Losing A/C in the middle of summer is not fun. Called 3H AC and within an hour Tony arrived to determine the issue. I found the process to be efficient and to the point. Rather than be bothered by the curious homeowner, Tony explained what he was doing and was even witty enough to weave a few interesting stories into his explanation. Even the rain didnt seem to bother him. Though you never look forward to such a service, Tony made it bearable and kept me informed. Very much appreciated his efficiency, expertise and personality.

I had an issue with my AC that stopped working on a Sunday late afternoon. I called the company and left a message to see if someone could come to the house on Monday and help us with the AC issue. Within few minutes I received a call back from Brian (the owner). He took his time and walked me through all of the steps to troubleshoot the issue. We finally figured out it was a drainage issue and he told me how o resolve it and asked me to call him back with updates. I was very impressed and pleased with his willingness to help over the phone on a Sunday afternoon/evening, especially when he could have easily sent a technician the next day and charged for the service. My wife and I were very happy that our AC is working again and I would definitely recommend 3H AC - Air Conditioning and Heating without hesitation to anyone that needs their services. Thank you.

Team did a great job, initially had an issue with communication. I discussed with the sales/owner and it was immediately corrected. Each team member responded to any questions I had through the install and 3H doesn’t just repair they solve problems. We initially discussed a few years back on a replacement system and started with the best option of just replacing the blower motor in my system. Since the system was 13 years old and the motor module failed 3H discussed replacement of the entire system to get it back under warranty and resolve any further issues with my old system. We discussed options and they had my new system in place from first communication to majority of install within two days! They did a follow up a few weeks later taking care of remaining minor items on the installers schedule and did the additional work on a mew vent install. Glad I’m with 3H and hopefully this review will help you decide too.

This company was amazing from start to finish. Every interaction with each employee was both pleasant and professional. I want to first give a shout out to the head of the company, Brian. He was extremely informative and responsive. I felt truly valued as a customer. Bonny and Erika in the office demonstrated great customer service and communicated effectively. Noah, who first came to my house to give me a quote, was very professional and listened to my concerns, as well as answering every question I had. Sonnie, Nate and Elias did a fantastic job with my new A/C install and were all around nice guys. The job was completed in a timely manner and they didnt rush anything. Had to replace my AC unit and condenser and 3H AC did a great job. Not only were they really quick in coming to inspect the old unit and giving me a quote for a new one with multiple options, but they were able to install the new AC unit in less than a week. They were very professional and courteous. Our technician Sonnie was excellent and made sure everything was left in perfect working order. He also made sure everything was clean afterwards. I will continue using 3H AC for any future AC needs. I highly recommend them.

My AC unit randomly stopped working today. I called 3H AC and was connected with one of their techs, Sonnie. Before coming by, Sonnie called me and walked me through a few simple repair steps. I’m currently sitting in my air conditioned living room without having spent a single penny. “Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime.” I never got to meet Sonnie in person, but if you ever read this, I want you to know I appreciate you.

I am a repeat customer of 3HAC who installed two new AC units for my home and rental property. All my services were positive from the initial inquiries, consultations, estimates, installations, to maintenance. The staff were very attentive and professional. When I had a problem after an initial installation, they quickly dispatched services to resolve the issue. I had an issue arise overnight with my condensate float switch tripping. I called Sunday afternoon and received a call back within an hour from Brian. He was very knowledgable, professional and helped me troubleshoot the issue. We figured out it was a faulty switch valve, by having me taking pictures and texting them to him to evaluate. He was able to walk me through to a solution. A little bit of sweat and elbow grease on my end, but I didnt mind. I was very impressed with his willingness to help over the phone on a Sunday, especially when he could have easily sent a technician a during the weekday and justifiably charge a service fee. Regardless, Im happy with the service and would use again if ever needed in the future. Thank you!

