Monument Marble and Granite could not perform the quality of work with the stone we originally selected. They refused to answer questions about the process and abruptly terminated our agreement the day before the install.Caught in a bind since our remodel was nearing completion, I started the search again and I stumbled upon Murat and his company and I am glad I did. Murat explained what the previous contractor Monument Marble and Granite could not. He walked me through the challenges of working with certain stones and the gave me three best options for the fireplace and surround install.In the end, finding Murat and getting his expert advice and consult was the missing piece in our project. We selected the Mikado Breeze and he had it installed in less than two days while we were away and when we returned home it was better than we expected.Thank you for educating us, installing an amazing piece at a great price, and providing the best customer service ever. He walked me through the whole process and gave me a detailed estimate so there were no surprises on the price. The countertops were installed the same week and the work was great. We had quite an experience with a previous contractor who went missing midway through the project, leaving us without a working kitchen for months. The quality and efficiency were impressive and my project to replace the kitchen countertop happened 10 days after I visit his store (could have it done in 7 if my availability wasnt restricted to weekends). I highly recommend Murat and His team at star granite and marble. They installed a 72 inch quartz countertop in my master bathroom. The existing tile floor is a warm gray and difficult to coordinate with. With Murats help and patients a quartz top was selected that is perfect. I could not be happier. The price was great too.

He was so knowledgeable and patient with us and helped us eventually decide on a beautiful marble.The marble we chose had a lot of variation and I really wanted to hand pick the slab and the area of the slab that would be on my counter. Murat was happy to allow me to do this and took the time to help me map out the exact parts of the marble that I wanted. He never made me feel high maintenance and was happy to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and excellent customer service.On top of everything, the price was great. We shopped at several different places and found Star Granites prices to be very competitive.

Murat cares about his customers. We started with a kitchen remodel and then asked them to work in our basement. We then asked them to replace the doors and now they are redoing our stairs. Murat and Santos are as honest as the day is long.

Tile is constantly breaking and giving away making tripping hazards. The underlayment is minimal or not present. Grout is not used on majority of floor. Whenever contacted to fix they don’t return calls or say that nothing else can be done. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Star Granite & Marble was hired to remove my Granite countertop which I did not want broken so I could have my Island cut down. Murat (Owner) sent 2 of his best guys and they removed the countertop and backsplashes without anything breaking. After my contractor finished lowering the Island the 2 guys returned any professionally replaced my backsplashes after cutting out new electrical outlets and replaced my countertop. I could not be happier with the work that was performed I will definitely use Star Granite & Marble again. Highly RECOMMEND!!!!
