Amy is really great with designs but I keep having an issue with razor burn. Ive had my hair cut by 2 different barbers (at different places) and never have an issue. Shes really fast and Im wondering if my skin is just too sensitive for the speed. Maybe I need that pampering experience (hot towel, etc). Ill have to go somewhere else if I want a regular fade, but will definitely come back if I want a special design.Edit: Yes, I did use the clarifying shampoo. I had to put coconut oil to help too. Thank you though!

Cuts good head of hair. Been there now 3 times and always an enjoyable experience. More than I normally pay but worth it for the quality. Love the decorative music icons on the wall.

The barber was admittedly incapable of cutting hair with scissors and sent the customer away. Not sure how someone so unskilled can even obtain a license to cut hair.

Amy is the best! She is professional, Stylish, 100% on her game. She listens to what you want, and paraphrases it back to you. She gets it. When I was sitting in the chair I felt like I was in the hands of a master. The way she worked and changed clippers and how she spun my chair to check evenness was fun to watch. She is very sharp, meaning intelligent and it shows. She can discuss an in depth subject while still working her magic. The best part for me was when we were finished and I was totally satisfied, Amy had me sit back down to fix a couple of spots that she wasnt happy with. Wont be going back here. Walked in and I was a bother to her. There was no one in any seats in the entire place. In a time where I take all the business I can get you would think she wouldnt turn anyone away but she was rude and said she really only does appointments and that I should go online and book one. So I went down the street to another barber shop and says he gets people complaining about the same thing about her. From her reviews she seems full of excuses and tries to put blame on everyone else but if your smart you wont go here.

My husband has been going to her for more than 10 years. The online appointment system is convenient, and Amy is keeping everything spotless making us feel safe to get cuts during the pandemic. What I love about a Barber is consistency. Im military, and need a haircut at least every two weeks. Ive asked for the same haircut from different barbers over the years and often get varying results, even on the same barber. Ive been seeing Amy every two weeks since June and not once have I ever had to remind her how I like it or what style specifically, and the cut turns out exactly the same as the last, which is what I like. Shes been the epitome of consistent and sitting in her chair is a real highlight to my day.

A quick and fast professional haircut that doesnt break the bank is what I can expect every time I visit Amy. She always leaves me looking better than when I went in. Throughout the entire COVID-19 pandemic shes lead the charge with great sanitation habits and the shop is always neat and tidy.

Amy is an amazing barber and she is very knowledgable in the actual cuts that she gives. I asked for a simple touch-up to my undercut and they couldnt even do that correctly. My barber (and I didnt catch her name) left stray strands of hair all over my head.They dont take credit cards either, so buyer beware. Have cash in hand before you walk into this place, otherwise you might not be able to leave without paying by venmo or some other app that discloses your social media information.All around disappointing.

Ive gone last couple times to Amy for my haircut after yrs of going to Supercuts and having several different stylists do my hair. I have been disappointed many times. After my first cut at Rockstar, it was done in 12 minutes and it was on point. Impressed me enough, I went back again. This will be my regular spot for now on. I like how I can make an appointment, instead of sitting around, show up and Im out of there in no time. She has the speed and skills and I would definitely recommend her.

The moment I walked in I felt unwelcome, when you say, Hello... how are you? At least you expect a Hello from the other person, this didnt happen, instead I got a what do you want?.I thought well..maybe she didnt hear me, then, I started trying to explain what I needed but her answers were short and rude. I felt that she was mad for me being there, (I have no idea why)I wont let someone who is going to cut my hair treat me like Im inferior or not welcome. Dissatisfied, this was a disappointing experience!
