Working with Suttons was the best of both worlds! Its a local business, so its easy to get in contact with people when you need them, but its also not tiny, so they have effective systems and enough staff to keep everything on track and moving along. It meant the world to us that it wasnt just a job to them.That sense of pride in workmanship and importance of customer satisfaction is why we will work with Suttons on the next phase of of this whole house project. We felt like we were the most important customers in the world. Chris is my hero - he was here every single day, parked outside our house before 8:00 a.m., waiting for the clock to strike so he could get inside and start working. He, Jack, Tim and Tyler spent countless hours getting the walls and ceilings, exactly like we wanted them. The texture of the ceiling was off-the-charts important to us and I know we were picky. No complaints, no impatience . . . they just made it happen! Everyones communication, kindness, patience and attention to excellent work were second to none. Weve worked with a lot of contractors - I just cant imagine working with anyone else. Even the little things that were big things to us - making sure gates were closed so the dog didnt get out, being as quiet as possible while our kids were in virtual classes - Suttons has a team of great people, not simply employees. It was just a joy getting to know all of them and were thankful we have contractors we trust and value. Looking forward to the next phase with Suttons!

This rating would be 10 stars if that was possible! My husband is deployed and he wanted to have all the work done before he left so that it wasnt solely on my plate. Unfortunately, because of supply shortages and the weather, our project couldnt begin until after he left. However, from the first phone call to the final payment Suttons had me resting easy. They did what they said they would and showed up when they were scheduled every single time. Our house went from being a dingy, cream color (think smokers teeth) with unremarkable siding to a stunning, modern dark grey with impeccable white trim and gutters and a roof that I no longer worry about. We had two solar tunnels put into our livingroom that have transformed the space from being dark and small to bright and light. Huge kudos to Adam, our project manager. He is friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable and was eager to follow up with me on my concerns over even the smallest details. You should request him for your project! I cannot express my appreciation enough. At times being a military spouse has its challenges but this was a piece of cake. Just wait till my sailor gets home to see it!!!Thank you Suttons!!

Andy our carpenter worked on our home as if it was his own, always giving attention to detail. I just had Suttons install a new roof, gutters with gutter guards, a new window, siding on half of my house, and repair of a hole in the ceiling of my garage after a huge tree fell on the house. Beginning with the salesman, Andy and continuing with the project manager, Joe and the entire workforce, everything was handled very professionally. These people really know what they are doing and it shows in the quality of their workmanship and courtesy to their clients. Suttons did an amazing job with putting new gutters on our 1905 house! They put brand new soffits and fascia on the house along with gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards and they replaced any problem boards along the way. They completed the job quickly and neatly. I was always able to get ahold of them if I had any questions or issues. They were upfront and honest about any problems they ran into throughout the process and were amazing at finding quick solutions! I will be working with them again in the future!

We recently decided to have Suttons replace our roof and windows in our home. We were impressed with the sales presentation and the GAF Gold level warranty. We were also pleasantly surprised at the total cost of the project. But in the end, we were even more impressed with the team that came to evaluate our home and complete the work on our roof. Essentially the roof was completed in two days of hard work. We had no issues at all, the project was clean and employees extremely respectful of our property. This project consisted of the replacement of windows and two exterior doors. Adam did a great job overseeing the work, Rob and Chris did an excellent job installing the windows and doors, The project was delayed through no fault of Suttons. The high volume of construction work in 2020 caused raw material delays. Through out this time Trip kept us up to speed on what was going on and moved quickly to get our work schedule once he got a firm delivery date. The installation by Rob and Chris was excellent. They kept the work area clean and did a very professional install. Proof of this was at the end of the work a detailed inspection came up with no punch list items.

My roof received hail damage and my insurance company gave me three companies that they recommended. I chose Suttons based on their reputation of good work. Andy, Suttons salesperson, was knowledgeable and made the process of working with the insurance company easy. He explained the process step by step and went over warranty details in depth and was able to answer all of my questions. He also informed me that there was a $250 rebate available to veterans from the shingle manufacturer available, which I took advantage of. Thank you to Suttons, Andy, and the crew that put the roof on.

