We lived in these apartments for quite a few years before buying our home. The managers and maintenance people were so nice and friendly. The apartments are have a great layout with plenty of closets for storage. Having an indoor washer and dryer is a huge plus, as well as the storage sheds on the balcony.

Just moved in a few days ago, but so far I am loving the complex, as well as my apartment. Richard and the maintenance crew have all been amazing! They got my apartment renovated and ready for me to move in in only 2 days! I am super thankful for all their hard work, and I love my new place!

I say this apartment complex is worth the 1,360 we pay a month its beautiful the landlord Richard is awesome an the unit comes with free basic cable

This is a beautiful property recently under new management. The management and maintenance staff truly go above and beyond for their residents and vendors alike. Highly recommend!

The male Manager lies to residents about city ordinance codes and rules that are not true and tells people they can’t use charcoal barbecuers On location and refuses to show anyones theses codes. Even called the city of Springfield and asked if this code exist and it doesnt .
