Everything was great until I actually needed them. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and had to file a claim with Allstate, my own insurance company, since I had coverage for uninsured motorist damages. It was a 3 year fight with them to get my money from them. I even had to hire a lawyer! I had to pay a lawyer to fight my own insurance company I had been paying to protect me. What a waste. I will never have insurance with this company and Ive let my family and friends know how I was treated. While I was suffering in pain, going to multiple surgeons, getting injections, getting chiropractic help, etc, these people took as long as they possible could to pay me as I racked up huge medical bills. What a joke of a company.

Best insurance company and staff iv ever had the pleasure to work with. The staff is beyond wonderful and very professional and they treat you like family not just a number or paycheck. Also they have the best rates for all your insurance purposes! Love this place and wouldnt recommend anyone but them! Thanks Allstate Team for everything!

We have always had excellent service from the Bannister agency. Every time we call they are quite responsive. We have house, auto, and life policies with them. They helped us pick the best options for our situation. They are quick to make changes when you add or delete cars or add kids.

Everyone on the team is so kind and treats their customers with care and respect! The office is always clean and welcoming. Its not the cheapest insurance out there but thats good because cheap is not good, cheap is lesser quality. Personally Id rather pay a bit more but have quality coverage which is exactly what they give!

So far not so good with customer satisfaction. I like Allstate insurance. Recently moved to Ozark from Alabama. I started this process of trying to get in transferred a month ago. Loved my Allstate agents in Alabama and they worked with me about moving and sent my information to this team. Said they talked to Paul Banister personally to get an agent to call me. Never got a call from this team here in Springfield to transfer my policy. I called them personally to get the ball rolling, was told I would get a call back. Never did. I called today and no answer. Hopefully I will get a call back soon.

I will never use another insurance agency, they have been absolutely wonderful to deal with, from updating my homeowners insurance policy, to adding a new vehicle to my auto policy. Completely stress and hassle free. Their rates were substantially better than I was being quoted elsewhere which is what initially attracted me, but I will continue to stay because of the amazing service I continue to receive.

I couldnt tell you one thing about the agent because he is never around it seems. He gives too much authority to his office staff and one is very sarcastic on the phone. It is funny how their attitude changes if you dont want to give them all of your business. This WOULD HAVE NEVER happened with the former agent.When I got rid of my insurance recently, the lady in the office warned me that by not paying for the month that I would be sent to collections. And this lady says she is the OWNER. Well, why is that guys picture on the website?? She is rude and sarcastic. So, anyhow, I went over her head and called corporate which informed me I owed nothing and thanked me for the years of service with them.In closing, there is nothing wrong with Allstate. I just dont like doing business with an agent that didnt even reach out to tell me he bought the place from Corina E. Nothing personal towards him but he needs a new staff. If you are adamant about doing business with Allstate then perhaps look into another agent.

This insurance is what I needed, reasonable prices, awesome good coverage, nice people to work with. You need to be covered not to have only insurance name. Dont hesitate just go with Allstate and be worry free. Ask them for umbrella policy, youll be more then happy.

AllState through PJN has been a great experience! They actually saved me over 30% on my home insurance and I was able to save money on my two vehicle polices and add a small life insurance plan for less than I would of been paying for just the my home and car with a competitor. I switched to Allstate from another company after I was hit by another driver and my agent refused to help me at all.I recently had to contact my agent after an accident and I was terrified of having to handle everything on my own. They have always been extremely nice and helpful. We had a comprehensive claim and ot was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle or issues.

Some shady things happened during my time being insured. I called to get a quote on a car I was getting just to see if it would fit my budget. I called about 2 months later and it turns out that they added the car to my policy without my permission and had been charging me for it. I tried adjusting my policy and sent a cancellation email and then they uncancelled the changes I had made and made my friend call me and beg me not to cancel because it would reflect poorly on them. I am still insured here and there does not seem to be any other issues which is the only reason I rated them this high.

I usually dont post any reviews until later, and Ive been with this agency for a couple months already and they definitely wowd me. I really like how they value their customers. They always provide a drink when I come in. Love it!

Allstate agent PJB Financial Agency has been very helpful in getting repairs on our car after a recent accident. The agency has always been available to provide information concerning our coverage and other financial advise.

Paul is a great representative and strives to look for what is best for me and my family. This is important to me. His office is friendly and helps out with my inquiries and requests.

This is s good insurance agency except for the fact that I am unable to contact them when I need them. I only can leave messages that they wont answer until at lest the next day or after. I am unable to call and talk to anyone anytime.I have to go in and talk to them personally to get my answers.

The team here is very kind. I really appreciate how they will work with you through any means of contact that works for you. I managed most of my needs through text and/or email and never had an issue. Thank you for your help.

Paul Banister is the most corrupt and disrespectful Agent out there.about 4 to 5 months after I got my Home Insurance with him he claimed my home was twice its size and demanded more money finally my local Springfield real estate agent called him he would not belive her either She is telling all future home buyers to avoid his agency .my appraiser finally proved hom wrong then he demanded 56 more dollars claiming my back deck has stairs then sais i had a front pourch and home doesnt .he has been harassing me for a year over 56 dollars .I went to State Farm and have a wonderful Company there. Please Stay away from for your own good
