New plane, clean, more leg room, more comfortable, missed having a plug in to charge electronics though.

I lost 15hs waiting. I paid 100$ and they just took one bag and they made me pay for the carry on. I lost my bus ticket because of them and If my friend can’t pick me up I will spend the night at Spokane airport. I will never travel with frontier again. I will do my best to tell people my experience and show how bad is this company.
