Today I showed my nail technician Ann a design I found online & she meticulously copied what I has in mind to a T! (Pink w/flowers). I also loved my teal dandelion nails! I forgot the name of the girl who did those but she also did an amazing job!!

Gel manicure and pedicure $$ and they were so accommodating! Four of us plus my infant who decided to start a meltdown while I was mid manicure. They were amazing and helped me to make a bottle and even to change him ♥️ cant say enough good things about this experience

This review goes out specifically to Kevin. I have been coming here for several years and I have had very few complaints. However, lately due to more population (good for them!!) it takes longer to get my nails done so I have turned to making appointments only. I usually don’t mind who does my nails because they are all done very well. But Kevin is my absolute favorite to have do my nails. I usually ask for difficult nails and he hasn’t disappointed yet! I love how he doesn’t pressure me into having a conversation other than asking how school is going for me. I deeply appreciate his gentleness and attention to detail.

Angel did an amazing job! She was very careful filing around my cuticles which I appreciated so much because I have been cut before at other businesses. She paid attention to detail on my nails and made sure all of them were the same length and shape. I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was kind but we spent $200 dollars there and left with jagged dip powder manicures and a sloppy pedicure. I hate my nails! I went home and did the best I could to fix them but the tips they used were so small and he made my finger bleed. Worst $200 Ive ever spent

I was a walk in so it is fine to wait for a while. However, i waited for 20 minutes to be seated, then they made me soak my hands for 20 minutes. I waited even longer for the technician to arrive to his seat and then he was constantly stopping to send text messages. On top of that my dip nails are chipping off after three days! Definately not worth it. I will never return.

A young lady from Viet Nam gave me a lovely pedicure and though she was still learning English, we were able to have a nice conversation and she taught me a few words in her language. So fun. 😀

The girl that did my pedicure was outstanding. I hope she can get employment at a different salon, she was very professional. The guy that worked on my wife (pedi and mani) was completely the opposite. He was done with her before I was finished with my single service and her service was not done very well at all. He didnt care about his customer at all. So the phrase one bad apple spoils them all is true, we will not be back.

I went in with a friend to get our nails done for her wedding , Im normally pretty picky on where I go but came to Glam as its my friends preference and its her wedding. We did come in around 6 as walk in , werent seated near one another and while the person who looked to be the manager took his time on her set. The lady who did my nails rushed to get to another client she clearly knew, she cut the side of my finger and when filing my nail she was also scrapping my fingers pretty hard. She did apologize multiple times about cutting my finger but during the rush the clear coat didnt apply correctly. After asking for her to fix it was told it was my fault for not holding my hand right under the light. Horrible experience will definitely not go back nor would I suggest to a friend.

I’ve been here twice now with my step daughter and the staff never seems happy to do nails for a child. My stepdaughter is very sweet and has great manners. The second time we were in (I like given places a second chance), I felt like we were looked at as dollar signs. We both got basic manicure and I ask to have my nails painted three times. My nails were never painted and when I was asked to wash my hands another customer was told to sit in the chair I was in. I was never even given a chance to say anything else about my nails being painted. I’m not happy with the customer service at the facility and will not be returning.

This is the worst place I have ever gone to get a fill or a pedicure. The lady who did my nails completely rushed through them and the paint job on my toes is horrible and jagged. You can get WAY more bang for your buck elsewhere. Would highly discourage you to get your nails done here if you want them to look nice.

My 16 yo daughter went in to have French tips and they charged her extra because they said her nails were long. Her natural nails do not go past her finger tips. Just taking advantage of a teenager without a parent. Buyer beware!

Typical...you make an appointment and they dont honor that appt when you walk in. They tried to separate me and my DIL until I asked to sit together. The pedicure looked good but the leg massage was mediocre. Just an overall lack of communication.

The dude cut my nails to short, made me bleed, messed up my nail polish and when I complained the made me pay the full price, no apology, no discount. Don’t recommend to come here, go to a different place, save yourself some money.

