Terrible business. Mr. Day took $479.92 from our debit card, but never delivered the Xerox or toner. We called/emailed several times to find out when they were coming as the original ETA had come and gone with no notice.The order was cancelled due to the poor communication (actually no communication). Despite multiple promises of a refund, weve yet to receive it.The owner of this business took off with nearly $500 of our money.
