Jared Hayes and his two coworkers showed up when they were suppose to. They did their work in timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The product was installed and looks great. It works as they told us it would.

We bought this house in 2005 and since then we have enjoyed the tremendous services of Comfort Flow Heating and Air-conditioning. They were there for us when our furnace failed. We got a new furnace yes expensive but boy what a difference really makes our home very very comfortable and is much easier to use than to adjust. When the motherboard failed a week after the warranty Comfort flow was there to extend our warranty and save us an extra $1,000. Everything has been fine since. When our water heater was on the verge of failing.. for the last 10 or 11 years... We finally decided to have comfort flow replace it. What an incredible difference. Comfort flow has the nicest people to work with that are efficient and care, really care for their customers. This is a great company taking care of business in the right way... Customers first ‼️

We had a great experience with CFH! Everyone we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The date for installation even ended up being sooner than we thought. Actual installation did take some time (not exactly in and out), but it had to since they had to remove our old AC unit and then install a ductless HVAC system with 2 units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. However, the inconvenience of one day is well worth it! Its been a few months now, the summer temperatures have been up for awhile and we love how cool our house is as soon as we walk in. In fact, whether I was at work or out shopping, I found myself complaining about being hot and wishing I was home!Financially, its not cheap. We actually spoke to them a year ago to get the details, and we decided to wait. Instead we got a portable AC unit and a window unit to help us through last summer. We survived, but it pushed us to really save some money last year to avoid repeating the experience! It really makes us appreciate what we have now. And the utility bill savings is an added bonus every month.

After messing around with other companies that had personnel show up in stained T-shirts and shorts as well as not knowing what they were talking about, we found Comfort Flow. I cant say enough about this company in terms of the service and personnel. We had to replace a geothermal unit in our residential home and worked with the sales rep Kyle to figure out the best unit for our needs. We ended up having them install a Trane heat pump/air handler that works like a charm. I have to say David R. the installer did an excellent and professional install of our system. His assistant Mike was also extremely helpful. I should also mention the electrician Mary was extremely thorough. Everyone cleaned up after the messes they made and they were all very patient with all the questions we had. I would recommend to strangers in the street.

We had a heating and air conditioning system installed. Adam and Gabe were the workers on the job, they were courteous, professional and worked on task. They were always respectful of us as we were in the home the whole time. They always cleaned up and did a great job given the very tight quarters for the installation and the temperature (very hot). They are quality people and workers and I will use Comfort Flow in the future. During the end of the job, two electricians arrived to make the hookups. Fawn and Mary, arrived and immediately went to work and where so professional and efficient. They two were courteous and engaging and great workers.All in all, Comfort Flow and their employees are at the top, none better.

Comfort Flow Heating replaced our complete heating and cooling system last week. I cant stress how impressed we were with how professional, polite, and hard working the two installers are. David Reid and Andrew Evans worked tirelessly for two days completing the job in hot weather, much of it in a small attic space. The comfort flow team did a great job today installing a gas water heater into my older home. We had Comfort Flow install a new high efficiency HVAC system and water heater in our home. The bid was clear and complete. Installers David R., Andrew E. And Mary S. Did a very professional installation. All components fit well into available space and all piping etc. were well routed. The system functions as we were told it would and we are very pleased. The installation took two days and we were only without use of the system for a few hours. The crew were on time daily and clean up was completed at the end of each day. We looked into several vendors before deciding on Comfort Flow for our new heating / cooling system. In the end it came down to warrantee and commitment to taking care of the system through the course of its lifetime. They are not the cheapest vendor out there but with their warrantee and customer service they are well worth the extra dollar. It is hard to put a price on peace of mind. We have only had our new system for a few months now but look forward to the future with Comfort Flow putting its customers at the top.

I purchased a new heating/AC system. I was given several options and price ranges. They were all explained in detail. I got scheduled right away. On the day of installation, they showed up on time, wore masks, protected my floors and made sure they closed the doors when they came and went and were very friendly and polite. It took about a day and a half (2 full days was quoted) to complete the job. They did a great job cleaning up and painting the new cover for the wiring. I really love the new system. It’s so quiet I literally cannot hear it at all. The new thermostat is very modern and WiFi ready. I’ve had Comfort Flow servicing my heating/AC system for 7 years. Well, what a great experience working with these guys. From Jeff Cowley coming out and talking us through our options to the installation guys, David Reid, Trevor Henderson, and Taylor Murders, we had a great experience. Joe Myers and Jordan Adkinson did a fantastic job on the electrical work, and quite quick I might add. The installation guys all had really nice demeanor while in our home, very professional but still laid back enough to have a conversation with you. After 21 years, I replaced my Trane HVAC system (originally installed by Comfort Flow) with a new Trane 4-Ton variable speed Air Handler, 4-Ton Heat Pump, a whole house electronic air cleaner and a new Nexia-Enabled programmable thermostat. Throughout my previous 21 years I had a maintenance contract with Comfort Flow and that service was always professional and thorough. I plan to continue that contract. From the original consultation with Jeff Casley, to the actual 2-day installation by David and Andrew, the process could not have been more professional. This install was a big job and done well. I am very pleased with the results and can already see an improvement in my air quality and temperature control.