My daughter got her nails done here today. This is her review.I specifically asked for acrylic nails and they forced me to get dip nails they came out super clumpy and there were bubbles all over my nails because they didn’t let me have my nails in the lamp long enough me and my sister wanted to get nails together but they separated us and put us across the room and we waited for an hour to even get a nail tech over to us I kept on asking to get acrylics and they said you want dip I was like no and then they gave me dip anyway I am training to be a nail tech so I know what good nails are supposed to look like and that was not it at all I am so upset and I will not be coming back to this salon ever again i recommend going somewhere else and they still had the audacity to make me pay over $50 😡

I came into town to visit my sister and mom for Mother’s Day and took them for mani&pedis, and was sadly disappointed and charged extra for items I didn’t receive. The woman who did my nails executed them very well. But didn’t push back/cut my cuticles, so less than a week later and I already need a fill. The man who did my pedicure didn’t do anything except paint my toes, and put lotion on my legs. He charged me extra for “tips” on my toes, which I didn’t 1. Ask for 2. Actually have. The lady who did my mom and sisters nails were huffing and puffing the entire time. I could tell they were busy, but when having a pre planned appointment (not a walk in) I expect, as a business owner myself, to not be treated as an inconvenience when I’m paying you for a service. (And paying for extra fees that I didn’t receive)Sadly disappointed.

I absolutely cannot believe what I experienced today. The gentleman was so rude to me its beyond anything Ive ever encountered. I urge others to go really anywhere else but here. I simply asked him to clip my nails. I explained i like them short. He started filing them. Said that would make them shorter. I then explained I still wanted them clipped. But heSaid he would just file them and told me that is how HE did it. I seriously couldnt believe it. They are my nails. Im the customer. Im paying. Wow. I cant believe he is in business.

I checked in as a walk in and asked if they could do a design. I was told they could. They stripped my old polish, then when I showed the nail tech what I wanted, I was told they couldnt do it because they didnt have time.

I got the Powder dip Manicure and my whole experience was TOP NOTCH! Everyone was very kind and attentive. Chi Chi did my nails and was fast but obviously very good considering she had little nail to work with. Will definitely be coming back!!

Been coming here for two years religiously. Called at 345 and asked if Lily might be available to do my nails at 430. If not, its okay I can come another day because I know its last minute. However they told me Lily would be available. I wasnt going to go if not because the last several times I have come whomever has done them has done a not even good job. I have said 3 times to myself that I wont go back and now I 100% mean it. Not only was Lily not available, but they didnt even bother to mention she wasnt and just had someone else do my nails acting like nothing happened... THIS is what they look like. I asked for short nails, but look at my middle finger. Wow.... Not only that, but my nail is actually visible under the purple polish which has NEVER happened. Im just tired of paying so much for mediocre service. Beyond upset.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. I made an appointment showed up waited for 20 minutes got passed around from multiple people. He’ soaked my nails in acetone for 30 minutes and the acrylic had already come off but he kept soaking them because he was working on three people. 100% do not recommend going here. My nails looked terrible. Nothing was being sanitized while being passed around across three people Nothing was being sanitized while being passed around across three people.

I received a gift card to this location on Mother’s Day and decided to finally use it. I was excited after seeing how beautiful the salon looked but was very disappointed with what I got. I went in for a simple French manicure full set and was not happy with the result. As soon as I left, right away I noticed my nails had a yellow tent to them which was off putting and has never happened to me at any other salon. The nail tech did a lazy job with filing the under part of my manicure because she had left scraps still hanging and sharp edges that I had to go home and file and fix myself. It was not worth $40 and I will not be returning

Disappointing that we made a reservation then waited 30 min and finally asked when we would be helped and we were told another 20 minutes and they really didn’t try to make amends just said we could if we could t wait. Clearly took our appointment and then took walk ins

Ive been to a lot of places around Springfield and this one is by far the best. The staff is communicative, thoughtful, and engaged with the customer every step of the way. They are clean and well organized and you can tell they have a lot of pride in their establishment running smoothly. They take extremely good care of my nails (I get dip manicures regularly) and make sure they remain in good condition. The final product is always worth a big tip from me! Because the atmosphere is so gentle and ambient, I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. I cannot recommend them enough!

Every time I come here they always take their time, no matter how busy they are they always strive to do their best. Their place is always clean and in Tip-Top shape I appreciate how clean it is. And how each time when someone leaves from getting their feet done they always hose it down and scrub it and then put new fresh water in it. This is the best and most favorite place that I will only go to because it is so clean I appreciate that. Thank you.

My girlfriend came there for a 2 nail fix on her ombré dip set and only received one fixed. She had requested for Lily but got sat down with someone else and she burned her finger with the sanding bit, used a pink overlay instead of clear (so now she has one pink tinted nail that doesn’t match the rest), and a bit of acrylic used is still hanging under the free edge like a booger and it’s stuck to skin. Unacceptable. She’s had great experiences with Lily every time but worse with anyone else that she got thrown onto.Response says owner replied but not seeing where he or she replied?

Most of the time they are really good at getting customers done fast and well but today there were multiple new people that didnt know what they are doing and dont do a very good job. There were also multiple customers that made appointments and left because the salon didnt have room. I think that if the customer made an appointment prior they should be able to get in right away especially since f they are on time/early.

