I am new to the area and I made an appointment for 3:30 on a Friday. There were lots of folks waiting but my time was honored. Not only did my tech do and outstanding job but the price was very reasonable for a fill and gel polish. After cleaning this morning the still look fresh. Pleasantly surprised and recommend their services.

Tracy did my nails with gel polish and very pleased. Ready to make my 2 weeks return appt with her thus week. Everybody in there is always super nice and friendly. Thats why I enjoy going in there to get my nails done!

Was experience at a nail salon, I wont be back and wont recommend to anybody. I called and they would not make an appointment, after walking in they didnt acknowledge me until 10 min after, waited for 20 min more in the pedi chair and finally when somebody came to do my pedi she rushed and did it in less than 10 min. I went for a regular pedi but was talked into getting a gel pedi since I was going on vacation so I went for it, 3 days after I go in vacation and they peeled off the same day I got there, couldnt find a salon to fix them, so I was the one waking around with my nails undone while all the rest of the girls were glowy and shiny. They said I should go back and tell them what happened so they will make it up. I just went and explained them what happened, they said that they had ne wait for 30 min and then a rude lady came and told me they wont do anything about it. She was very rude and told me to stop talking when I was telling then what happened. They said that it was the salt water and I asked why all my friends nails didnt break like mine did, even my husband mentioned it to me.. so I they just used but bery quality nail.polish, or they did not seal them correctly for rushing it , I dont know, just a sad frustrating experience, and the worse customer service I have had in my life. I never leave a negative review for anybody, please go somewhere else if you want a quality salon this is not it!

Very dissatisfied. I went yesterday afternoon and had my nails done and this morning this.... all the gel polish is just peeling off 😡

I went all of 3 times & every time. I NEVER was able to make an appointment over phone, i had to wait almost 2 hours, they failed to mention the wait time & once i said something about it it was oh we are full. Just BAD COMMUNICATION & UNPROFESSIONAL. They should at least say something or put up an sign. They are basically an appointment only salon if you ask me. It is ridiculous how many people come & wait then just leave cause the wait is so long. They should be able to fit walk ins in between the appointments. THE SALON IS IN NEED OF MORE WORKERS

Did a real quickie job on my feet. Did not push my cuticles all the way back so that in four or five days I had big cuticle gaps. I even specifically asked them to push them all the way back places do not so you will have to come back sooner. Did a terrible job on mine eyebrows some places she did not get and she left a bald spot and one eyebrow.

I showed her a picture of two different nails and she put them together and its just beautiful and it was my first time there. Im from New York so my nails gotta be on point and thats facts.

I actually had a mani/pedi appointment for both myself and daughter. Appointment time was at 5:00 p.m. We waited until 5:50 until they finally took us. Then the service felt rushed. My bill was $180 for 2 mani/pedi’s. This was my 4th visit to this salon. With each visit the quality and service deteriorates. At this price point in a small town you would expect over the top service and results. I am paying premium resort/spa prices and receiving sub-par service & results. On the search again for a quality mail salon 😞

This is the BEST PLACE i have ever been. They treat you like youre paying 1 million dollars. Thanks ladies at Elite Nails in Springfield, TN. I definitely will be back.

My first trip to this salon. I got a mani pedi and re as more than happy with both. Ill be back.

First they were late opening, however they did honor my appt and took me before the walk-ins. They started with the pedicure 15mins after appt time. Finished my pedi in 15 mins. Then seated to have mani done and I was out of there in35 mins. When paying I was charged $45 when menu online website states basic mani and Pedi $41?? Explain that to me! Obviously my tip was very small, I dont think I will be going back.

Had pink and white nails and one popped off and they charged me for it. Others dont.

Horrible horrible horrible !!! Lady who did my nails reallly just did not care as they were extremely uneven and different shapes on each nail I constantly complained about it and all she did was file the nails like that was actually getting somewhere , all that fileing and nails still uneven and crooked I just said forget it .... she got upset said and said let her do her job HOWWW WHEN OBVIOUSLY YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING.. now hours later and my nails are in pain bc of all the fileing I would never go back or recommend them paid to much money for nothing

I had an appointment I ended up waiting over an hour all while they were calling people back before me. She was very unprofessional and wasnt happy when I turned down the manicure. She did a rush job on my pedi. I will never go back to this place again.

Came in for a mani pedi and was very disappointed. I made an appointment and had to wait over 15 minutes to be attended. The pedicure was done in 10 minutes. When I went to pay with a card I was told they preferred cash which is sketchy to say to a customer.

Constant excuses for messy work. More nail polish on my skin than on my nails.

The staff is always friendly and even if they are super crowded the wait time is not very long, I really enjoy this salon and always have a great experience! And unlike some other places they never overcharge you or find a reason for an extra charge.

Was told they did not take appointments on Saturday and so when I showed up, there were several people already there. They told me I would wait an hour. After an hour, another woman walked in and they took her immediately and said she had an appointment. If I could rate his nail salon as a zero I would. I walked out and will NEVER give them my business again. TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID THIS JOKE OF A NAIL SALON!

I have been coming here for more than a year. All the staff are very nice and do excellent work. Best to call for an appointment, otherwise you may have a short wait.

My favorite nail salon! Reasonable prices, very clean, and the employees are great. They offer multiple services like other salons like manis, pedis, S&S nails, acrylic, etc. If youre looking for great nail services at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Elite Nail Spa.

The worst experience with them. They did my girlfriends nails and completely messed them up. They were not even not painted good .Tried to get a refund and they said all they could do is do them again. I wouldnt recommend going here terrible customer service

I give 0 stars. The worst experience ever. Rushed doing my nails to where they dont match up & even to the point of hurting bc he was in a rush trying to leave . Nail color does not even out on nails . Needed a manicure. The man said he couldnt do it bc he didnt have time.( 15 minutes) He said we closed at 5:30 due to weather. The weather is not bad at all here in Springfield. There was customers still getting there nails and feet done. If you charge $90 bucks I should be a happy customer and was so unhappy that I told them . I was told to come back Monday & they will fix it. Are you serious? I will never come back. You take care of paying customer before you make them leave unsatisfied. Will never come back. Wasted my time and money here. Absolutely worst experience ever in my life.

Walked in and no-one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Got up and walk out. Will never go back there. I have been there 4 different times and every time there is some reason why I cant get my nails done.
