We have had pools in everyone of our homes. We both can say the Hutch pool is the worse experience we have ever had. To his credit the service person (Jere) was wonderful and quick to respond to needs. However, the fiberglass pool was not set level and tilts, the hot tub is just that (not a spa) but a bathe. It does not bubble or massage, we were NOT told this prior to the install. It is a out door large hot bathe”. The jets just spin and circulate the hot water. The rock job for the hot bathe tub is a major eye sorer. They used a copper water fall which as copper does, turned ugly green and stained the rock job under the fall, two years later and three different repair visits to make the wrong right it looks like it was indeed repaired but a poor one (see picture). We have had three pumps installed since (two years). The owner does not return or follow up with calls of concerns most the time. Quick to collect money, slow to fix issues. I do not recommend this company to do your home.

Experienced, knowledgeable and great customer service. Hutch installed our pool last summer and I am a very happy customer. From beginning to end their crew was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with the entire staff. Always respond quickly to my questions. Being a new pool owner I definitely have had several.

They take your credit card up front, then charge you whatever they want for service without consultation or a receipt. $100 and they were on site 8 minutes - I watched them with my security cameras the whole time. Never again.

Don’t try to do it yourself, call Hutch pool, and receive what I have... peace of mind that the job will be completed quickly, and professionally.I feel better, knowing they will keep my pool and pool equipment running beautifully.

Best pool company hands down. They actually care about their customers and provide excellent service. The level of professionalism is unparalleled. Unless you want to be disappointed I wouldnt go with any company located in Clarksville.

Kevin and Lacy at Hutch Pools go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want in your back yard paradise. This is my second pool that Hutch has installed and its amazing! They literally take care of all your needs from opening to closing, and honor all thier equipment. Hutch pool is not the cheapest and they are far from the priciest. You literally get more for your money with them. I would recommend them on any inground pool you want to install above anyone else in the area.

Everyone is always welcoming and makes you feel as they know you outside the company. Anytime we have any questions on how to treat our pool they offer us their honest advice. A lot of times the problem is solved by their great knowledge and not just advice on selling you another product. That makes you feel good knowing they aren’t just there to push their products but to really help you with the best care for your pool as well as your wallet. We’re new here in Springfeld but we’ve been a customer of Hutch for sixteen years. I’d highly recommend them and value their products but mainly for their great service and knowledge.

They are very responsive and even contacted me outside of business hours when I needed something. Their staff are friendly and I like that they are a family owned business. Their costs are close to the least expensive I can find and I am willing to pay just a little more to support a family business instead of a corporation.

Hutch Pools was the only company that I wanted installing the pool at my personal home. Being a General Contractor and servicing the mid state area for the last 25 years I have developed many relationships and had multiple options for pool companies.....Lacey and the guys were, like always, fantastic to work with. DO NOT USE HUTCHS POOL SERVICE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE FINISHED PRODUCT, JUST THAT THE CREDIT CARD GOES THROUGH. I was quoted $275 plus the cost of chemicals to open the pool. Had I taken the cover off it would have only been $220....which was not mentioned. Two people showed up at my house, took the cover off, dumped chemicals in the pool, put the ladder and stair handles in,told my husband how to set the filter motor to be correct and left. Didnt clean it. Nothing. I phoned the store and was informed that this is their full pool opening service. After explaining that I didnt understand how it could cost over $300 for about 20 minutes of work, I was offered the no cover cost and a discount on my chemicals. Now I have to find someone to clean my pool or do it myself, which is what I thought I was spending $300+ to do

Very professional and experienced with all things pools

Hutch Pools in Springfield, TN is always extremely helpful. If we ever have the slightest issue with our hot tub, its never a problem for them to give us a council on what we should be doing, and how we can correct the problem we have! Ive been dealing with Hutch Pools for over 16 years, and have always been more than satisfied with products and staff.

I asked about some obscure specific parts I wouldn’t expect anyone to have - they didn’t have them but that didn’t stop them from checking all throughout the back room. Friendly, decent prices, wouldn’t go anywhere else in Robertson county for hot tub or pool stuff

The people are courteous and friendly but when we scheduled our pool closing they quoted one price and billed us double. They failed to inform us correctly that there was an additional charge for things. When the bill finally came 2 months later I was shocked! We asked all the right questions, just never got the right answer.

