Gel peeled off toes after 3 days. Did not take the time to properly cut down cuticles or clean under nails. Very nice people but for what you’re spending you can go somewhere else and get better quality service.

I absolutely love Ninas! They do a wonderful jobs! I can get in on the same day and they have never turned me away. The pedicure at Ninas are the VERY BEST! They massage each leg for over 5 minutes each. What a service! The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other nail salons in Springfield. 5 stars all the way!!

The one good thing I can say about this place is the guy makes a nice foot massage. The lady is always in a hurry, and I had to point few times for her to redo my nail, and my nails started to peel off the same day which was disappointing because we had a wedding next day.

I would Give Nina 100 Stars if possible. She is amazing and her nail designs with detailed art are impeccable. She is worth the wait! She is also the only person who can effectively cut my nails to prevent ingrown problems. I have been going to her for years...and highly recommend her to everyone. Vu is also excellent with pedicures. Example pictures below😁❤️

My sister and I got a pedi and mani a day before a wedding (at which we were the bridesmaids)and it was pretty bad. The polish started to peel off the same day and we had to redo them ourselves. My sister has ingrown nails and the lady tried to get them out, but it only made it worse. My sister started a bad infection in her toes two days. Very disappointed.

Hands down the best pedicure Ive had in Springfield. Only reason I cant give it 5 stars is that the polish work isnt the best. Sometimes its a little messy. The massage they give with the pedicure, though, makes it more than worth the less than stellar polish.

I was very upset with how my nails turned out and I’m usually not one to speak out, so that should say something. I’m going to have to get my nails fixed else where. They rushed doing my nails leaving paint on my cuticle and on other nails they are not fully painted.

WOW 😱 AMAZING Salon! I had only two problems which were :1. Short staffed (only 2 workers)2. They didnt wipe my nails off at the end with the alcohol thing! Left my nails looking dim and feeling sticky, but other than that AMAZING.I felt so comfortable in here and in normal places Im very shy to speak my mind but I was very verbal and completely comfortable! 10/10, this is my new Nail Salon I WILL be going back to. 💜

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I called Sunday afternoon and was told they would have space in an hour, came in an hour and got served! Got a mani pedi for 42 (with tip). Not too rough or too soft on massages, never hurt me once. Im learning good service is hard to find in Springfield, so Im comfortable giving them a 5 even though I had to clean up a little polish on my skin and file a part of my foot a little more.
