Giving one star because I can’t give zero. This is basically a fake business; Good luck getting your stuff. They have had my couch for a month. They don’t answer phones, they don’t contact you, and honestly don’t do anything. We even drove to the warehouse and nobody was there for two days straight and other workers in the building next to the warehouse explained that nobody is ever actually at work. If you can, don’t let your items go through this fake business.

Poor service, people dont want work, waiting for help, I would call boss and let him a little earlier and see how his workers unload trucks.

This company is a joke. That have had my product sitting in their warehouse for two weeks and have now missed 2 scheduled delivery dates. Mind you I live 8 miles from their warehouse. They gave me a 4 hour window for both delivery dates they established and missed them both. I still don’t have my product and nobody answers the phone when I call.Definitely hire another company for your shipping needs.

Has had my shipment for 12 days and still not delivered- does not answer phone and no answering service. Unprofessional.

Does not answer their phone and does not have a voicemail. Calls you 30 minutes before delivery without any prior notification to schedule a delivery date.

This company does not answer their phones nor to they return calls. They also do not deliver products when they say. They have not proved to me to be a good supplier to I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have also call the Corporate office in Frisco TX. I was put on hold and was caller number 4 with 4 min hold time, once i do the caller number one i was sent to a voicemail that said to leave a message. I wonder if JW Logistics is even a real company.
