27.31% increase in one year on my homeowners insurance! How can that be possible?The had a huge increase a couple years ago and the FORGOT (?) My MULTI-POLICY DISCOUNT!GUESS who got to work that out with the mortgage company????If i hadnt caught their mistake(??) Do you think AAA would have paid back the erroneous increase?Be sure to check over all documentation.ALSO...when comparing homeowners insurance quotes, note that the deductible for roofs is $3,940 for my 1600 sq ft home approximate value $140,000.00. Ive been in this house about 12 years and have seen almost every roof replaced due to wind and/or hail damage.The roof cost $8600. So I paid almost half the new roof with my $3940 roof deductible!

Company is awful, can’t even return a call. All they care about is collecting their premiums. Customer service is non existent!! What good is insurance if they are not there when you need them!!!

They will not stop harassing me. I have made multiple calls to the AAA call center, demanding that they stop mailing me solicitations to buy their product. Their advertising is dirty, and makes it look like I still have AAA coverage and is exactly the type of thing which is used to fool older people into signing up or buying something they dont need or want. I have called their corporate office at lease twice and requested to be removed from their mailing list and they still mail me their shady advertising. This company totally sucks.

After sign up I was just a house account. No agent help. Changed after 4 months.
