I highly recommend this service. The convenience of free drop off and delivery cant be best. For initial account setup, its best to call or head to the location in person. I used the online option and the laundering information I entered was never seen by the staff. When I called to sort out the oversight, the representative was very professional and attentive.

UPDATE: After my initial review last month, both Marlena and Willmae reached out to me. Willmae asked me to meet her and discuss my issues in person, which I greatly appreciated. She owned up to her shop’s errors and promised to make things right. It’s been over a month and honestly she’s done a great job. My shirts have been expertly ironed and most importantly, she’s improved communications. On one occasion, the shop texted me and asked for an extra day to try and remove a stubborn ink stain. It was worth the extra day. On another occasion, they replaced a broken button without asking. And on all occasions, my cleaning has been delivered on time and in great shape.And for the record, no one at Crest asked me to delete or modify my review. They initially screwed up but took ownership and have done great work ever since.INITIAL REVIEW (1 star)Horrible job in every aspect. Paid for 1 day cleaning of uniform shirt and pants. Eventually received them...Issue 1: same day service didnt happen because apparently one of their machines broke. OK, things happen...Issue 2: got a text when my cleaning was done the next day (yay!). Showed up at the store and couldnt get my stuff because the conveyor belt broke.Issue 3: finally got my stuff a day later and noticed that it wasnt properly ironed. My uniform shirts have nice creases on the sleeves. Now I have an extra crease due to improper ironing. My husband and I have been going to Crest for 8 years and we have always had great service. They always make our uniforms for our restaurant top priority and knows how starched we have to have them.The staff is always very friendly and loves calling you by your name and asking how you are doing. Way to expensive and its really frustrating that if you wish to save money by bringing in your own clothes instead of having or using their pick up service (which seems like a cool idea but I didnt not use) there should be a discounted or different charge per item but its not... So epic fail.

Very clean and professional environment. Everyone was courteous and supportive. Though I havent inspected all my items that were dry cleaned thus far, the ones that were worn appeared to be in tact, cleaned from dirt and stains, and well pressed! Even though the rule of thumb is no news is good news, good news also needs recognition! Thank you for your dedicated service and attention to detail!

Dry cleaning side is fine, alterations is terrible. no published prices, $60 for 2 shirts getting sewn on... very bad business practices, will not return for any services here.Update: Manager called the other day, left a message that she can offer a coupon for dry cleaning, yea no thanks. I tried to call back several times but she was never there. Im just going to dispute charge through my credit card because that is ridiculous.

We have used Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners at the Huntsman location for over 10 years.ALL of the employees ( and the home delivery crew) have treated us with the utmost courtesy, always making customer satisfaction their primary priority. Our dry cleaning has always been flawless, to our specifications and delivered on time...even ahead of time when OUR lack of planning has put us in a crunch. There may be less expensive dry cleaning services available but the environmentally-friendly procedures that Crest uses are important to us. After turning in three dresses for cleaning on Tuesday, I received a text saying my order was ready for pickup Wednesday. I made the trip that afternoon, was handed only two dresses, and was told the third was taking extra time because it had a gold metal feature. This was mentioned neither when I dropped off, nor in the text they sent. I wasted a trip and my time. I left the third dress there until Sunday and paid nearly $48 for all, only to have that third dress come back with pulls in the fabric that were NOT there when I dropped it off, AND the drink stain STILL on it. Mind you, Id specifically pointed out this stain at drop-off and was assured at drop-off, as well as on the first pick-up day (I asked both times) that they could get it out. I was made to pay full price today and told they could try again. You think Im going to leave it, or anything else of mine on their care again? No, thank you. For the money they charge, they should be able to work miracles, or at least do what they assure you they can, and they certainly should take better care of your things.

Ive been going to this Crest Cleaners for a long time, mainly because of the convenient location. However, lately Ive brought in some items that needed special attention, and not only have they returned them as good as new, but theyve been ready before I was told theyd be. The people in front are quick yet helpful, and Ive even used the seamstress a few times.

A little pricey, but worth it, in my opinion. I truly appreciate their delivery service to and from my house.

The quality of the dry cleaning is really good and I love the delivery service!! The one time I had a blanket not come out well, they fixed it right away for free. And the drivers are really nice.

Their free home delivery service is the best! Theyll drop off and pick up for free. And when we take it in, it gets delivered back to the house. No fuss! I appreciate anything that makes my life easier.

Ive been using this Crest location for nearly 12 years. I dont live nearby, but find good value in the service and the people that work there. They compliment the excellent care for my laundry. The team is always great to work with and know me (and my number) personally. I wont go anywhere else to get my laundry done. Its the people!

Very happy with the service. They have a perpetual coupon. I recently started using the home delivery service and the gentleman that delivers has called me personally and seems very professional. And I found out that I can drop off at my convenience and they will still deliver on my next delivery day.

I appreciate the excellent customer service and quality of cleaning. Management and staff are always quick to serve and friendly. Quality of cleaning has been consistent over the last 6 or so. They take special needs such as stains and other isssues when needed. Location is clean and convenient and open hours are convenient for us.

Have used them to wash comforters, but wont anymore. Have had 3 ruined because whatever machine they use to wash/dry them rips the seams apart. The damage is clearly visible with the seams pulled & ripped and the stuffing coming out. The worst part is their staff folds up the damaged comforter, bags it, and hands it back without saying a word about the damage their process caused and an offer to repair the item. No accountability. The 1st one I took back to them, but the damage was so bad that it was not repairable. They credited my account for the cost of the cleaning. Big deal. The 2nd one I was able to repair. The 3rd one has multiple ripped seams and likely damaged beyond repair.

Great, dependable home pick up delivery and always satisfied with the quality. Crest takes one big to-do off my hands -- just leave the clothes in the bag at my front door, and the clothes show back up, cleaned and pressed and worry free.

If you buy your suits off-the-rack, by all means have Crest clean and press them. However, if you don’t buy off-the-rack, buyer beware: the staff does not know how to properly press a suit.I asked if they offered no moisture hot-iron pressing and they said “Yes.” I asked if they knew what that meant they responded “No.” The bespoke suit I had them clean and press no longer has a lapel roll, just flattened and creased lapel, equating to thousands of dollars of suit coat ruined. I’m glad it was only one.Advice? If you want a poor job done, go to Zips; at least it’ll cost less. I should have gone to my normal cleaner instead of the budget franchise because they are closer. Lesson learned.

Price is somewhat higher than Im used to but the service is great. Monday & Thursday free home delivery is a great perk.

I dropped about five items there and had a dress alteration done. When I dropped the items, the young man told me the cleaning fee was $7.00 for each item (or something like that). When I picked up the items, the woman at the counter charged me $15.00 for each dress. $15 for cleaning a dress?

Pick up and drop off is OK although I have had times that I showed up and it wasnt done. The home delivery and pickup is awful. They have dropped at the wrong house, missed delivery dates, and this time held my close because they needed a card on file, but never called to tell me. They have never offered to make it up to me to keep my business.

It makes zero sense to spend another $1 at this location. I can’t stand the lack of customer service that they provide, and the lack of professionalism from their management team. I’ve made several attempts to justify their lack of customer service, but nothing seems to get better. The convenience of it’s location, is no longer worth the lack of customer service.
