Very unprofessional, I talked with one of their representative and she was very good, today the son of its owner called with a complete different story ref the cancellation of my insurance. When I said to be more clear and proactive with ur customers, he hung up the phone.

I dont recommend this insurance agency because they dont care of the customers. When I called them to cancel my cars Insuranse. They replied okay. I got 2 bills from the insurance company. Since I got the first bill I was keep calling tbem... Please stop the insuranse!!! After too many calling and I got the 2nd bill too.After long time the insurance was discontinued...I hate this thing.Now I found another I durante agency. They are respectful and they respect us....
