Jordan Monroe is a total rip-off he said he fixed an oil leak in my vehicle charge me almost $500 at leaked worse when he was Jdone do not hire. Now hes starting a new business call urgent Rent-A-Car to rip off more people!

This is the worst car rental establishment I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Horrible service, unsafe, unmaintained, dysfunctional vehicles that a person should not have to pay for!

This place is a hidden gem. The guy is honest, friendly and has really good prices.I only got a tire rotation this timebut will definitely be back for more.He took extra care of my lug nuts by not using an impact wrench like most places do.UPDATEGot the oil changed today and they didnt change the filter...had to go back

Called around 4pm on a Friday to make an appointment,. Knowing they close at 5pm. The person answering the phone said come on in I will take a look at your brakes today.WoW I was impressedAll worked was done at a great price.You couldnt ask for better customer serviceI will definitely use them again

Very thorough, half the price of the first place I went to! I brought in 5 cans of food for the hungry and they gave me $20 off too! :)

Changed the engine in my car in a matter of days and did an excellent job. Honest, hardworking mechanics and the owner was very nice.

This shop left my car in hazardous conditions DO NOT GO HERE if you can afford not to just go to a real shop cheap is never better I’ve learned my lesson I’ll be reporting this shop to the attorney general I’ve shown this shop nothing but love but when they did wrong they couldn’t be honorable men and stand behind their work so now we will play ball the funny part is before I left the shop I even tipped the owner on top of the money I paid for repairs and told him how I appreciated him and his workers

The 2 mechanics at Monroe Automotive put a transmission in my car, 1st one ever they put in & my car runs like its brand new again!!Thanks
