Took a transport van in for a broken door latch. (Mind you the thing is in the shop for the 4th time this year. Finally had a tech that found the problem that was never fixed from the start.) Told me I needed to have the lift removed before they could work on it. The catch? The lift can only be removed through the back. Sure its not glamorous work, but asking someone to go to a body shop to get it primed so it is easier to work on is terrible form. Incompetence by the truckload.Edit: Here is the impossible to access door that was not only accessed (clearly), but was also fixed. Why take your vehicle to the Dodge specialists only to be told youre better off doing it yourself?

By far the best car purchase experience we have ever had. Damon Bess was one of the best salesman I have ever delt with. He took the time to listen to what we needed to make sure we got the car that will last and met all our needs. My husband and I came to Corwin with a budget in mind and a couple vehicles we had saw online when checking out their inventory. Very disgusted. I was assured via email this morning that the Jeep we were interested in was available, so we drove the nearly two hour drive today to look at it. On Labor Day, might I add. When we got there we were taken on a wild goose chase to find the Jeep, because it was supposedly at a different location than we were told. We get to that location and are told the Jeep is locked in the detail shop and nobody has access to the Jeep. So we drove 2 hours one way for nothing. Then come to find out, the Jeep was sold anyways. Very unorganized mess, first and last time dealing with this place. THANK YOU Corwin for wasting our Labor Day.

Requested a FIAT 124 Spider Classica replacement battery per specs. I asked if I could watch them install the new battery and advisor said yes. Took about an hour to get the battery from the shop. When it arrived it was way to large in size. The mechanic tried to force it into the bay area. He contacted the advisor and determined it was several inches to large. Advisor contacted shop to get another battery. The Fiat has a plastic shield that surrounds the battery. The new battery was too large. The mechanic went ahead and installed the battery without the shield. I expected to keep my FIAT as original and was required to put the shield in the trunk. Was not pleased that he was discarding it. The advisor did recognize my complaint and offered me a discount on the service. The mechanic was leaning over the front fender with no protection covering it. He had to lean over and move several times and my fear was he would scratch my fender paint. During the installation the mechanic tossed his wrench into the radiator bay area. The mechanic needs to be better trained that people dont want their cars disrespected. I did appreciate the advisor getting me in without a weeks appointment. I live in Joplin, MO and it really is a inconvenience to drive 140 miles round trip for oil changes and battery repairs based on FIAT requirements.

Just bought a new car here, and I have to say it is a very different experience from my last car at a different dealer. I am the proud owner of a beautiful Jeep Compass thanks to Chris and Albert! My mom found the 2017 Jeep Compass Latitude for less than $20,000 with only 15,000 miles on it. It had only recently been traded in so it wasn’t on the lot yet, rather another location waiting in line to go through a cleaning and 1000 point inspection. Albert put in the extra leg work to hunt it down, find out who had the keys and shuttled myself, my daughter and both my parents to it’s location so I may test drive and look it over anyway. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for on their website and they were even running a special deal on them, which Corwin does often. I called in and find that the vehicle had been delivered to them today and wasnt ready yet to be picked up, but Albert tried everything to make it happen, even going out to the prep lot to take pictures of it for me when I got there.While I will have to wait a couple days, since its the weekend, Albert went out of his way to make sure I got to test drive the closest vehicle to the one I will be getting.The service was excellent and the purchasing process was smooth. Albert has secured my repeat business when its time for the next Jeep!3 days later, here to pick up my Jeep and theres being a hang-up with the funding company. While they were trying to figure things out, the staff at Corwin went above and beyond to help the funding company solve the issue.

We took our vehicle in for a repair that we were told was covered under warranty.Took it in on a Friday morning were told it would be done around 3 or 4pm. The following Wednesday we were told vehicle is ready. At this point they informed us the repairs were not covered via warranty and now had this huge bill.... um sorry what... one I do believe this is against the law and 2ndly why were we not informed about this before they did the repairs... I would have gladly paid for the labor up to that point and been back when I had the financial support I need for the fix.... customer care a zero, professionalism a zero, the repair 10 out of 10. However I will not bring nor recommend them to anyone ever.

Im very disappointed with how my truck was treated during a simple oil change and an alignment which didnt get completed during my scheduled appointment. As I was took out to my truck still on the lift and describe why they could not complete my alignment. I asked why there was so much oil over the bottom of my truck. He assured me it would get cleaned up. On my trip back to my house, I smelt the oil burning through my firewall coming into the cab. I parked my truck in the garage and decided to investigate the smell and check my oil level. Opened the hood and immediately seen where the oil was coming from. I could see that oil was all over the top of my engine starting from the fill port and going outward. Running down the side of my engine . Looking under my truck now starting to see the dripping of oil on my garage floor. Took a minute and calmed myself the best I could at this point. Called the service department and told him, and the best answer he gave that I should bring it back and let them clean my truck. I asked how they planned on cleaning this, and was told they had brake cleaner and a power washer. no way this is happening. Not sure how to go from here. But Im sure I should not drive this back to corwin, and risk a fire in my engine bay.

My purchase went ok with Corwin. The finance portion was great as was the negotiation. The biggest problem I had was with my salesman. It was very apparent that he had no clue about the product he was selling and was making it up as he went along. However the worse thing was when my salesman assured me on several occasions that I would receive a second key fob with my vehicle. Later he told me. Could purchase a second key fob for a discounted price which turned out to be wrong. And the icing on the cake was when he called me three weeks after my purchase to ask for the second key of my trade.

