Wow I really thought if my laptop could be updated it would be a miracle but I just had to take a chance. I called and was there in a matter of 30 minutes. I was met outside with a friendly welcome. Explained what I needed and he actually understood me lol. Unbelievably it was ready the next day and his prices were great WOW someone who really knows his stuff, friendly, easy to find, and very affordable. I am beyond happy !!!

Fred does fast and complete technical work and is very easy to deal wi. Whenever I have a question, hes right there to talk me through whatever my issues are usually by phone unless the problem is more than can be worked out that way.
