We have a non profit and an expensive required test came up during Covid times. After working with 4 other major elevator companies in town I heard about Inland Elevator when they came into 1 of my businesses doing sales. I had a current elevator problem that I was told could not be fixed and the power unit needed to be replaced. 2 different companies told me this was the case and gave me quotes in the 10s of thousands. I called Inland and they came out the same day and said they could fix the problem for 15% of what these other companies are charging. They came out the next week and repaired the major issue and also fixed some other small things my current elevator company said were too old and could not be fixed(button lights, ect..). We have used Inland for all of our repairs since this incident and will be changing my contract as soon as possible.
