Exceptionally difficult to reach by phone. In fact the only way to reach my local office was via email. I was transferred from out of the country back into my local office in an effort to speak with someone. I absolutely do not recommend using Freeway Insurance for any of your insurance needs. Terrible.

They are very incompetent people I was on hold for over an hour and suddenly hung up on. I had bought a used car and transferred plates from my previous vehicle to that one and I told them I no longer had the vehicle and they never took me off the insurance policy. The used car that I just purchased already broke down so I cancelled the plates and policy on that one as well. I bought a new car and Im going through a new agent because of this reason so now Im paying for 3 insurance policies and I only own 1 car. They are not very friendly either over at that one

Called for a quote last week and I spoke to a young man over the phone. I gave him my information and what type of insurance I was looking for. He then told me all the agents were busy and that a agent would call me back shortly. I never received a call on till now. No need to Worry I call Amica Insurance and got the help I need right away .Now Im all set

Worst insurance agent EVER! Rude and so unprofessional. No one is ever in the office despite the sign saying so on the door so don’t waste your time driving there. They were deceptive about coverage also so be sure to read your paperwork. Not fun finding that out after an accident and they wouldn’t even fix the issue. Never answer the phone. Save yourself the trouble and insure else where. Treatment was beyond poor and they make a mockery of you.Have never had to deal with the inconvenience I have had with this agency and the fact that they act so careless is beyond me. Still baffled.

I am not happy with Freeway I have been with my agency for many years never had any problems with them but now they are wirh freey an it has been nothing but a problem can not get trough to my agency on phone lines get the mane branch an they are no help at all I should not have to drive all the way across town to the office to get thing done

Beyond incompetent. Do not go through this place and do not believe the fake reviews on here. This is by far the worst insurance operation Ive ever dealt with. Give them a call and find out. If you actually get a human on the phone and dont get transferred into a black hole of nothing you will speak to someone who has no idea what is going on. Something as simple as what is your fax number will get you transferred multiple times and nothing accomplished. Garbage.

Nobody in that office is professional. Treat your customers with respect. Without customers like us, you have no job. Customer service is a top notch and you will loose your company if you continue treating your customers in unprofessional manners. People will never forget how u make them feel and your company makes me feel sick to my stomach. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH FREEWAY AGAIN ☮️

If you dont mind waiting over 2 months for your transferred new car policy, this is the agency for you! I thought the new name from Axiom to Freeway meant new management, which was good news since Axiom was so disorganized and had terrible customer service to get basic things done. But after recently getting another car 8/2018, i never got my updated policy. I called them weeks in a row and was reassured it would be sent by mail/email. They never returned multiple voicemails. SHOULD IT BE THIS COMPLICATED TO GET AN UPDATED POLICY? After changing to competent Southwick Ins. Agency, INCOMPETENT FREEWAY agency not only cancelled my policy with them, but my new Plymouth Rock policy I started with my new agency. I got my surprise notice via mail by the RMV. One thing they can do right is mess things up! IT WAS A GOOD CHOICE THAT I LOOKED ELSEWHERE FOR A COMPETENT INS.