The Comfort Flow team just finished a major 3 zone project at our home. Technicians Adam, Taylor and Fawn arrived on time each day, wore protective masks, demonstrated complete courtesy and labored in our stiflingly hot attic for four days. They replaced one of our 17 year old furnaces and its associated A/C unit. I had four companies bid the project and selected Comfort Flow because their solution was the most comprehensive and was presented by sales consultant Kyle, in a manner that showed he had listened to the challenges we presented and was aimed at correcting a number of deficiencies in the old system. It’s important to note that Comfort Flow wasn’t the lowest bid, but their obvious expertise made the choice easy. As I write this from my upstairs office, it’s a comfortable 72 degrees for the first time in 17 years. Adam explained everything they did and taught us how to operate our new state of the art system. These guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day and demonstrated a terrific work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the expert and professional Comfort Flow team. Recently purchased new gas hot water heater from CF. Very smooth and professional installation; David R. and Andrew E. were proficient and easy to work with - great team.

Motor on our unit went out. Short version : they couldnt fix it or get a replacement! After four weeks of living in a cold house. I called another HVAC company who had it fixed in less than 3 hours. This company charges way too much and their techs can only clean filters and.have no knowledge of mechanics. Find another company

This job was converting an all electric house to gas furnace, water heater, and eventually a kitchen stove. Tyler was my first contact. He was professional and thorough with his evaluation of what this conversion would take as the house had no duct system. Getting this done during covid was a challenge and it took longer to get on their calendar than I expected. Once a date was set they were on time. The installation crew were Lynn and Taylor. They worked with me when they needed to but mostly without. Once installed I noticed the duct work effectively blocked access to part of the attic. I mentioned it to them and we came to a solution. Lynn discussed vent locations with me before any cutting began throughout the project. The project took 6 working days and I was pleased with the results.

I would highly recommend Comfort Flow as you will see from my experience. I called Comfort Flow for an estimate on venting a bathroom fan that vented straight into the attic, or so I thought. In discussing the options we decided to have the fan upgraded to include a heater. The fan we were replacing caused to bathroom to be so cold during the winter as the attic air was seeping into the bathroom. We got an estimate and scheduled the work to be done. When our installer came to put the new fan and heater in, he noticed our previous fan had a light and the new fan did not. That was not their fault, I forgot to mention the light so I figured we would make due with the diminished light. The new fan and heater made all the difference. I noticed an immediate difference the new system made in the temperature as it was installed properly unlike the one it replaced. A couple days later I received a call from them saying they neglected to notice the lights until the hole had been cut for the new unit. They said we could take money off the installation or they could put a light in the shower rated for moisture that would add light to the room. I chose to have a light installed. When our installer came out, unknown to me, he had run a wire to the location of the new light in case we chose to have one installed when he had done the previous work. I was amazed at the level of customer service received. I had not expected a light at no charge. I found out the previous fan had been vented improperly and that was the whole reason for the chill in the wintertime. Comfort Flow went above and beyond. I am one very happy customer!

We had to have our old furnace replaced with a new and more efficient one. The electrician Marie and installers David and Taylor were very knowledgeable, and we felt very comfortable having them work in our house for a couple of days. They worked really hard, and were very thorough. It was a great upgrade from a 24 year-old system. Now we have a more efficient and safe furnace that we dont need to worry about for the next 20 years or more!

The whole experience has been very pleasant. No one wants to have to replace their heating and air unit but the people at Comfort Flow have made it an overall nice experience. The person who came out to give us the estimate was honest and told us what we needed without trying to over sell us. I just got a bill for a house my daughter lives in, Cottage Grove area, with her 3 young children. 3 year old unit $11,113. Has leaked all of the refrigerat out twice, the last time was barely a year after the first leak, they blamed it on a valve, but part # wasnt even listed on the $1,100 invoice, because it wasnt really the true problem, not even a week later and it smells like mold, probably didnt evacuate the moister before recharging it. Faulty workmanship, blame it on a valve making it not there fault, and charging full Pop, Greedy, service culture. She said its still not really cold like it was originally.

