As of recently, Daton hired me on as an Agent within his Sate Farm office. I would recommend his office to a family member or friend, and I actually have already recommended his services to several. I have had numerous insurance agents over the years and, by far, Daton Kaisner provides the best service. We have all our insurance through State Farm (home, car, life, etc.), plus our mortgage and IRAs. Daton and his staff are always friendly and eager to help out with whatever need we have - be it handling a claim, adding a new car policy, scheduling a payment, updating coverage, applying for a loan - you name it. When Daton first became our agent several years ago (our prior agent moved on to something else) we had been thinking of switching to an agent with a location more convenient to my workplace. Im so glad we didnt do that! I could not ask for better service!

I get my car and home owners insurance through State Farm in Springfield IL, and Daton is my agent. Whenever I call or go into the office, he greets me with a friendly attitude and eagerness to help. He gives good, clear advice and is always ready to do whatever he can to answer my questions. Insurance isnt the most exciting thing, but having an agent like Daton actually makes it enjoyable!

My family has been with State Farm for 28 years and through attrition we are on our 4th SF agent . I wanted to personally meet Mr. Kaisner before he was to get my Home, Autos, and others. He gladly granted me some of his time and my initial first impression was spot on. I could tell his office is very organized with a very professional well trained and friendly team. He runs a very tight business and his office is kind , courteous, and very and trustworthy. I always get immediate answers, feel well protected, and his staff is empowered to take action and make immediate decisions without the Im going to have to have someone get back to you- response --never fun playing the waiting game.. At this initial meeting Mr. Kaisner asked a lot of great questions to access my current needs, was able to lower my current monthly premiums while putting some additional overages in place due to changes in state and federal laws impacting exposure to loss. I have never had this in depth analysis by any agent my entire life and could tell heI enjoyed his humble attitude and found out he has also served our country as a career person, which explains why he had such a tireless attitude of wanting to help provide the best service available. I have since referred others and they have all thanked me for their great experience. Insurance can be a slippery slope and Im glad I have a team to always have my back should I need them.
