I typically speak to Kristin who CONSISTENTLY goes above and beyond for me. She takes the time to explain in great detail and answer any and every question I’ve ever had. Today in an effort to help me overcome some financial struggles due to COVID-19, she suggested that I contact my finance company and asked for a deferment. I did and got my car note place on hold for 3 months!!!! Like most people in the pandemic I’m am struggling to make ends meet and her advice lifted a HURLGE weight. I’m so thankful and called her back to let her know the good news. She was thrilled for me. Kristin, I can not thank you enough for all the help you have given me over the last few month. Diana has been super helpful throughout the entire process. My fiancée and I are first time buyers who need some extra guidance, and Diana has been nothing but patient and straightforward with us.