Two years ago Comfort Flow installed a 97% efficient Trane heating system with additional whole house HEPA air cleaner. It has been a huge cost saving, with improved performance and we always have clean air. Yesterday they scheduled Noah to clean the filters after the Holiday Farm fires / smoke on a last minute cancellation. He was professional, personable and was virtually invisible as he worked. When he left, there was seemingly no trace that he was even there. Other contractors created huge messes that they just left, so this sets this company apart from all others. UPDATE: 12/22/2020, we had our returns all upgraded to full sheet metal ducting to replace the 1950s era cardboard in the joist method. Rob K. was the technician that spent 14.75 hours in our home and left each room in our home in better shape then when he found it. Usually there is something left out of place, a screw left behind, something damaged but Rob treated our home like his own. The extra care was much appreciated.

I had these guys come relocate and install a new gas hot water heater, and install a couple new gas lines for me. David and Taylor showed up on time, were very professional, and did a clean job! I am very impressed how these 2 guys conducted their business and am very pleased with their work! Comfort Flow also installed the gas and complete central system in this house years before I bought it, and its be a VERY good and reliable system. This is a solid company with great employees, I would recommend them to anyone in the area!Update 8/9/2020 after I tried to use them again, this time by calling into the office instead of a sales call scenario:I KIND of recommend Comfort Flow. The actual people who do the work are great; respectful, clean, and do good work. But the office people leave something to be desired. I am not going to play some childish games with adult people about scheduling work and being penalized for not answering the phone fast enough for them (bathroom anyone??). When a customer makes an appointment, simply show up at the scheduled time, in a capitalistic society, the business is bound to the dollar, my dollar does not have to go to your company, its quite sad really because I really want Comfort Flow to do the work since they literally have installed the gas from the ground up in this house, but I can get treated better elsewhere. So its a 50/50 with them, I had to move on because I actually needed the work done.

After almost 30days without heat due to our home warranty company, we contacted Comfort Flow. Comfort Flow was able to replace our gas furnace quickly and efficiently. They made us a priority and that spoke volumes to their quality service. David and Mark were respectful and kind! Great experience!

Had my entire system fail on me. Reached out to Comfort Flow as well as a few other local companies for estimates on a full system replace. Kyle Hampton from Comfort Flow showed up and without skipping a beat climbed in to the attic space to get a closer look. He did all the estimates in my home using his own small printer and laptop. I had the estimates within half an hour. He walked me through every option, explained the pros and cons of each and what would work best for my space. Out of the three companies, Comfort Flows bid did come out a bit more than the others however the customer service, warranty options, as well as the financing options made Comfort Flow the most attractive.When the actual install of the new furnace and AC unit happened it was done within two days, and that included taking the old system out. I left for work both days and showed back up and 5 and couldnt even tell if anyone had been in the house, except for all the shiny new equipment in the attic space and outside. They were very clean and efficient. Thank you, Adam and Taylor! You guys rock.All in all, 5 stars across the board for sales, install, and office customer service from Niki and Kelly. Thank you all!

Everything went exceptionally well. They were able to get out on fairly quick notice, service people were knowledgeable and informative, system works very well. Special thanks to Jeff who went through costs, installation and returned after installation to make sure the system was working properly and offer help setting the system up for maximum efficiency. Overall, we have had a good experience with Comfort Flow. They were recommended to us by people we know and trust. The explanation of the various options was clear, and communication with the service staff has been timely. While the system is still new, thus far it is working very well.Our only issue was that when the system was first installed, there was a problem that took about a week to correct. The service specialist who did so was very helpful, and since this time, weve been very happy with the new unit.

My husband and I were desperate to get gas routed to our 1960s home and install an efficient HVAC and water heater. We went with comfort flow to install a new Trane air conditioner system a little over a year ago and I just had a great impression of Kyle the salesman and i trusted him, they werent the cheapest but i went with my gut. The system works amazing but we recently had a problem with getting mold in the vents so i called and Kyle came out with a foreman named Mike and technician named Taylor. They searched high and low for why we getting mold and couldnt figure it out but Kyle went above and beyond and offered to replace part of the ducts to try to fix the problem and comfort flow would cover it. Now in this time that was huge for my family and I because Coronavirus layoffs has been hard on us and financially were are struggling but they came through in a huge way for us and that just says a lot about this company in my opinion. Want to give a shout out to Nik who serviced my AC and furnace today. He is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. My AC unit was covered in pollen and moss and he made it look and run like new. Nik you rock!!!

Comfort Flow Heating installed the original AC and furnace when my house was built, performed the routine maintenance over the years, and recently replaced the prior system with more efficient and quiet equipment. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. CFH has been keeping our house comfortable for over 15 years and wed never switch!