Sutton’s installed new sliding doors for our patio in November 2020 and we have been very pleased with the results.The two-man crew arrived promptly at 8am on a Saturday morning and quickly had a protective barrier set up in our family room as they proceeded to remove the old doors and install the new ones. Once they were done, they did a thorough removal of any debris and cleanup both inside and out.Most importantly, they demonstrated the features on the door and advised leaving the door closed for a few days to allow the doors to properly seal.The entire process from the first home visit and estimates to the final install was conducted professionally and all of Sutton’s personel were friendly and helpful with any questions my wife and I had.Most importantly, the quality of the products and the skill of the installers is measured by not only the appearance, but the functionality. Our family room has been much more comfortable and warm this winter and you definitely notice - or, rather, NOT notice - the cold air seeping in through the cracks of the door frame. Daniel, Joe, Rob and Jeff did amazing work at our condo. We had a new, very large, picture window replaced, there was nothing normal about this project; they were very meticulous every step of the way from beginning to end. We asked them to do what other companies were saying was impossible; we cant thank them enough for going above and beyond to do what we asked of them without cutting corners. Suttons did a great job on our gutters.

36 years in our house using Suttons. We next had them remake a house for our sons use during medical school. That was roof, windows, doors, siding and interior reconfiguration. The before/after pictures speak for themselves for why we are so satisfied. We like that flashy-painted Suttons pickup driving around Springfield and especially the guy behind its steering wheel. We wont call anyone else for home repairs/updates.

Sutton’s recently added a four seasons room to our home. The room is beautiful and the workmanship was great! The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up every day after their workday. They did all of the electric and flooring. We are enjoying this room even more than we expected. We wish we had done it sooner. I do highly recommend this company. I hired them them because of a job they did for my daughter. They sold me then because of how well they did on hers.

We have used Suttons before, we had gutter guards and some small roof re-shingle. Always do the work very well, clean up after themselves and we are very happy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will use them again.

Our roof, house and garage, was installed on 24 June 2020 in one day. Luiss crew were very efficient and hard-working. They started at around 7:30 am and finished both the house and the garage at 8:00 pm. We now have the best roof on the block because of this crew. The sales representative, Andy, was very professional and thorough in explaining the job and the materials used on the roof. Communication from Suttons was first rate. We plan to look to them for our next project: remodeling the kitchen.

Our project manager, Joe, was attentive to all of our needs during the restoration, which included a new roof, all new siding and repair of damaged drywall in our garage due to leakage following a hail storm in May. UpdatedI had a roof leak about a year and a half ago and hired them to resolve the problem. It took them about a month after their proposed start date to get going. I had them replace the half of the roof that the leak was on believing that they had some knowledge as to the source of the leak. They charged me more money in the end then the estimate they provided. After the finished product water was still coming into the house and I was informed to not worry it was covered under warranty. Then I was told that the water originated from the other side of the roof. So we complained and they came out and it was seemingly fixed until the following winter. Upon investigation, we found that they had nailed a 2x2 tarp on the other side of the roof. The tarp had completely deteriorated. Ive put at least 25k into Sutton over the years. Ill never use them again.update..I had work done more than ten years ago (windows, porch) before the most current time which was in wifes name. To be clear though, all I wanted was the side of the roof with the leak on it to be replaced. The whole point of me doing this was to get rid of a leak. Job number 205619.

The roofing crew did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to get the job done. The gutter installers also did a beautiful job. We barely knew they were here. Andy was great steering this project to completion. Always accessible and responsive. Sutton’s should be proud to be able to field such knowledgeable people.

Last year they did the roof on our garage. This week they did the roof on our house. Great people to work with. Their roofers are unbelievably hard workers, very efficient. Brian was our project manager and kept us informed every step of the way. Great job!

They did great work and had my roof stripped and reshingled in just over a day. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was they were sometimes slow about returning calls. Other than that I would definitely use them again.

I had a roof contract with Chris, and when I saw water on my floor from my leaking roof, I sent him a text . He set someone up to start the following week.Billy came from 2 hours away to do my roof. It was in awful shape. Poorly done, layers and layers of mixed kinds of roofing. I had to have pretty much new plywood down on the whole roof due to rotting wood. Billy worked long hours. Was very friendly and showed me what he had done and what had to be done and how it was done.I had some shingles, but mostly rubber.I was quite impressed with his work ethic. Hard to find these days. I am quite pleased with the finished product!! Great job Chris and Billy!!

We had a sliding door replaced from our great room to our sun porch. Adam S.’s team was excellent. They were polite, professional,conscientious and hard working. Suttons has provided excellent service for various projects throughout the years. True professionals who make each project a pleasant experience overall, even when unforeseen problems occur (which has been rare). The quality of their work is outstanding.The most recent project involved designing and constructing a deck to include lighting, an awning, and a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. We knew the finished deck would be nice, but it far exceeded expectations and is absolutely GORGEOUS! Rich was great to work with as project manager, and his team did excellent work. Brian (one of the work crew) was very considerate in asking about alternative designs for a couple aspects of the deck. At project end when temporary glitches occurred with the lighting operating system, Rich provided frequent status updates about the replacement parts, and then personally resolved the mystery of control boxes that seemed to have minds of their own. Would definitely ask to work with Rich and his work crew again. Highly recommend!

