Maybe it was an off day, but the ladies that run the salon seemed less than thrilled to be there. They were friendly but somewhat short. The work they did was nice, prices seemed reasonable.

I had to wait a little longer than I should have before they started as I had an appointment, but they were pretty busy so I get it. Anyways, they were all very nice and did a fantastic job!! I love how my nails turned out! Would definitely recommend

I did not make an appointment but there were only 4people in there At the time. I understand I would have to wait but my cousin and I walked in and asked for two pedicures how long she said a couple minutes. We soaked in water for 1 hour before they came to us. My cousin started first and finished after me. The lady who did mine was in a rush and just wanted to get it over with. She has to use one of those foot scrubs due to my soccer player feet and at the end of the pedicure she charged me $8 extra dollars to use that. The gel looks great but the experience was disappointing.

I would give this place no stars if that was possible. Both my sister and I had terrible experiences. Not only do they NOT know how to do dip, but they also dont know how to treat customers. The owner yelled at us and refused to remove the dip in a timely fashion. He wouldnt even give her money back and just let her leave.We came in to get manicures and dip powder done. They didnt do any sort of manicure, just went straight to taking off the old work and putting the dip on top. Didnt prep cuticles or anything. I was completely dissatisfied when I went to wash my hands and realized just how thick and uneven it was applied. I went to explain that the sides werent even and the owner started to yell at me that they had to be thick that thick and wasnt even listening to what I was trying to explain to my tech. Ive had dip powder before and it never looked that thick or uneven. They put gel on top and it had stuck to my skin. I wasnt going to pay for that so I made them take it off.My sister was trying to be nice and so she didnt say anything immediately but she paid $40 for gradient dip work that they said they could do but clearly couldnt. She was needing to get back to KC and didnt want to make anyone mad. I made her go back in because the work she had done didnt look remotely close to what they said they could do. When we went back in to ask for it to be removed and her money back they told us it would be an hour. They had 4 employees and only 2 were working. The owner knew she needed to get back to kc and was intentionally trying to get her to leave so he wouldnt have to give her money back. I dont recommend this place at all. More people came in and they magically had more people available to work after the owner just told my sister that she would have to wait an hour because they were busy.

So sad that they were so unprofessional. I had been going here for a couple of months, and was pretty satisfied. The last time that I went in, I had to wait about 15 minutes (I didn’t make an appointment this time so that’s to be expected). Another woman came in AFTER me and verbally expressed her displeasure for having to wait. She made such a fuss they started working on her first. They removed everything from the station I was already at and sat her down next me and started working on her. Looking around, no one else was even close to being done with the other customers. I said this, and got a weak smile in return from a staff member. I politely said I was going to leave as that was unprofessional and they just all stared at me. The owner then calls me a few minutes after I’ve left and really had nothing to say about it. She said they try to keep customers happy. ... so if I had been the customer throwing a fit about having to wait, I would have skipped the line and gotten to to first!!SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE.

Loved the service! Had a manicure and pedicure. Took about an hour. Massage chair I only used partially, kinda rough. My only complaint (staff was masked and very awesome) was having to endure OANN on the wall mounted TV. Spewing propaganda and misinformation. 5 stars had they just had anything else on the tv.They were pretty busy, but I throughly enjoyed my experience. Will return!

My sister and I made an appointment for two thirty. At 3:30 I was still waiting for them to remove old polish. I had schallac and they used gummy polish and I have pits all In the finish. It was a horrible experience and I will never return.

Very nice employees but one of the women there quite literally ruined my nails. She filed them down so thin to get my previous gel polish off cause she was to impatient to let me sit in the tinfoil for more than two minutes that it burned so hot and then my nails gradually began breaking off at the very tip of my fingers even with the new gel polish on which I’ve never had happen before. Went somewhere to try and repair the damage a couple days later and couldn’t so I went from long strong natural nails to nails at the base of my finger. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with natural nails they go to fast to be careful and keep them intact.

Went in to get my nails done and 4/10 of my fingers are bleeding while 7/10 of the cuticles of my nails are very torn up. I got powder dip nails with tips for $40 but the black powder from doing my nails is still all over my fingers. The nails themselves look pretty ok, but my skin is dirty/ripped to shreds. I probably shouldnt have paid for them because of how the lady destroyed my cuticles and didnt bother to make my nails look clean or presentable at all.

Lilly thank you for suggesting the powder coating for my thin weak nails. This is just amazing!! My nails are longer then ever and the it holds strong for 3 plus weeks. Your advice is always spot on. I greatly appreciate your caring and thoughtfulness to making sure my nails look good!

I went in for an acrylic fill on Sunday(two days ago). I usually go to Golden Nails but unfortunately they were closed on sunday so i had to go somewhere else. I came here and when I called and made an appointment the last sounded bothered by my call.I showed up for my appointment that took nearly 2 hours, FOR A FILL. (This usually takes 45 minutes to an hour and the latest.) Towards the end of my appointment, they were rushing to finish my nails so they had to redo a nail because they didn’t want to wait for it to dry. So that was another 15 minutes. I also left there with nail polish all over my hands and they made me pay $30 for a fill(usually $25 at my usual place) that they not only took forever on, but did a sloppy job as well. They never apologized once. Now two days later, I am noticing that on my one my nails, the gel polish is bumpy and is starting to come off. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied by my experience with this place and will not be back. I would not recommend coming here at all! I would absolutely recommend Golden Nails though, they are amazing!

Love Lilly, the nail tech. She does an amazing job and is so sweet to her customers. She could use some help up there. Thats why the 4 stars. You have to wait while she calls in help if its busy. I only changed nail places because I found a place I like very close to home.

This salon is phenominal!!! Clean, affordable, and I just walked right in! The staff here are so friendly, kind, and down right HILARIOUS!!! I had so much fun getting a FABULOUS set of SNS nails for only$30!!!!! (My photo is the all white nails with the Barbie Pink ring fingers- the pink shade is #66) Will be returning tomorrow for my toes! 😍💅🏻💋

Why I went back the second time is beyond me. The first time I went in was with my cousin. I had Lilly and my nails looked great! My cousin had a man with a horrible attitude! Her nails looked HORRIBLE. They were ALL uneven and not one of the nails matched in shape, not to mention her gel polish was coming off because they left polish all over her hands and she was trying to peel that off her finger. The second time I went back I had that same guy with a horrible attitude. Every single one of my nails were uneven. They all slanted down. After I tried telling him that he went out side and someone else had to come finish them. She didn’t touch the same just painted them. The gel was super uneven and had bubbles in it. I will not go back and do not recommend this place. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of Lili.

Worst nail experience ever! Went in to get a mani/pedi with my daughter for a little R&R. She didnt even run my water for my pedi initially and didnt until I was 2/3 finished with pedi. Before she put on gel that Id picked out, I told her I only wanted polish because I didnt trust that she had a clue as to what she was doing. WHILE she was working on pedi another lady started wrapping my fingers in alum foil to soak off previous gel nails and thats how I sat there until my pedi was done. At that point I told them I didnt want to put anything back on my nails.Basically I was charged $30 for them to remove old gel and apply regular polish. Needless to say, this experience was anything but relaxing! I also noticed that the pedi tools came out of their drawer, not wrapped & sterilized. 😩