Great service from beginning to end. The bid process was easy and there was no high pressure or discrediting the competition. We interviewed 3 companies and felt most comfortable with Comfort Flow!Good follow through and good coordination between office staff and their field employees.Our consultant, Zac Gomez was the best. I recently contracted with Comfort Flow to install a new high efficiency electric heat pump system to replace our old gas furnace. Their consultant Jeff Casley patiently answered my unending questions to my satisfaction, making several trips to our house and a final trip to run through all the equipment that was installed. David and Mark did most of the insulation work (others were involved from time-to-time) over the two day period required. They were professional did nice work and left the work area cleaned before leaving. I am very happy with Comfort Flows service.

Zac Gomez was so helpful and knowledgeable! Hes helped a lot of my family and friends with their systems. I appreciate his responsiveness for answering all of our questions. He was also not pushy at all when it came to what we needed. He simply told us about each product and let us make an informed decision! Thank you Zac!

I rarely write reviews. The exception is for the few companies like Comfort Flow that go above & behind in exceptional service & quality. From start to finish, Kyle and his team were attentive, courteous, and focused on getting things right to the last detail. They came back out to check on our happiness multiple times when we had questions, and did more to ensure our full satisfaction more than any contractor we have ever worked with. I could not possibly recommend them more.

This is the 3rd unit that we have had installed by comfort flow, 3 different places. We have always been pleased with their service and pricing has been reasonable. This last installation brought about some poor communication, and some things were done that were not supposed to be. When this miscommunication was brought to their attention, they were more than willing to come back and see what the issue was, and to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is such that we were told we dont care if it costs us another 1500 dollars to fix it, we want you to be satisfied when we are done We were able to reach a mutual understanding/agreement and everything was made right and to our satisfaction.

Everything went well except for when appointment was made was also given an estimate.. That was not what we had to pay.. We had to pay over 120 .00 more..Dont like that it was not honest with what was quoted..Had no time to prepare for it as we waited 2-3 months to get them here in first place..Someone could have called..Feel ripped off.. after talking with company they made things right and am pleased to the service feedback and adjustment..Thank you

David, Rob, Joe, and Jordan installed and wired a complete, new Trane HVAC system for us with cordiality, technical savvy, teamwork, and time efficiency. They turned a 26-year old nearly derelict situation into a silk purse. Consultant, Kyle, made every detail clear for the estimate, equipment specs., and how to take advantage of a finance package made available because of Comfort Flows dealership with Trane. We are extremely happy campers!

Were new to the Coos Bay area and we have found it difficult to get people out in a timely manner to get work done or even do an estimate. This company has been the exception to the rule. They show up when they say they will, they do what they the say they will and every one of them has been friendly and knowledgeable. All done on the agreed upon price to boot. We would recommend these guys to anyone. I was very impressed by the quality of service I received from Comfort Flow. From the moment, I had my initial consultation with Jeff Casley, to the installation with David Reid, Rob Keneipp, Trevor Henderson and Fawn Coultas, I was listened too, respected and all my families needs were taken into account. They worked diligently and efficiently clearly wasting no time and finished the install a lot sooner than anticipated. This is clearly a company with integrity and i will use them from here on out for all of my heating and cooling needs!

I got different bids from three companies. One of them didnt even bother getting back to me. As they also needed to install a gas line. They said it was to complicated. These guys went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them, specially Jeff.

Our experience with Comfort Flow was a true pleasure. From the initial meeting with Kyle Hampton (where we learned about various heat pump and furnace options and financing) to the actual installation a couple of weeks later, everything was SO professional and went so smoothly. We are thrilled with our new equipment and feel confident we will not have to once again deal with an old heat pump unit failing on a 100-degree day in the summer or a 20-degree day next winter.The installation crew was punctual, and worked efficiently so that the job was done by 2:30 p.m. This was especially appreciated in this time of pandemic. Comfort Flow Heating (CFH) did a complete heat pump instillation with ducting. The workmanship was excellent and the system works beautifully.We received several bids and chose Comfort Flow because there wasnt much difference in price, and Zack (sales rep.) was professional and responsive. He also gave us a very detailed bid that let us know exactly what we were purchasing; the other bids left me unsure what I was buying. Once the contract was signed, Zack worked with the City to get us an energy rebate which saved us $800.The installation was done by David, Rob, and Traver. In the week that it took to install the ducting and pump, they were always professional and tidy, removing debris at the end of the day. They also went to great lengths to minimize dust using drop cloths where they installed vents and returns, and vacuumed and swept even when there was no noticeable debris.I normally have reservations about recommending a company or contractor, but everything about my experience with them leads me to highly recommend CFH and their excellent employees.

Our heating system went out, and Comfort Flow was quick to respond that same day. From the service technician, to the Sales agent Zac, and the install team Adam, Mark, and Casey, everyone involved was knowledgeable and kind. Zac explained available financing options, and the experience was flawless. I would highly recommend Comfort Flow to anyone else in need of heating/air.
