When I left matt with shelter I forgot to update the info with the morgage team leaving me in the wrong place on home purchase day. I panic and quickly asked matt to set me back up with the exact same numbers as the previous quotes. He set it up quickly and never gave me a hard time for my mistakes. 5 stars from me! Wasnt impressed. He made a mistake on his end, and prematurely cancelled my car insurance a month early. In order to fix it I had to come up with the money to pay my premium again before getting a refund for the early cancellation. He tried to gaslight and antagonize me to make it seem like it was my fault when I hadnt even signed the paperwork to cancel the policy yet. Im sure hes knowledgable but be weary if he makes a mistake. This was the one interaction I had with him, and I wasnt blown away with his professionalism like everyone else in the reviews seemed to be. 0/5

I contacted Matt Cooper yesterday 12/19/2019 just to see if he could help save me money on my home and auto, let me tell you I was paying $329 for my car insurance with American Family, and he was sold to save me just over $126 and thats with full coverage insurance, when he quoted me for my home insurance he was able to save me $800 a year and have $35,000 more in coverage. So did he take care of me, YES he did.Matt is professional and knowledgeable and not high pressure at all, so I feel I made the best decision switching my insurance over to Shelter. Would I recommend Matt? The answer is YES, let him quote you for on your home/auto or whatever you have, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, especially if he can save you money. We all like to save $$$ right?
