I really appreciate all they do!! Shirts pressed as I like. They add collar stays. They even sew buttons on for me, or even if they are just loose. They call everyone by name as you walk-in and let you know your business is appreciated! All at reasonable prices! 🤗

I (Kara Ransom) have had good service and have used Vogue regularly for years. However, two months ago, one of my articles of clothing was lost. I alerted Vogue about 6-7 weeks ago. I have been told the manager of the Sunshine location would reach out to me. To date she has yet to reach out to me. I have called a couple times. I even took another small cleaning order by and talked with her about it. She assured me she would look into it. Another few weeks have gone by. I called late last week, and she was pressing something and was unavailable. I left a detailed message and have, again, heard nothing. I’m beyond frustrated at the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced through all this. Vogue is great so long as your order comes out right. I’ve discovered a completely different experience with this situation. I’ve come to terms with the fact my clothing article will most likely not be found at this point, but something should be done to compensate, especially considering the length of time this has dragged on without any effort from Vogue to reach out to me to resolve.**Update: I’ve increased my rating because the manager reached out and resolved the issue as best she could.

We’ve gone to Vogue for years. We don’t go often, but every time we need these types of services they are the only place we go. Our dry cleaning needs, as well as our laundering needs (large items that don’t fit in our washer), have been handled professionally. We are always happy with the results.

Update. I talked to Kim the manager. She was very nice and explained what happened. From my understanding the situation was handled. My dress does does look great and the alteration was done just like I wanted. I will change my 1 star to 3. I would do 4 but it did take 7 days longer than was expected.Dropped my wedding dress off about 2 or 3 weeks ago to be dry cleaned and have a panel put in the back. The girl that checked me in told me she would call me the following Monday to let me know if they could do it. Wednesday rolls around had still not received a phone call so I called them was told it slipped her mind and I needed to bring in the snaps and fabric so I did that the following Monday. Was told my dress would be ready on April 17th. Called Friday April 19th was told that it just needed bagged and it would be ready. Go there today the panel was not put in the back nobody even knew it was supposed to be done the girl had to go hunt down the bag I brought with my fabric and snaps in because they had no clue where it was. I was told it would be ready tomorrow and I would not be charged for the alteration. I would hope not being that my dress should have been done 6 days ago. The communication here is terrible. I will not be back ever and I will not be recommending anyone to this location.

I told the man when I needed my clothes by and he put it in the computer. Later on the manager unreasonably decided I didn’t need them that early and changed the date in the computer without consulting the man that took my order. I now don’t have my clothes for my event all because the manager went changing things instead of focusing on the customer needs. A big lack of communication and professionalism. Front worker was kind, though.

UPDATE: Shortly after I left my initial review, I received a message from Kim, the store manager at the Sunshine location, and then received a phone call from the owner. Both apologized for the situation. The owner met me close to my house and delivered my dry cleaning personally later that same evening. I had a nice conversation with him about the incident which proved to me that he does indeed care about his customers. Im changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. We all make mistake but how you deal with it after the fact, speaks volumes about your character.Very poor customer service. I called today about 5 mins before they closed for the day and asked if they would wait for me as I would be about 5 mins late to pick my dry cleaning. The person in the phone said “no problem”. I explained I have an early flight the next morning for a work trip and got held up at work this afternoon. I arrived at 6:05 on the dot to find all the doors locked. I knocked on the door and the guy in back room saw me several times but kept ignoring me. I tried calling again but no answer. I waited outside until 6:20 hoping to catch someone leaving but no one ever walked out. I’m sure they were avoiding me. I understand it was after hours but my wife and I also own a small business and would never treat a customer like that. Very disrespectful and a clear sign they dont care about their customers. It would have been a different situation if he would told me no over the phone when I called. I ended up running to the mall and purchasing the clothing I needed for this work trip. This will be the last time I use any of the Vogue Cleaners and will be sure to tell this story as often as I can.

Zero Stars - Suit pants should NEVER be hung over a hanger; they should hung by the cuff! I dropped off 4 suits for dry cleaning and pressing. What good did it do to press my pants if you are going to put a crease in them?Additionally, the woman at the counter was very snooty and showed me no level of good customer service.Went looking for a dry cleaner in this area, and chose this one for its rating and location. BIG MISTAKE

Lost my shirt, dont do a clean enough job on the collars, and who irons jeans pants with pleats😳🤦🏿‍♂️Update - I have since gone back there and the manager was able to find my shirt which was a great relief.

They suck. Horrible customer service. I used them for years and put up with the occasional missing item, broken or missing buttons, or shirts that have been poorly laundered. When I got a batch of dry cleaning back and all my suit pants in that batch were shrunk, I called them to make an appt. to show them. They were rude, defensive and denied that they could do it. They told me that I was the only one complaining so it couldnt have been them. I left without so much as an apology. Horrible way to run a business.