So I wont go into detail as it involves personal information about not just me, but I will say that our product specialist Levi, and sales manager Larry, went well above and beyond to make sure everything went through and was taken care of. It was an exceptional situation, and it took almost 3 weeks total (not due to them, but due to the situation) to complete, and they were with me every step of the way. My family and I will always go here first from this point forward when car shopping.

Only stopped by to look today but was given quality service and next month I will be back to get a new vehicle!

My husband and I went to Corwin Dodge to trade in our truck for something a bit better on gas. Our sales person was Justin Albers-Milstead. He found a 2019 Jeep that we test drove. We were over the moon and hoped we could finance it. Well, he ran the numbers and sadly we werent able to finance the Jeep he found for us. But wait theres more......I was fine with the decision, but my husband wanted to see if there was any other way to make the deal. A way was found. All I can say is..... go to Corwin before looking anywhere else for a great vehicle. They are unlike any other dealer out there. They care about you, treat you really like family. I am so grateful to Justin for all the work and care he and the whole Corwin family put into our amazing deal. Did I mention compassionate, honest, and welcoming? Terrible experience here. Definitely know what you are wanting and should be paying for before going to this dealer. I had my credit ran 8 times and told I got approved for 0% then told I didn’t then told I was approved by 2 different people. They had no explanation for this when I confronted them. I was told a Jeep promotion was ending Saturday when it actually didn’t end till the next week. I was also put in their system as a “bad lead” because I didn’t want to purchase that day at the very first car I looked at.They then added after market pulse breaks for an extra $500 then a thing called data dots for another $300. I did not ask for either or those things and they would not remove them or take them out of the price. Ended up driving an hour and half away, got an interest half of what they quoted me, wasn’t charged for anything extra, and got the exact price I was asking for. I would not recommend to any one.

Just bought my third car at Corwin Jeep and had an outstanding experience once again. Chris Worley helped me find the perfect car for what i needed and even helped me set up my phone blue tooth and made sure it was wroking properly. Financing was a breeze as well. Great rate and in and out quickley. A great Corwin Experience!

Chris came out the door and welcomed us as if he knew us. The whole crew at Corwin made buying my new Jeep so seamless and quick. Chris new everything there was to know about this Jeep. Chris took extremely good care of us and our Yorkie Maggie. Howard brought her a bowl of water. Matt introduced himself to us and sold me some floormats. Rob helped us with signing the papers and made us feel so comfortable. This was not an all day experience, which we were regretting.

Very friendly very prompt I went in there today to return a part that I didnt need because I sold my car and the guy gave my son a hat my son is mildly autistic he enjoyed his hat very much thank you Corwin. First off women avoid!!! Very rude. Did NOT Acknowledge me but sure did the two men who came in after me. Just bought the vehicle in December 2020. Coupons were sent via email for oil change and tire rotation however didn’t apply to new vehicle. If you buy the extended warranty then you get discounts on such service. Expected charges $104. Went elsewhere (good place used before many times) $50 cheaper. Service at Corwin is a rip-off!!!

Took my car to Corwin Dodge to sell it. Benjamin Brentlinger was great to work with! This was the first time I sold a car to a dealership without doing a trade, and he walked my through the process and explained everything to me. He was very helpful, as have all of the people at Corwin Dodge. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and offer their assistance, even if youre not purchasing a car from them. I cannot say enough about the customer service at this dealership! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out.

Devin Ketelson helped me buy a new used vehicle from Corwin and was an awesome salesman! Knowledgeable and friendly, but not over-the-top salesman-y. LOL. The ONLY downside with Corwin is they need a sales office at each location. You shouldnt have to drive to another location to complete the sale! I had driven the same truck for the last 12 years. It’s been a great truck. I decided it was time for something newer. My wife found a truck we liked and handled the entire transaction while I was at work. I can’t speak highly enough about how seamless this dealership handled the entire deal. Jeff, Albert, and Kyle made this very easy for all involved. I sincerely appreciate all the help.

I must say that Customer Service was THE BEST at Corwin. Friendliness, promptness, optimism, and respect were given by Owen and Brock who helped us buy our Jeep. Great purchase experience- probably the best I have ever had. Communication was kind, and not pushy. Patience was exhibited and financing went smoothly. I did not get a car from Corwin and that is why I am recommending them. David Bussman was a great sales person and I bought a toyota 4Runner from them. 24 minutes later I was on the side of the road. The sent a truck, took the vehicle to Toyota and stayed in communication with me. 3 days later no diagnosis and at their suggestion terminated the deal and shredded the paperwork. THEIR I NO WAY FOR THEM TO HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE PROBLEM. and at the time it broke down it was my car, but they stepped up and said they did not want that to be the experience I had. So I am watching their used car lot and I am also telling people I would do business with them again if given the opportunity.

My apologies to your inexperienced service representative. I apologized several time, but she kept cutting our conversation off. As I tried to explain to her, she kept repeating that my husbands name was on the record, but I MAKE the payments. You may want to consider additional training in customer service; as I was a customer service representative of the USPS. She needs to adopt a more professional attitude or she isnt going to cut it. Furthermore, I am considering changing dealerships, but this has been the WORST transaction I have had with your dealership, as I normally drop the Jeep 2016 Cherokee TrailHawk in person. Have the best day possible. By the way I work at the USPS Tues-Fri from 4 am to 12:30 pm. Thank you.

As a single woman it can be difficult to do anything dealing with the automotive industry, purchasing or repairs. I frequently get that cringy feeling. However, Justin Albers-Milstead was easy to work with. He was not patronizing or condescending. He was friendly, respectful, and helpful which was very much appreciated. As a matter of fact every employee I came into contact with was friendly and professional. I have already referred a co-worker. Two thumbs up for Justin and the crew 👍👍