I had a system change out by 3H Contracting of Tallahassee in October of 2018 and had a thoroughly awesome experience. Fast forward two years and our system has worked flawlessly and saved us a ton on electricity, but suddenly doesnt work when the thermostat calls for air! I called 3H of Tampa when I couldnt reach my Tallahassee technician and Brian called back, asked questions and asked me to send pictures of the system. He then called back with help that enabled me to get the system working again within minutes! No appointments, no bills, simply amazing customer service ON THE WEEKEND!! I was in the A/C business for over 32 years, I never had to worry about my home air conditioner because my husband was always there to repair any problems we might have had. Theres no reason this company shouldnt be 5 stars all around. They are the epitome of family owned and operated. People dont realize the benefit they gain from working with smaller service companies compared to large corporate chains. When I called 3H, they were available to come to my house at earliest convenience - all for a simple thermostat install. During the visit, I expressed concerns about my air handler pan overflowing (in the attic) and mold. The tech didnt have to address any of that but he gladly chose to. And yes, he discovered issues with both, which is why I chose 3H for the air handler cleaning and the float switch install. Oh, and its worth mentioning they did all the work at a competitively low price. Great local company!

We have been using 3H AC, Tampa for five years now. They have always been very responsive to our calls, and the service techs always do a great job and are neat and courteous. We recently called for a system check and we were advised that it needed to be replaced. Two techs returned the next day and installed a new Rudd system. The techs were respectful of my husband’s medical issues (he is on full time oxygen use) and careful about welding. They were polite and professional. We had a minor billing discrepancy which was resolved and corrected quickly. We would highly recommend 3H AC for regular seasonal maintenance as well as repairs and replacements. They do excellent work.

The thermostat on my AC unit started acting up on friday. They walked us through a reset first without even coming out or charging us! This kind of service is so rare! Thank you Brian and Kris! What an awesome service experience!!

Jose came to complete my yearly check up. He was very punctual and professional. Fully followed Covid precautions and went through both the inside and outside units throughly. 3H has been good for me these past few years. We have called on them since 2017 without any regrets.

The process of purchasing and installing a new A/C unit was very pleasant, efficient and hassle free. Everyone from the owner to the technicians were professional, friendly and knew their jobs. The installation was clean, neat with great attention paid to details. They showed up on the day and time promised and completed the job that same afternoon. The only thing that kept this experience from being perfect (5 stars) is that I contracted and paid extra for the air supply to be increased to 2 additional rooms, they were successful in improving the air flow to the larger room but not so to the small laundry room. They did try but ultimately it did not work and offered to improve air flow by providing an estimate at additional cost. I felt the original estimate should have covered the laundry room so I declined offer.I do recommend this company without reservation, they do very good work.

They replaced vents, , installed new boxes, surrounded them with instillation, etc after mold problem.Second visit is ac maintenance. Very thorough.

5 minutes agoI cant say enough about 3H. I called several other AC companies and no one could come out for at least a week. A family friend recommended 3H. I called them on a Friday and Danny was incredibly helpful. They were backed up like everyone else because of the heat wave. Once I explained that my mother is elderly and has health problems and we couldnt afford to stay at a hotel for a week, he sprang into action. First, he walked me through some troubleshooting steps for over an hour on the phone. Unfortunately,  none of those fixed the problem. This was on a Friday and he told me he would figure something out and understood that this was an emergency. He called me a little while later and told me he had a tech that was willing to come out on Saturday (his day off). David arrived Saturday morning after working 18 hours the day before. He was amazing! He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 hours!! The AC is now running better than ever.I highly recommend 3H. Their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge are world class. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, helpful and thorough. I really cant thank them enough, I honestly dont know what I wouldve done had it not been for them taking the time out of their very busy workload to come out on their day off to help my mom.

We called 3H on a Thursday evening around 6:00pm. They came out to our house that night and tried to get our A/C up and running again. The poor guy stayed at our house until almost 11pm trying his best to get our old A/C working. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit. Brian the owner of the company instantly quoted us for a new unit and had his amazing team install my new A/C the next day so my family wouldnt go without A/C over the weekend. We are so impressed with the professionalism and compassion they showed our family and all the time they spent working on our new A/C. We are thankful to Brian and his team and would highly recommend 3H!!!

Called tonight in a panic as our AC unit stopped working (and its hot as HADES right now). Brian called me back within 15 minutes and told me that they were pretty busy tomorrow but he may be able to walk me through it over the phone. We were pretty sure the drain pipe was clogged but I wasnt sure how to unclog it. Brian talked me through the whole thing very quickly and professionally. I took a few pictures and sent them over to him and he helped me and my husband fix the problem within 30 minutes.
