I Was at work so I had my wife call to repair a simple fix whirlpool senses for spin mode that only needed to be calibrated!! After five minutes the Repair man tell my wife it needs a new cpu and repair is 900$!! As if that’s not bad enough,now washer won’t even give codes and or do anything it was trying to do before we paid 100$ for them to make things worst because now I have no clue what he did to this thing!! SMH dog eat dog on all levels of today world just a freaking scam worst part is I was not home and you trying to get over on a hard working women!!!

Backordered parts, didn’t perform the service but charged us for labor. Called multiple times to dispute. They sent it to collections. We had to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office.

First the serviceman was overbooked and had to reschedule. He came 2 days later and found the issue. He did not have the part and wouldnt be able to fix it for another 2 weeks. Since we had already been without our washer for a week at this time, the time frame was unacceptable to us.

Charged for a kit that Samsung should have been provided free as a recall fix, since it corrected a problem with the ice maker. Professional and pleasant repair people on the three visits, but the ice maker was still not working after the second visit, set up to install the replacement and kit, and we needed a third visit.

I made an appt.it cost $85.00 they showed up at the time that was scheduled, the appliance problem was diagnosed and the repair man sad it would cost $380.00 for him to do it, he told us what was wrong with it, and we could do it ourselves!! Wow! So we did for $65.00. Enough said!

Great service. My husband met Miguel in the driveway and they discussed the issues with the lawnmower. Miguel was on time, very professional, and above all was very knowledgeable. Our total bill was under 150 and my husband is thrilled to be riding and mowing again. I strongly recommend Sears and definitely will not hesitate to call again if necessary.

The service technician, Jorge (George) was exceptional. Personable, neat and very knowlegeable of both the problem and what it required for resolution. The timing of all aspects was as anticipated to the hour.The only exception to the process was the necessary delays required by the warehousing locales and time required for shipment to our home. A refrigerator repair (after just over 4 years of service) shouldnt take 7 to 10 days. It is an emotional strain on the homeowner to say the least.

I have come to rely on Sears to make any necessary repairs to my appliances or lawn tractor. They fix any brand and always do a professional job. But their prices have become astronomical so I doubt that I can continue to use their service in the future.

Service itself was fantastic. Scheduling was over 2 weeks out and because of last minute changes to the tech who was on the docket to come out, I didnt know when the service was actually taking place. Thankfully I was home, because like I said the service tech was great. Very informative and helpful.

The technician arrived as promised. I explained to him what had been happening with the switch on the door and he knew exactly what it was. He was polite and knowledgeable. He put in a switch and the lights were back on. We are happy that we took out the extended warranty and plan on keeping it again when this 5 year warranty expires next year.

Preventive maintenance meant the technician only vacuumed under the fridge! Surely they are supposed to do more than that? Verify the temperatures? He did offer to order a water filter for me, costing about $67.00. I found the same filter online for $11.00!!! What a rip-off!

The service repairmen are always pleasant and arrive on time. However, they have been out here 5 or 6 times for the same problem. Our LG/Kenmore refrigerators freezers back wall keeps freezing up. Our extended warranty says if they have been out 3 times, with parts and labor, in the same year, you get a new refrigerator. Our problem is for the first few times they came they did not put in any parts. Then they changed 2 parts and it continued to freeze up. They came back out, saw the ice on back of inside wall and ordered the mother board and a new back panel. Then they ordered the part and rescheduled for the next week. A different technician came out and was very pleasant and installed the parts. It hasnt been long enough to tell if the problem has been fixed. This refrigerator has had the door switch replaced twice and now I lost count at how many times they have been out for the frost build up. I dont think we will get another appliance from Sears. Thankfully, we took out the 5 year extended warrantee!

Basically my request for a repair ended up as no change in the operation of my NEW dishwasher or resolve the problem of my dishwasher not drying the dishes and leaving puddles of water even in the bottom of the dishwasher for weeks later.....it did NOT dry dishes BEFORE a repairman came , and it STILL does NOT dry dishes NOW, even though the heating element does provide some heat and get warm..I still have puddles of water in my dishwasher, 10 days AFTER the dishwasher was last used...and I end up hand drying all my dishes...The repairman stated that its normal with many dishwashers, indicating that Sears sells junk products that do NOT do as advertised....what else could a logical customer think!..so either the repairman is wrong and coud not fix and resolve the problem or Sears is wrongfully selling and advertising their products..its that simple!

