Wow, where to even begin with the service I received from Mr. Dan?Mr. Dan is genuine, straight forward, honest, professional and knows how to put you at ease when youre in a tough situation. He was patient enough to take the time to explain to me from A-Z all the different scenarios I could be in, and went out of his way to help me sort out my mess. Working with him has been a pleasure from the get go. I would highly recommend him.Overall Mr. Dan and his associates have been providing exceptional customer service, education and advisory on existing policies, changes I wanted to make and topics I was unaware of.They also have agents who speak Spanish and Vietnamese.

I absolutely LOVE Van Duong State Farm. I have done business with them since 2005 and it is solely because of Dan Van Duong. He has always made himself available to speak with me no matter what the date or time was. I have even had Facebook calls from him so he could thoroughly answer my questions and be sure that I understand. There have been a couple of times that money was tight and I have had to go with another company, however; rates tend to fluctuate and I ALWAYS go back home to Van Duong State Farm. I’m sure other State Farm branches are nice but Dan has become a part of our family and always will be.

Dan Van Duong has been my agent since the 90’s. I have car and home insurance through him at State Farm. He is good to talk to and treats me like family. I have always had good dealings with him and he always works with me to get the best rate for what I need. Give him a try- I highly recommend.

Definitely wouldnt recommend Dan Duong based on my familys past experience with him. One of the reviewers before me has a comment regarding Dans smiley face when his clients dont involve in any accidents and nasty attitude at his clients unfortunate events, totally reflects his business manner. Having done some searching into some of the reviewers, Ive realized that his high ratings were given by most of his family members or relatives. Unbelievable!A few Vietnamese families that I know are unhappy with his business ethics. If he mistreats his compatriots, do you think he can treat you well? Thats my 2 cents.

BEWARE! Doesnt even deserve one star! I made the mistake of using them for my companys workers comp after decades of using them for car and other insurances. When I went to close the business they gave my some made up minimum premium BS that was 12 TIMES what I actually owed! I started using this guy back when he was in Woodbridge. I stuck with him after he moved to an extremely inconvenient location. I stuck with him after everyone who was there when I started using him left. Now I am stuck with this guy who BARELY speaks English. I am used to talking to people with accents, this is Northern VA, but I truly cant understand most of what this guy says. What I can understand is just regurgitated BS from the company. No real answers. I asked for my policy and he gave me a one page flyer for that type of insurance. I am not sure if he doesnt understand what I ask or cant explain it in English, but I cant communicate with this thieving piece of garbage. After decades of using State Farm I learned my lesson. I will NEVER use them for ANYTHING ever again. Best of all is I actually SAVE MONEY by going with anyone else. When I went to find new insurance I checked ten different companies and ONLY ONE charged more than State Farm.Note that I am the only one willing to put my name on the review! I wonder if he or his friends wrote the rest...
