cost because $720 for labor and trip fees seemed high. They wouldnt give me a breakdown then told me they would not be able to do the work regardless.

Wow...what a bunch of crooks. Wanted to charge me almost $500 for a part that retails for under $200. Then they wanted another $500 to install it. They admitted parts mark-up is around 300%. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy being taken advantage of. As a business owner Id never give my money to a company that does business like this. I do have to admit the tech that showed up was super nice and his communication prior to arrival was great.

Mike was my service technician and was very prompt and professional! He was highly experienced and diagnosed the problem efficiently after disassembling my Maytag Commercial MCT Dryer. He replaced the heating element after checking ventilation/exhaust, voltage, and other various parts. I appreciated how he thoroughly cleaned & vacuumed the very lint dusted inner parts before installing a new heating element. After reassembling, Mike made sure each and every function and “Bell & Whistle” worked properly before leaving.Additionally, Mike even gave my washer a quick once over for no additional charge! He gave some critical maintenance/usage tips and answered a few additional maintenance questions about my commercial washer before finally cleaning up and leaving.Considering his expertise, the charge was reasonable and work & part are warranted. Do NOT use this company. Im not sure where theyre getting all of these five star reviews because we certainly did not receive anything like that. Bob, their technician is very unprofessional, patronizing and doesnt explain what the situation or problem is. Our two year old Jenn-Air freezer stopped working and we had it fixed. Bob told us the ice making would start working again once the freezer started working. After three days, no ice. Bob came back out, and tells us we now have a separate issue requiring another $200 fix! We believe Bob broke something linked to the making of the ice, while fixing the other issue. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB about this. The other interesting piece worth mentioning is Bob/Mr. Appliance parks in your driveway! How strange. I was going to ask him to move his van but because he had such a scowl on his face the entire time in our home, I just let it be. Definitely think twice about using Mr. Appliance and if you do, dont get stuck with Bob.

Bosch Dishwasher with E24 Error ! After a plumber replaced our garbage disposal, and did rotor rooter snake in our plumbing (30 days ago :-{ ). My Bosch Dishwasher did NOT DRAIN. Sean - Mr. Appliance of Tampa Bay came, checked the garbage disposal and did the knockout plug, ran my dishwasher and IT WORKED ! I love their professional, knowledgeable, quality, work ethic.
