When it was my turn to start driving she provided the same level of care and attention to me. I recently informed Rosanna that I wanted to get life insurance due to the uncertainty of our current time and she was more than helpful . She explained the entire process step by step and made sure that all my questions were answered. I am sure I had 1000+ questions about coverage , term and amount and she answered each one. She gave me multiple quotes and options and explained each one. The process was painless and I was beyond satisfied at how easy it was.During later conversations I mentioned that I was planning on moving out of state. Rosanna immediately broke down exactly what I needed to do to make my transition as simple as possible. Along with helping me receive every discount I could qualify for on my current rate . I now have a crystal clear idea on how my transition out of state will work and I am far more confident than I was before I spoke to Rosanna. 5 stars isn’t enough and I would give them 10 stars if the options was there.Overall I can see why my parents decided to stay with Craig for the majority of the time they have been living in the US. Everyone in this office especially Rosanna is kind , caring , and honest. They will never make you sign or commit to anything they were not 100% in support of and they truly believe in their clients best interest.Thank you so much.

Wonderful personal service. I’ve been with State Farm for over 25 years and can not recommend them more. Craig is attentive and very personable. He is always available to offer help or answer questions. When you call, you get him not a random person that knows nothing about you or your policies. In this day in age, that rarely exists. Kudos!

Sadly worst insurance agent Ive ever worked with in terms of honesty. Craig seems to have 0 integrity and was brazenly dishonest with me when I had an issue with State Farm lately. I accidentally left my keys in my car one evening and was locked out, called State Farms Roadside Assistance but could not get ahold of anyone after waiting for about 45min. This was not good considering I was in a hurry to get somewhere. Finally contacted Craig since hes my agent and explained the situation. I told him that since I had a spare set of keys at home and didnt live too far away, that maybe I could Uber home to get the keys and then return to drive my car home. He approved and let me know more than once (as you can see from the text msg screenshots attached) that he would reimburse me for my troubles. I asked State Farms main line for reimbursement the next day so as to not bother him again and they let me know I had done the right thing and that theyd be able to reimburse me. They instructed me to submit my rideshare receipts to my agent. When I sent them to Craig, he told me I couldnt get reimbursed bc State Farm does not reimburse Uber/Lyft rides. I told him thats understandable but not what he communicated via his texts to me. I even sent him screenshots of our conversation as proof and still this guy denies ever telling me hed be able to reimburse me. He also claims he specifically told me they would NOT be able to reimburse me via text. I asked him to please send me a screenshot and he told me he didnt have the text message anymore. What a joke. This guy completely lies through his teeth and has absolutely no qualms about lying to his customers. Very poor customer service and I will be switching agents and possibly insurance companies ASAP.

My family and I have been clients of the Craig Griffith Agency for over 10 years and throughout the years we have received excellent service. Recently, I encountered a not so great experience and both my front tires popped due to potholes. Unfortunately, I called State Farms Towing department and they were no help and I was left stranded for several hours nonetheless my problem got resolved. The following day I spoke with Rosanna who has been helping my family and I for many years now and she was able to help me get reimbursed for the towing costs and was very efficient with her services! Horrible cancellation process. Rosanna was very rude and aggressive. I sent a cancellation letter and proof of insurance and she was arguing with me not letting me cancel my policy. Had to call the 1-800 # to finally get it cancelled. Very unprofessional and stressful.