The technician arrived early and gave my snowblower a thorough inspection. He showed me where one of the belts was cracking and I agreed to replace it. This most likely saved me from having it break while in use this winter. Very satisfied with the service and the charge.

The Service Tech who repaired my gas grill was excellent & very efficient. A lot of repair was required to the burner system after the regulator failed. Glad that I had a Maintenance Agreement which covered all parts & Labor.

Very nice service people who really want to do a good job. But after the repair something else went wrong and they have to come back - for the third time.The repair did not work again. Fourth visit tomorrow. The individual is a really nice guy. But I either have a lemon or there is something missing in his training. This is getting old.

Our fridge was broken and after calling around for rates, Sears had the best price to come diagnose the problem and with the 20% off coupon they were offering online they also had the best price to complete the repair. The technician was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once he made the diagnosis he had to order parts to complete the repair. Although we had the parts a few days later (they shipped straight to our home) we had to wait a full week before a technician could return to actually make the repair. If it wasnt for that long wait they would be receiving a 5 star rating (when you have a toddler in the house and no fridge for a full week - longer if you count the 3 day wait to get an appointment - that certainly feels like a very long wait!). After the technician returned and made the repair our refrigerator was fully functioning! The coupon saved us $120 and we have a refrigerator so they did the job and we are satisfied. Despite giving you a four hour window of their arrival they also contact you via phone, text, and email when the technician is enroute to your location which is helpful and appreciated. I recommend using Sears for your home appliance repairs.

Unfortunetly they did not fix the problem which still exists. My dishwasher literally falls out of place when unloading dishes. I am at my wits end. I have had nothing but problems since purchasing less than a year ago. The second month something under the dishwasher went causing flooding. The repair man said its not unusual when the weather is cold. Thank fully I was home and had to call the fire dept. Now this and having no results. I have had it. I should recieve a new dishwasher and not and LG. Thats my opinion. I am still paying for this. Thank you

Ordered the extended warranty for my Sears Grill. Repair person came out to see what was needed. Repaired an igniter on the spot and told me he would order replacement grill plates and a panel piece covering the full bottom of the grill. He told me he would have all the parts delivered and when they came, call to schedule installation of the bottom panel. The do-it-yourself parts came. No problem. But the technician never ordered the bottom panel. Never even acknowledged that this was a problem. This started in mid July. Now it is mid-August. I was told that they would not just order the part. They needed to send a technician out to my house again to verify the part that needs to be ordered because the technician never even acknowledged the problem on his work order. The next available appointment for that is mid-September and after that the part could be ordered. This is New England folks. Grilling season is not year-round in these parts. Very frustrating.

NEVER BUY A SERVICE AGREEMENT FROM SEARS. I paid for a service agreement with Sears for my gas grill for 10 years. I only had them service it once during that time. This time I asked them to come and replace certain parts. The service rep told me none of my parts were covered because of age and rust. No matter what I said he refused to service it. I have not been able to get a refund from Sears despite this refusal. They will never have my business on anything ever again.

Sears came to my house. I had already told them during the scheduling process what was needed for the grill. We needed a new grate and new ignighter. Neither of which were fixed. They essentially opened and closed the grill and said its all set. Not happy with grill service!

The service itself is fine, but the administration around it is THE WORST. You get emails and phone calls telling you to call to schedule the appointment. Then you call and the call center has no idea what you called for.In my case, things were REPAIRED, and I was getting badgered with phone calls and emails to call to reschedule. Reschedule what? My Snowblower is fixed now. The repairman said he was done! I wish I could explain how annoying it is -- to go through a 10-15 minute call every time, for no reason. Maddening

I put only one star because the said it was 99 dollars plus the part. and the part was only the ignitor, and they want to charge another hundred and fifity dollars to install it.they is stealing, no thank you, the repair is not worth it for four hundred dollars. and they never mentioned that in the call