They not only fixed our roof from a prior, unfinished, demolition, but they redid the entire ceiling to make it a livable space for us. They even cleaned up our mess when cleaning up theirs!!! (Im so surprised by this because there are other companies doing work on some other projects that leave the mess for me!)Suttons took no time and they absolutely listened to our needs and budget. Suttons replaced my roof and repaired my garage and ceilings. They were perfectionists, were not intrusive at all, and worked easily with my insurance company. I would recommend them to everyone!

I would love to have given this company 5 stars, but I have to be honest when I write a review. I felt confident in my choice of choosing Suttons to replace several exterior doors and to update my two small bathrooms after having researched and read all of the positive reviews. I was new to the area, just purchased a home in October and made an appointment. I met with Chris on October 28, 2019 and ordered new exterior doors (for safety reasons... I also had order placed for a two new tub surrounds that would include removal of popcorn ceiling and painting two small full baths. I paid the down payment by check which was cashed by the company on October 29, 2019. I was told the doors would need to be ordered and hopefully be installed before Christmas and that each bathroom would be completed in a one week time frame with the stipulation that I would need to have one full functioning bathroom at all times. Fast forward to January 2020. The job was to start on January 6, 2020 and should take a couple of weeks to complete the job. Remember dead of winter, front door to be replaced, interior garage door to be replaced, exterior screened in porch door to be replaced and a new patio door, along with the installation of two new /shower tub units in each bathroom. I must say I was impressed with how friendly and professional everyone was, however the original work that was done in the bathrooms was sub-par to say the least, from equipment being left in one of the tubs causing damage to the shoddy paint job. Lets not forgot the door knob that didnt belong that didnt have a key and had to be reordered. It was one set back after another and it became increasingly frustrating... The real kicker was when they removed the tub in the second bathroom before connecting the new one in the first bathroom...because they didnt have the correct parts and then they just left saying the plumber would be out in a couple of days... grrr!!!! Needless to say Rich got an unpleasant phone call from me, but he was a gem and made all things right in my world by making sure I had a functioning tub that night. Rich is extremely patient, professional and has exceptional customer service skills. My project was finally completed February 28, 2020, which was several weeks past the two week time frame... I do understand that there are circumstances that occur that are beyond our control, I also know that it is difficult to find qualified craftsman to do the type of work that Suttons is known for, but it was definitely an experience that I do not want to encounter in the future... While I do love my new doors (the guys installing the doors did a nice job) and the bathrooms ended up being beautiful , big thanks to Jimmys skills, I am hoping that Suttons will try and be more forthcoming with their customers at the time of the sale/order so they are made fully aware of the actual time frame that it will take the company to complete a job, not over book/over sell and hire qualified people to do the quality job that they claim to be known for. Again, big shout out to Rich for keeping me sane and working to remedy the issues and for Suttons with regard to the financial aspect of the project. Honestly, I am not sure I will hire Suttons for any interior remodeling/upgrading anytime soon, however I will keep them in mind for exterior projects in the future. We had yall install some new windows in our house and it was an excellent experience from getting a quote to frequent updates on the status of our windows and the installation guy did an awesome job and busted his butt to get it finished in 1 day given nothing was square in our old home 10/10 definitely recommend Suttons and will be using them again in the future!!

Our experience with Suttons from start to finish was excellent. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and always available when we had questions. Robbie, our project manager, and his crew were friendly and efficient. Robbie was easy to get in touch with and kept us informed when we had some slight delays due to some electrical issues. The majority of our work was completed within a week even with a rain delay. Our house is completely transformed and we have had so many neighbors stop by and compliment our new siding.

Suttons always does a great job. Robbie and Chris were very timely and did the job as desired. For the sake of the review, our renovation was not deemed an emergency, so it did take 6 weeks before they were able to get us on their schedule and have our issue fixed. A great job is worth the wait, but it is something to keep in mind.

