Very very rude. They don’t make you happy unlike their business name “happy nails”. I went to get pedicure done for my birthday and I almost had tears.They will not understand what you want. Made me feel very uncomfortable when picking the colors. I picked a dark color at first and realized that it will not match my birthday dress and picked a lighter color. That lady said they don’t have that color and bought two other colors.I was not ok getting that colors on my nails. She then started taking in her language and a male person may be the owner came in and bashed at me saying “ you keep changing colors every minute “. I told him it’s her who bought those colors and he asked me which color I wanted. I showed him a cute pink and he bought a darker color and left. Paid 55$. Not at all worth it.You guys made me almost cry when I wanted to pamper myself with a pedicure for my birthday.

People were friendly, but i called in advance and said my acrylic nails would be $30 and i told them exactly what i wanted. price ended out being $45. not horrible, but it was not what they said over the phone. :/ i was disappointed in that. The guy also did not push back or do anything to my cuticles.... and there was a gap from the acrylic bead. you can clearly seethe nail showing. i give it an 3.5-4/10 rating. :(

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had a worse experience in my life. My 10 year old could of done a better job. So unprofessional. Dont listen to what you want. Swear they cant do the simplest design. If you want quality nails, Happy Nails WILL NOT make you happy!!!!!!

The owners were very kind and welcoming. They were patient and helped pick what would work best for me and my lifestyle. Sweet family.

This place is wonderful! Very nice and professional! They took their time on our manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows. They didn’t rush through it or stop to start someone else’s! Great service!

The is absolutely the best nail salon I’ve been to in Springfield. Staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. Definitely going there from now on for my nails and pedicures!!!

These ladies did an amazing job and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely be coming back. I was referred here by a friend and thought it was worth checking out as Ive been having a hard time finding a good nail salon. I called and was able to make an appointment in 15 minutes. They greeted and sat me down, they are very efficient and did great work. The salon is newly opened I guess. Its on the small side but pretty comfortable. The basins are lined with disposable plastic to keep it clean and hygienic between clients. Both of the ladies who worked on my manicure and pedicure were very detail-oriented. The one who did my pedicure worked especially hard softening up my calluses! The one who did my manicure spent a lot of time cleaning up my cuticles. The ladies paid close attention to my cuticles and ensured that the polish was painted on nicely and dried.

Love their shop. However last visit the gentleman spent more time on his phone than my nails. Will be looking for a new place unfortunately. The main gentleman there, Daniel, I believe, is great though!

My mother and I came to this place for a pedicure, and were pleasantly surprised that we did not have to wait- even on a Saturday afternoon. We later figured out why.. Several of the employees are very rude. We felt uncomfortable through the visit. The man doing my pedicure was very pushy about trying to get a commitment for an upgraded pedicure. When I declined the most expensive one he presented some attitude. The rest of the pedicure he spent talking to the woman doing my mom’s pedicure next to him. She was barely engaging in conversation- it was pretty one sided, and he definitely seemed to be entertaining himself. This also caused sloppy work because he wasn’t even looking at my feet during parts of the pedicure. The massage was horrible.. so busy talking he basically spent most of time just holding my foot. He was pretty rough with all other aspects of the pedicure. I would never return or recommend this place.

I LOVE coming here! This place hands down blows my mind on how great and detail oriented they are. Ive recently gotten into nail art and this place has truly qualified nail artists who are not only good at recreating nail art, but are also amazing at creating their own designs.Ive had my fair share of nail art experiences and no one has had the level of detail like this place has. My nail artist made sure she was painting my nails extremely cleanly but also as close as possible to my cuticles without getting any paint on them. Also in many previous experiences of getting nail art done at other places, the designs or stones can be placed crooked because of the angle that the specific nail artist is seeing my nails is at an awkward point, but my nail artist made sure to check from every angle to make sure my stones were places on straight.

The best gel mani and pedi Ive had a long while. When I arrived, I picked out my colors and waited maybe 5 mins before one of the manicurists was free to start working on my feet. They were nice and chit-chatted with me about my stress. They seemed sympathetic to the stress from the ordeal.The staff operate like a well-oiled machine. They can handle 3-4 people at a time in the tight space, and an appointment is definitely a good bet. They have tons of colors, and they do a very good job of really cleaning up cuticles/nail beds and filing nails very thoroughly. My manicure was flawless, and now Im nearly three weeks in on a no chip that still looks amazing.I am extremely picky when it comes to getting my nails done, but the ladies here are all extremely detail-oriented. Only con is that sometimes they can be a bit rough and the massage can be uncomfortable.

Used to be the best, in the past always exceeded my expectations at reasonable cost. I spent $70 on a poor pedi, painted toe nails look good but rest of my feet look untouched. Mani, I showed a pic of pink/white ombre, result was total pearlescent pink. I might go back to see if they will make it right.

Best place in spfld , I have my set on for a most 2mos and still looked nice I get the pink and white never lift or break. And employees there are very nice and friendly. Enjoy

Cut two of my fingers, one twice, cut my friends toe nails too short, cut one of my tips too short so filed the other thumb too short to match, acrylic all over my nail bed shittily hid with thick oil, cuticles dried out, gel applied too thick, $40. I literally told another girl who was about to get a set that I wouldnt recommend it and they cut me. Never coming back

Took my mom to get her nails done along with mine and we were very impressed with our visit. We will be returning!

Will never go back there. I had my nails done there and when they sanded my nails they cut the cuticle and the skin above my nail so bad the last time I was there that it took awhile for it to heal!

Went in here and got a fill done for my acrylics and they charged me $50 dollars.... $50 DOLLARS FOR A FILL.
