Received above and beyond service from the absolutely incredible staff at United. We had flight issues that were putting our honeymoon in jeopardy, but the amazing morning crew on 12/12/19 pulled out the big guns and got us to our destination. So blown away by their willingness to serve us well. I hope they entire United team that were working that early morning get the recognition they deserve. Thank you guys!

Very dissapointted in this airline. Nobody helped me for my baggage and it was closed and then I went to TSA to ask an agent for help and everyones disregard for others is absolutely horrifying. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Missed my flight and a time to spend with my family. Not polite at all. Thanks for nothing.
