Lisa doesnt answer calls or return them nor emails. I had a homeowners policy with an ex who called and had me fraudulently removed from my own policy even though I was still on the mortgage and the deed of trust. Lisa did not contact me about my policy and changed it without my permission or knowledge. Then she lied to me and said it was the mortgage clause that she used to remove me from the policy, I did some research and found that it comes from the mortgage company listing who is liable for the property, which was still me and my ex. When I finally bought out her interest in the property it was like pulling teeth to get my name back on the policy which almost derailed my refinance because Lisa wouldnt put me back on the policy like I was, instead she put me as a non-relative occupant. I sent her a copy of the deed of trust with my name on it yet she made me wait until she verified it with my ex, why didnt I get that consideration? Now Ive refinanced and gotten my ex off the mortgage and I cant get her off my policy because Lisa wont answer emails or return my calls. Im changing agencies.I tried to work with you Lisa, you are very unprofessional.

We call her for insurance reasons & she doesnt call back. This has happened several times. Asked her for help in clarification on home owners insurance - never hear back. Called her office yesterday about some paper work I needed help with. Another agent answered the phone. I asked if he was a agent he said yes I am what can I help you with? So I start talking to him & I dont hear a response. I then hear him in the background talking to someone else. I hear him say oh I will call you in a few minutes. It sure sounded like a personal call. He then came back to my call & said oh I am so sorry I dropped the phone - can you start over. Really !!!! When he answered the phone all he had to do was ask me to hold a moment. This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. I have been with Allstate for many years. Never have I experienced such an office. Last time I complained Lisa called an made excuses. My son left Allstate because of her & her office. We will be doing the same

The best. Ive had multiple insurance agents, but none like Lisa. She works for you, treats you pretty well. Ive never had an issue with her or her office staff. I gladly pay more to stay with her than go with someone else. She cant be beat.Still with her as of january 2020. Never had an issue with her returning my call. Shes the best.
