We had a great experience with Commercial Appliance Service. Within one day of our calling in a warranty repair, they dispatched a technician (Peter) to our restaurant. Peter quickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue without causing a delay to our opening on time. Well done and many thanks from all of us!

Check your invoices! I am new to the area and need to get repairs done at my hotel. When I called the first time they were quick to respond and corrected the issue. Received the invoice and it had a additional misc. charge. the tech. used nothing but what we supplied and we even returned the screwdriver that was dropped in the drain.I have made several attempts to go over the next invoice that had a lot of different prices on it. For a one ounce relay they charged me $98.50 in shipping with out even discussing (Amazon free). Travel $230.00 1st stop and they are 1.5 miles away. Labor $143.75, .75 x 115.00 is not $143.75. I think they need a new calculator. Then they continued to charge mileage and misc. charges again. So for one 37.78 relay they are trying to charge me $$$706.89

Both my ovens went down at my business and we were told by these people that they would be there between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm on Monday . They never showed up and we were desperately in need of the repair as it’s the week of thanksgiving . We had to call another company who came out instantly and fixed both ovens . What’s mind boggling here is that this company decides to show up the next day after the repair was successfully done by the other company and does nothing but charges us twice in the amounts of 143.75 and 308.75 for absolutely nothing. We called them explained that they never showed up and that another company was called and they came out and did the work . The receptionist said they “ never tell when they are coming out “ however that’s not what we were told when we initially called . Something is definitely not right here and quite sketchy . Tell me again why am I to pay these people when they don’t show up as scheduled and for doing nothing after the problem was already fixed by someone else. I couldn’t care less that your guy showed up after the scheduled date and time . The principle is that you made an appointment with us and we expected someone to show up . You show up the next day and expect to be paid for nothing .I think a phone call to BBB is in motion

This company is way too expensive and they overcharged my restaurant on a fix to my grill that only took them an hour to do. I will definitely be looking for a less expensive appliance repair service as these guys will make your business go broke if you keep using them.

Called for service, given no quote or cost for the service. Poor technical skills, poor customer service. Company technician, Kevin, arrived at our Cafe on 6/11/15 and while working on our steam table broke the unit in front of 3 staff members and did not have the parts on hand to repair the damage. Spoke with Bobbie at Commercial Appliance Parts & Service in Tampa a half dozen times before she finally stated the owner, refused to give any concessions on the part his Tech broke. She stated the unit was leaking which it was not. This company without authorization then charged a credit card over $500 for the pleasure of them rendering our equipment useless, the credit card company returned the money to us but Commercial Appliance Parts & Service in Tampa refused to correct the damage their Tech did to the equipment. We are now left to pursue legal action against this disreputable company. Use another company for service. Peter