Hutch just completed our inground pool and they did an outstanding job. They were always quick to respond to any questions and every step of the way they took pride in quality work. If I hear of anyone interested in a pool i am sending them to Hutch.

As a general contractor I work with sub contractors on a daily basis. Hutch installed our pool during the construction of our home and the installation crew was incredibly easy to work with. This is a family owned business and they are very honest and trustworthy people. I referred two friends to Hutch and they had a great experience too!! I highly recommend!!

They are very helpful and trustworthy. I had the sand replaced in the filter and ended up finding another problem that could have turned into a disaster. The service guy was very helpful and knowledgeable.

$200 to come out and tighten connections on my filter after I had already done all the work to replace sand and a pipe on the sand filter. No call to let me know they were coming so water was dropped (told them it was leaking, not sure why they expected water wouldn’t be dropped below skimmer without advance notice to fill it back up when they were on their way??). Literally called when they were in the backyard then said it couldn’t be tested because the water had dropped. Leak is only dripping now, so thanks for the additional 50 cent fastener that was $200. At least service was quick (2-3 days from call). Will find another pool company next time any issue crops up.

Bought an above ground oval shaped pool which included installation. Everything was as promised and have enjoyed it for two seasons and getting ready to open for this year. They provide free weekly water analysis to help me keep the pool perfect for swimming. Good people!

Hutch is the best local owned pool company around. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful and they sell great products. We purchased a pool from them in 2009 and still enjoy it today almost 7 years later. I would not go anywhere else.

Total Cluster. I called to make an appointment for an inspection of a pool for a home we are purchasing. The lady had no idea what she was talking about and had me confused with someone else for the duration of the call. I repeatedly told her we hadnt spoken before and why I was calling (to set up an inspection for a pool for a home purchase). After the 3rd time explaining, I thought she understood what I wanted. I asked her if she needed the address to the home with the pool and she said she already had it, and gave me the store address! I again explained that I needed an inspector to come to the home and inspect the pool before we close on a house (4th time is a charm) and she said they didnt do inspections. Then said they were $500? I asked if they did them for 500 bucks or didnt do them at all? She said she would have to call and ask someone... She called me back a few minutes later and said they do inspections and they are 300 bucks. I said I needed to set one up (5th time) and asked when they could do it. She said the inspector would email me the night before to schedule it for the next morning. I said I would need 24hr notice to let the current homeowner know and needed a more definitive date, she said that wasnt possible, they could only tell me it would probably be this week maybe next week and he would email me the night before. No thanks! We only have 15 days for home inspections. We are disappointed, we wanted to use a local company but seriously not worth the headache.

We got an above ground pool and we started with a salt system. We could never get it to work right. We spent a fortune on chemicals for two years until we found Hutch Pools. They suggested we use Pristine Blue and we love it. Since then our pool has been perfect. They are very helpful every time I go in and dont try to sell me things I dont need.

I love going to Hutch Pools because the owners and the staff are so honest. They arent like other companies where they try to get you to spend all sorts of money that you dont need to. They always suggest less expensive payment options over large and expensive repairs if they can. Saving money is a good thing.

The guys showed up and made short work of closing my pool which included a safety cover (something I wouldnt want to tackle!) They also winterized the pool. When I asked about the opening I requested for next Spring I was told they already had the work order for the time requested. Great job!

Hutch Pools is a great local place to get your pool supplies at a fair price, with a great selection to choose from. The customer service they provide is phenomenal. They can always give me great advice on the type of products I should be using, and how often. They are all very friendly, I have definitely sent others to them.

Ive been going to Hutch pools for about 8 years now and they have always been friendly and very helpful. Their price on salt is a little high about double Walmarts price. I do appreciate their expertise on keeping my pool clean.

Our pool stopped working one afternoon on the weekend, and the pool service we normally use couldnt come out until after the weekend. (Whaaaat?! But we wanna swim now!) Lacy was at our house within a few hours of us calling & helped get our pool back running. We did need a part, so she ordered it & her team was back out to replace it within a couple of days. When they looked at it, they determined we didnt actually need it, so they simply took the part back & continued on with regular pool maintenance. (Saved us about $400) Very kind, trustworthy people who value customer service & take pride in their business. Needless to say, we switched pool companies!
