There is a gentleman that works here, who came to our facility this morning with a nasty attitude. Ranting about how he was called at 330 am for an issue we were having with an elevator located in the food and nutrition department. Unfortunately, we could not help him with the questions he had regarding our elevator. We suggested he wait for the Manager of Patient Services. He was unprofessional, abrupt, and spoke to us like we were the dirt beneath his feet. I sure hope for your future customers, you send someone out who has a little more tact.
