They have always taken very good care of us. Even when we call to ask silly questions. They are very professional and always respect our home.

This company gave a good rate on a monthly contract. Once we signed a contract we got very little response from the office. They did recommend about $2500 in repairs, which we did finish. They then tried to charge us $700 for 10 gallons of oil(witch I bought and poured in for $60). When I asked why the quote was so much they said everything for elevators is expensive and they could not lower the quote. Then the next time they came out the tech told me he could replace the exhaust and a gasket on the pump to fix another leak so I asked for a quote. We they got an invoice for a whole new power unit for $10,000. While trying to figure out what to do they came back with another recommendation for another $1200 repair. This is where we ended our contract and had another company fix the $10,000 quote for $2600. The company then sued us for the remainder of a 3 year contract even though we were 4 months into it. I work with several businesses in the area and have heard similar experiences from other them.
