Roberto and his crew were awesome! They were on time and did an amazing job with our stamped concrete. He has his own personal touches in doing the job correctly. He’s very passionate about his work. The crew was very efficient in doing their own specific special jobs for the process of laying the concrete. They were done in a day. Very clean and very personable all of them. Roberto and his crew did an amazing job with our pool. They were able to do something all the other companies told us was impossible. To remove our old aluminum cooping and replace the track for the vinyl liner while keeping the current liner. They gave us what we wished for that was a paver cooping and an extended patio with pavers. You can see the old pool and the beautiful result they gave us. We are very happy with their work, very nice crew. We were always offering something to keep them hydrated since they work so hard even during the hottest day. Roberto always listened to what we wished for and tried to work with us to make it happen. When the company they worked with run out of pavers we worked together to find another place to get our paver and got everything in just a few weeks. Once they were delivered the guys were right back to work. Their price is very reasonable and wont leave you with an empty wallet like other companies try to do. Roberto will give you an honest price that if you do your own research you will be very happy. Highly recommend Braz Masonry!

Roberto and his team are as professional as they come. With materials on back order, Roberto gave us several different options to choose from to shorten our wait time. He was able to fit us into his schedule and did an immaculate job on our pool and patio. What stood out to me was the attention to detail. At the end of each day, the tools were organized, material organized and our job site looked incredibly neat. Something weve never experienced while having work done on our home. Two neighbors had their pools renovated by Braz Masonry and were very happy with the work they did so we decided to hire them for our pool. They let us know the time line of when they could start which was a few months but it was well worth the wait. Their response time to emails and calls is outstanding. We had issues with plaster and pool deck and the skimmer was plugged by previous owners. They explained our options, never pushed anything, just gave facts and cost. We originally were going to resurface the pool and work on the pool deck but ended up adding benches and changing the steps in the pool as well. Once work started they moved quickly on the project and made sure we were kept in the know of each phase. We are extremely happy with the end product, which includes a new skimmer plaster coping tile and pool deck and highly recommend Braz Masonry . Roberto were professional, honest and ethical

Roberto (owner) runs a class-act business and the results speak for themselves. He was honest, responsive, didn’t upsell and fully delivered. His companies cement work around my pool completely transformed my backyard and My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Braz for any cement/masonry work!

Used the online scheduler to get an appointment with them on Home Advisor. They call me the next day to say that they dont take appointments there and then scheduled me for two weeks later. Then they never showed up and didnt call either. Totally unprofessional.Follow up - as soon as I put this review on the owner calls me and starts screaming at me. Calls me some kid and starts yelling at me. No apology for not showing up - just a total awful human. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

I wish I could give less then one star. I don’t know how there are so many good reviews here. We signed a contract with Roberto to redo our in ground pool and paid a $500 deposit. He was supposed to start work in June, to be done by July 1 as stated in contract. We called all of May trying to find out a start date with no response. Finally, when I threatened a lawyer I received a call back. This was May 28 2021. He told us he couldn’t get the materials we need and that we could hold the contract until next year. How unprofessional to wait so long!!!! I was so upset and said no to holding the contract, we will take our deposit back. 2 weeks later we still have not received our check and he ignores our phone calls. We will be seeing him in court.

Roberto and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very professional. Completed the job and we are extremely satisfied.

Roberto and his crew are fantastic. We hired them to do the pool and were very happy with their work so we hired them to do two bluestone patios, an outdoor shower and a retaining wall.I will post pictures and leave more details about the job once it is fully completed.

Roberto completely replaced my pool coping stones with brand new bullnose coping. His crew was very nice, respectful of the house and best of all are experts when it comes to working on a pool. Dont trust just any mason near your pool...you need someone who knows pools and Roberto and his team know pools! They use high quality materials, took their time and did an amazing job.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company truly deserves it.I had my pool renovated 23 years ago with Anthony Sylvan pools and it was a complete nightmare.So this was not my first rodeo.It was time to renovate again. This time a little wiser, I called a couple of places and one was worse than the other.Then I called Braz. My God !!! Roberto was such a super guy and his crew were the best.They made the job seem so easy. I had no stress and Roberto kept all of his promises.I cannot say enough good things about his head guy Leo.They were professional, respectful and on time. Today I gladly give Braz Masonry a A++. They exceeded our expectations. Superior Quality of Install. We had to replace entire coping inside pool, as it was pulling away from paver patio. I got his business card, when he was doing a new walkway around a neighbor’s pool. His team was awesome. Paid close attention to detail. I highly recommend Braz Masonry. Roberto and his crew are good at what they do. He did my pool apron and I called him back for my patio. I received so many compliments on his work it was a no brainer. I definitely would recommend him to anyone I know or needs concrete work done.

Completely irresponsible and no communication. Promised to come for an estimate but forgot. When called, a man came and measured pool circumference but never looked inside in the covered pool. Never responded to text messages or phone calls. Never sent sent written estimate. Im not sure that this is a real/valid company.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Braz Masonry. Roberto is very kind and patient. His team of workers are extremely hardworking and respectful. They just removed tons and tons (around 1,000 square ft) of concrete deck from around my pool and they worked super hard in 100 degree weather. I tried to make sure they were looked after with ice water, coffee, and cold fruit to keep them hydrated - that is the Polish mother hen in me!We originally contacted Roberto for installing a new pool deck, but after some changes on our end, we could not go through with him doing the installation of the new concrete. He could have easily taken the deposit and just bailed on us (and believe me we know few people want to remove concrete when they are not doing the installation too). Roberto came through and stayed true to his word and removed the concrete. Not only that, but he has helped us answer some questions about the pool project in general. He is definitely an expert in pools!I would highly recommend him to anyone and can vouch that he is a man of his word and his team of workers are really good, hardworking guys.

Great Company for all our masonry needs !

Roberto and his team did a great job on replacing tile and resurfacing my in ground pool. The arrived early/on time every day and put in a full day. They worked fast and professionally and left worksite clean. They were respectful and hand carried supplied up and debris out. Tile came out great. We had slight issue with some of the overcoat color and Leo was up the next day and corrected the issue fast and without question. Great Price, great work and great team.