We just had Gutters,siding ,sofit and fascia board replaced.This project was difficult because of my business being in our home. The workers were amazing.The patience,manners, respect they showed to my patrons was wonderful. Never mind the meticulous clean up. The workmanship is outstanding. I had a hard time picking the right color of siding ,Adam patiently helped me figure that out. I am so happy I chose this company! Great experience from meeting with Bruce for the estimate to end. Consummate professional!Superb quality of work! - neat, precise, crisp appearance.Excellent crews - tidy, focus, and safety-oriented - they made sure to scan the entire perimeter for nails, etc. - two crew members using magnets so there was nothing left to harm my dog or cause a problem with a mower.Other than having a stunning new roof - youd never know they had been there.Prompt response to the original emergency roof repair.Any delays were the fault of weather or the insurance company.I am already looking to Suttons for other things I need done in my home...no need to look elsewhere!

Went with Suttons after contacting several other gutter replacement companies; they have a strong presence in the community and have a reputation as a reliable, service oriented company with a solid product. Their pricing was competitive and service was as expected. Bruce, the sales representative, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Suttons roofing team did an AMAZING job. During a past storm we lost a lot of shingles and they were able to come out very fast to fix our roof. Their roofers were able to complete 99% of our roof in one day. I was extremely pleased how the roof came out but what I didnt expect was how well the roofers picked up after themselves. When they left, I didnt have to pick-up a mess. I would highly recommend them to others.

Sutton’s is a very dependable company in that they began our roofing as expected and finished in 2 days. The work crew worked hard, fast and efficient. On completion they did a careful job of cleaning up and our roof looks great! Andy, thank you for helping us with our roof!

Andy, our sales representative , was very knowledgeable and personable. The roofing crew took only one day to tear off the old shingles and install the new shingles, Since I re-roofed two roofs in the past, I was impressed that they took only one day. Would definitely recommend. First rate experience.

We used Suttons for two projects in 2019. The first was on the exterior of the home. Siding, soffit, fascia, gutter, chimney cap, replaced a few exterior doors. The second was a master bath remodel focused on the shower. We cannot say enough good things about our account representative, Chris. The project managers Joe & Rich along with a both of their crews were exceptional from beginning to end. More projects coming in 2020 and Suttons will be included in our process.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. After taking time off work and spending two hours with the pushy sales guy, he left and never even sent me his bid. I called the company to follow up and was told he had left the company and did not leave any of his notes. Foolishly, I agreed to schedule another one of their sales reps to come out. Again, two hours of my time wasted only for this guy to never send a quote either. The last person was at my house over three weeks ago and I’ve still never received a quote and he won’t even return my calls. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time! I do not recommend this company.

I’ve used Sutton’s in the past and have always been pleased with the results, so when our basement flooded and needed repairs it was a no brained for me on who to call. Once again I’m very satisfied with the results. Working with Doug and his staff was a pleasure. Thank you for a job well done.

Suttons installed 14 new Provia windows in our home this August. Max was very cautious around us in regards to the Covid problem, which was appreciated, was polite, professional and very knowledgable of the product line he represented. It took a bit longer then expected to get the windows in, but was well worth the wait.Rob and his crew were very meticulous in their removal of our old windows and installation of the new. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Their trim work, both inside and out is 1st class. Will definitely us them in future projects, highly recommend them.

Chris was very professional and helpful with getting everything set up to fix the storm damage on my flat roof and siding. The end result was amazing. I was so impressed with them I even bought a new front door outside of the original job...and I love that too!Thanks again

Adam, Luis, Tim and crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. It was not an easy job. Got several inches of rain the weekend after they finished with no leaks!

Suttons did an outstanding job on my roof and my sales rep Andy was great to work with. I have a 100 year old house that had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shakes. This made it a tough and messy job but they still got it done in 2 days. This roof gives my house a whole new lease on life. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

We had Suttons replace all of the windows (which numbered 15+) in our house. Chris Schwertman was our salesperson. He was very nice, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about windows and the job at hand. He spent a lot of time with us explaining everything we needed to know about the process. Joe was the job foreman and Jeff was the carpenter who actually installed the windows with help from a few other workers. Joe came out several times to check on the work and Jeff did a fantastic job on the installation! We absolutely love our new windows! They are beautiful! We would recommend Suttons to anyone! One nice reason to hire Suttons is that they are a local company and all of their workers are local. We really appreciate that. We received a great product, great price, and really great service and are so happy we chose Suttons!

Sutton’s did a great job replacing my roof and gutters on my house and garage. They inadvertently tore off the gutters on my garage which I wasn’t going to replace at this time. I called my salesman Andy and he made it right. They replaced my gutters with new ones immediately. I would highly recommended them.
