The young lady that does the alterations is phenomenal! She altered my wedding dress and its an absolute PERFECT fit. The sizing only took her about 10 min, and she had it ready more than a week early on top of it. She is an angel. I would recommend her alterations to ANYONE needing it for any occasion. Absolutely LOVE my dress! Thank you so very much. Your talent is one of a kind.

Not many of these places around anymore so I am VERY glad to have found one so close to my home. Over the past few months, I have had a silk tie re-stiched, jeans hemmed a few inches, a coat zipper fixed, and a pantsuit and floor length, semi-formal dress altered to fit. Oh yeah, and the neck seam on a jacket fixed. I am very pleased with the work done, the pricing and the length of time it took to complete. So, if you are like me and have that ever-growing pile of miscellaneous articles of clothing, each with button off, small tear, seam unravelled, too long, too short, or whatever, come see thislovely lady who does such beautiful work! I honestly cant say enough positive things to convey the level of gratitude that I have. My son has a cherished ball cap that he wears that he got from his grandma who passed away suddenly, the closure in the back had broken and he has been sad about it for a couple of months until it occurred to me one day to take it to an alterations seamstress :-) Im sure thats not something that they regularly do. However she was optimistic and she did not tell me no :-) my son was so happy to pick up his baseball cap this last weekend that I think he almost shed a tear. Hell be 11 in a few weeks and he said that having his ball cap fixed was all he had wanted. Thank you for making my sons day! Seeing his face light up and smile from ear to ear was awesome.

Horrible !!! Dropped off 2 items that were both a very simple fix . I was told they would be done in a week. I didnt make it back until 3 days after the supposed done time. When I went to pick up the items the door was locked and I had to call her to come to the store. Although it says they stay open until 6. It was 4 when I got there. When she arrived she couldnt find the stuff and when she finally did it hadnt even been touched. She said to come back the next day and they would be done. Once again I get there and theres no one there. I call her and she says one thing is done but not both. I couldnt even get the item that was done because she said she wouldnt be back until the next day. So tomorrow I will go back again for the third time with hopes she has my stuff done. The right thing to do would be to refund my money which I seriously doubt will be offered. You cant run a business if your not there to run it. You dont have a set closing time and close early everyday. The entire process was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope for the sake of her business that she changes the way she does business with people. Theres alot of choices when it comes to alterations and that will never be a choice I make again. Good luck if you decide to use her.
