We have been renting from Southwest Housing for almost 5 years. They are a good rental company that works to do what is best for both the renter and owner of the property. I would definitely rent from the in the future if we choose to move.

Been with southwest for a year now. Came from a certain renter beforehand who let everything break down and never cared to fix anything in our home. Now that Im renting through southwest Its like a whole new world. Although it wouldnt have taken much to impress me by comparison to my previous rental company, Rhonda and Southwest Housing have certainly gone above and beyond making sure my family feels safe and comfortable. Not only with quick fixes and repairs, but with peace of mind as the management staff has a mind for you and not just your wallet. I highly recommend southwest to anyone, especially if your looking for security and friendly people.

I hired them to manage my property, and they ended up renting it out to a guy that had just gotten out of jail as a favor to one of their friends who was related to the guy. He ended up destroying my property, and stealing the laundry machines to sell. I was lucky that the lady who was he bad tenants relative agreed to pay for a lot of the damages, or I would have lost many thousands more than I already did through their terrible management. Overall a horrible experience, and I ended up paying them for it...

Rhonda has been great to work with, having both a great attitude and response time. Moving can be a challenge, but she really helped make it as seamless as possible.

Because of a verbal argument with my sister over a year ago I got a 4th degree domestic on my record. So this and a lot of other rental companies will not rent to me.

We began renting a house with Southwest Housing in March of 2015 and our son got diagnosed with leukemia 2 months after that and they were absolutely amazing and always told us if we needed anything to let them know. We ended up parting ways with them when we had to make a trip to Seattle Childrens Hospital for a few months and they were so great about letting us go and pro-rating rent, anything we needed. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Its really hard to get them to answer the phone. I was really confused about the entire thing. They didnt explain much at all. The girl at the front desk was really really nice. Very professional.

Property owners, run the other way. Rhonda has a terrible attitude and will cause you more trouble with your tenants than other agencies would. I am a real estate apoeaiser and have had personal experiences with this lady not shiwing up to appointments then lying and being super vindictive to cover her own rear. She is not to be teusted.
