Overall Marcus provides great insurance at great rates I would recommend to friends and family.

Been with Marcus Troup for several years. Obviously, we shop around at times but they always come back with the best rates. Had my car windshield replaced, with no problems. Working on roof replacement now. Again, with no problems. I guess will be with Farmers for quite a while.

Best place to get insurance in my opinion

Very helpful. They were able to dramatically increase the coverage on my home and auto and saved me money. They care about the customers, and it shows.

Other than windshield claims or repair, I havent needed to file a claim on the cars or the house. With that said, Troup Agency is incredible to work with. They are the gold star standard when it comes to protecting you. They know their product, they get to know you....that combination makes for an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

I have never enjoyed writing I insurance this much! Was told by State Farm I had no other options! I found out that was a complete lie! Farmers has so many options for car coverage, classic car coverage! I went in to switch car insurance left switch everything including investments, general liability, etc! Saved money got way more coverage, also got a very good education on insurance! Troup agency is well educated and very honest

Love my agent and his agency. Marcus and staff do an excellent job of explaining your policy and coverages. Farmers mails documentation to me for every change made to my policy so I know when the changes were made by the agent or staff and I follow up with a phone call to them on anything I do not understand. The agency always makes me feel like I am important to them and like they appreciate my business.