5 start rating for a 5 star nail salon. All of the technicians are great with excellent customer service. The decor is adorble, the owner is so nice and very talented. I always have beautiful nails walking out of Glam Boutique. I have had nothing but the best every single time. I will never go anywhere else.

It has been years since Ive had my nails done . My sister and I came here last month and got a gel dip manicure. We came back because they are all very friendly and take their time. No complaints. We will continue to come back and will recommend!

The last two pedicures I’ve received here have been really disappointing. This time they maybe scrubbed my feed for 10 seconds each. The only thing improved is I now have polish. No attention to detail. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. I switched to this salon because it seemed so clean but I will not be returning.

Went today for first time. I am hooked. Absolutely the best nail place I have been to in a very long time. Lindsey did my nails and toes and did an amazing job. She never rushed on them at all. I am still so impressed!!! This will be my new regular!!!

I went to get my eyebrows done and They were very busy. Well, one of the girls was w someone and she stepped away to help me. She went so fast that she didnt wipe the wax off my face. My eyebrows were a little thinner than I wanted. This is the 2nd time and the first time was a 5 star.

Had an appointment and waited an extremely long time for both manicure and pedicure. Picked a color and the guy was confused because I showed a picture ombre nails and pointed to one of the colors and said just pink and said he couldnt do am ombre on the toes and made me pull my feet out of the water and walk back over to pick a different color and then he didnt do the pedicure, I had to wait for another person to do it. Super surprised of that and how much I sat and waited and they did not give a discount at all. The nails look good though. Just so much waiting. I was on there for 2.5 hours.

They aren’t bad but they are not even. When I feel mynails there is a huge dip. The guy that did my nails wasn’t rude, but wasnt very welcoming. Very beautiful salon and most people seem pretty happen. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I came here due to the salon showing as one of the top rated in Springfield. I’m a nail technician myself and going somewhere else scares me, but my current dip was separating from my nails and my coworker was too busy to do a new set for me. I was immediately greeted and shown the dip colors, and the tech was ready for me when I was finished. She was quiet and soft spoken, which I don’t mind,I’m very shy myself when I’m with clients and I’m not a big talker. She was quick and efficient and I was absolutely amazed how easily she took off my dip. Their method of soaking my nails in warm acetone was amazing! She didn’t burn me once with her e-file, even when finalizing little details around my cuticles. She also gave me a quick manicure before reapplying my dip (which not many salons do), and she even top coated my dip with gel which I LOVE. Regular top coatdoes not stay on my nails with consistent acetone contact. At the end, she gave me an amazing arm and hand massage.In regards to cleanliness, I, of course, immediately started looking around. The tools the tech used on me were in a sealable package letting me know they have been disinfected or sterilized. I also saw several sterilization stations with many of these same packages. Clean tools are the most important part of our job, so I was happy to see this. She kept her station clean while filing my dip off, removing the dust when she was done. The floors looked clean, and their pedicure chairs were all lined with a liner and I watched a nail tech wipe down the pedicure chair when a client was finished.I’ll definitely be back if my dip doesn’t lift in the expected longevity. I wish I caught her name!Edit:A little bit upset. I went a second time, I received someone else (which is fine, I did not ask the first girl’s name). She hurt me the entire time, including nicking my cuticles with the bit which made it very painful to do my own job for a few days. They were very lumpy, uneven, and thick.The third time I went, I got the tech I had the first time - yay! She did the most perfect pink and white ombré set on my nails. So smooth, perfectly shaped, and I finally caught her name!I was at work, and I chipped two nails which was my fault. I called the day before for a nail fix by the same nail tech - Lily. I came in today, and I repeated that. I was sat down with someone else, I looked around for Lily and she was doing a pedicure. I would’ve definitely waited for Lily if I was told she was currently busy. To patch the fix, acrylic was applied which I didn’t exactly want as my natural nail broke, too. So, when the acrylic was applied, it seeped under my free edge since the nail was missing not just the dip, essentially gluing my skin and nail together. I was badly burned by her e-file, and this continued to hurt for another hour. She used Kiara Sky 402 and covered my entire nail in it. Now, my pink and white is now.. pink and pink. The nail is completely uneven and lopsided and of course, 9 fingers have a nice white and this one is pink. She also did not fix my other finger as requested. It is harder to speak up with the barriers, masks, and the language barrier as well, so that’s on me for not speaking up since I’m very shy and not confrontational. I will be back for Lily as she is such a fantastic and careful nail tech, but I will make sure I only get sat down with her.
