Troy did a good job & came to my home to reconnect my equipment. Unfortunately my modem was defective & could not access the internet. New modem received 7/11 from cable co & PC still will not access internet. So another effort will have to be made 7/13 or soon thereafter. Quality & cost so far are good.

My laptop had a cracked screen where only half of it was readable. Troy replaced the screen for a very reasonable price, and very quickly. Works like new.
