I love how patient all the employees were with me. Especially when I was trying to figure out how I was going to pay to fix a severe issue. Not one time did they say anything negative about my financial situation. It took me a couple of days to find the money and their patience was not missed by me. Some mechanic shops can be a bit harsh but not once did I feel like I was being talked down to. And I truly appreciate that! Especially when I had only been able to talk to them over the phone. When I was able to see them face to face when I picked my car up the first thing I noticed was the big fluffy Great Peri laying in the floor. That was all I needed to know I had found the right shop for me. And explained their patience! I can not thank them enough for putting up with me and my bullet wounded Pontiac. Lol. Everyone was so helpful. I first called and spoke with Mark Moore, he gave me all the options and pricing for tires. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn’t ever try to sell me on any particular tire, he asked questions and listened to my concerns and questions as well. When I arrived to the store to have my tires put on his staff was very friendly and he personally came out to meet me. He has a courier service all set up which took me to work and offered to pick me up after. I would highly recommend for all your tire needs.

Went in to get 4 wheel alignment after lowering my car and installing a camber kit. Was able to talk to the tech prior to alignment and figuring out the best setting for my needs. Felt at ease after the discussion because I could tell he was knowledgeable in vehicle suspension system and how to get proper settings for camber/toe/caster. Thats not always the case with other shops doing alignments. They spent the time and got the alignment dialed in perfectly.

Just went here for the first time. They were professional and did a very good job at a reasonable price. It says Tire Pros on the sign, but they work on your car as well. I got an alignment, oil change, a couple minor things fixed. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely the best! I was traveling through town on a cross country trip. The tire pressure light came on in Springfield. I drove to two separate gas stations to add air and their pumps were messed up. I then went to G.L. Moore, without an appointment. I was grateful to have my tires checked, aired, and back on the road in less than 15 minutes! The waiting area was tidy and clean way more comfortable than other tire places! The staff was very friendly! They didnt charge me for the visit. If I could give them 20 stars I would!

We always get great service. They have serviced our company vehicles for many years now and plan to keep using them for years to come. Our vehicles are specialized vehicles and often have sensitive driving equipment in them so many repair facilities will not work on them. We refer all of our customers to G. He put practically new “used” tires on my truck for a very affordable cost, nearly half of what it would cost me to put new ones on when these only had 135 mi on them. My lug nuts were bad and they found used nuts in better condition so they replaced them free of charge. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and social. They knew all they’re clients who walked in the door. As soon as I went in, from phone calls they knew who I was and took care of me right away. I was in and out of there in about an hour.
