This place is great! I needed new breaks and rotors and chose to wait for my car in the lobby. The staff was so incredibly friendly and kind to every single person that walked though the door. On multiple occasions, I even heard them giving customers very detailed explanations on what needed fixed on their vehicles and advice on what they should have replaced to save the most money. Felt comfortable with honest pricing. Will definitely be coming back when needed.

Good QualityI had my wheels aligned and tires balanced. They were professional and courteous. They did the best job of anyone else Ive tried. And Ive tried a lot of different places. This was my first visit, but it might be the last place to try. They are a little pricey, but if its done correctly, its worth it.

This place can be trusted. I promise. Good employees make a business and this place shines. I work on my own stuff most of the time but finding time is Getting harder and harder. This is my go to when I dont have the time or some odd tool that Ill use one thats costs hundreds of dollars. They are busy for a reason.

I recently moved to the area and needed a repair shop for my 14YO SUV. Staff is courteous and friendly, very welcoming. Excellent service. They addressed the issue (bad oil pressure switch), checked other areas of concern, and were transparent about the problem, work required, and costs. I am new to the area and have had the same mechanic since before I could drive, so I thought finding someone new would be a challenge. Bennetts Automotive was wonderful. They came as a recommendation to me and now I am passing along the recommendation.

Brought my van in because the brakes were making a high pitched squeaking sound. Left after $800 and guess what was still happening. Brought it in again. They kept saying to me extremely condescending - We cant reproduce the sound but we will replace them because they are under warranty. Ok cool. I guess Im just making up the fact that every person I drive by actually puts their hands over their ears its so bad. Guess whats still happening. I dont want to bring it back to them for a 3rd time because I know Ill remain in the same boat afterwards but I am sick about the money spent.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The electric power steering pump went out and I could not drive my car without getting a painful arm work-out!! My car was repaired in one day and now drives and steers like a champ!! The price was great, much cheaper than what Ford was gonna charge me!! Will use them again and will tell family and friends to do the same!!

I’ve been having car issues for the last year so I’m really happy to finally be working with people that really seem to wanna help me with car issues. I’ll definitely becoming here any time I need repairs.

Went to get a estimate to replace a coil pack and spark plug. The price was double what I eventually discovered another place could do it for. I declined the work and had to pay the diagnostic fee. I expect to pay somthing but it was much higher than I feel it should be. This place will fix whatever you need done, but they are higher priced and kinda want you to get done the amount of work they feel necessary and not what you want done.

My brother in law has used these guys for years, I had to use them this week. Had a leaking sunroof drain putting water in the cab. Dropped off the car Monday afternoon, they had me fixed by Tuesday afternoon at less than half what a dealership made me pay previously. Based on my first (probably not last because I will be going back) visit I reccomended them. Side note, if you have a car with a sunroof do NOT park under trees.

Called 2 other auto shops & they could only get me in the next day. I needed something the same day, as I live an hour away, was in the area for another appointment, & I was nervous driving my car for several miles before being fixed. Bennetts fit me in the very same day. They were very knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. I highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable shop. Was having to travel for the military and had my car start overheating. Checked under the hood and from what I diagnosed it was the water pump. I didnt have the time or tools to fix the issue. I called several different shops around the area and asked about my problem. Bennetts was the one place that was working around a way to not charge me for a tow and had a free diagnostic. They saw it was the water pump and also told me other problems wrong with my vehicle and what is needed to fix them. I only had the money for this problem and they understood but still wanted to let me know. I am very grateful to find a shop that treats customers like family and will put you first. Anytime I come up here in the future or know anyone who does. I will send them to Bennetts. Thank you for everything.

Bobby did an excellent job of fixing my water pump. He should professionalism and was honest about the problems going on with my vehicle. I hope it is a while before I have to see them again but if and when i do i know i can count on them.

My van broke down not too far from the shop. I called at the recommendation of a friend. Two guys came to me to look at my van. They were able to get it to the shop without towing it. They fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. As a single mom, I appreciate that so much. I felt safe and that I could trust them. I did not feel taken advantage of either. Very nice people, but ridiculously priced. $69.99 for an oil change with dexos1 oil?! Ive never paid that much for an oil change in any vehicle in my life.

The air conditioner is not repaired it does not work properly needs to be brought back.

If you need repairs with quality work look no more! My son’s car would not start late night in Nashville. One call to the tow truck for Bennett’s and that‘s all it took. Bobby called early Monday and we discussed the issues. Within hours we had a solution to the problem with a warranty to the work. My son and I are very please with the service and professionalism! Oh, did I say they how nice the tow truck driver was! They have a customer with all my family’s auto needs.

Horrible business, I went there to get an estimate and for them to look at what was wrong with my truck and they tried to charge me 130$. In all of the conversations we had on the phone there was no mention that they were going to charge anything and I never authorized them to preform anything on my truck. I went for them to look and get an estimate on what it was going to cost to fix it and I told them I’m not going to go through with what I needed it done I told them I was going to pick it up on a Wednesday the day after I dropped it off. They told me I couldn’t get it because it was still in the air and I could come it on Thursday. I get there on Thursday and had to wait 30 mins from them just to start putting it back together.

So my check engine light was on in my jeep Cherokee, I had a fuel injector replaced for a flashing check engine light not long before and the mechanic who completed that work quoted me a price of around $300 to fix it all the way. So I decided why not shop around see if I could get it maybe cheaper? I took it to Bennetts and they quoted me $1200! Started talking about this assembly and that valleys, things obviously I knew nothing about. What I did know was the major difference in price. So I declined the work, which they still charged me $140 for the diagnostic, which I figured they would, but I didnt expect it to be more than $100, took it back to the previous mechanic who fixed it for $272. The part he actually replaced was never even mentioned by Bennetts.

We had exactly the experienced hoped for: the staff was friendly, they gave us a quick and accurate estimate, and then a quick and accurate repair. Perfect.

I previously went to a dealership and a Electronic specialist shop to fix electrical issues with my van, at first this place also found difficulty fixing the van, but instead of giving up as the others have done, they persevered until they were able to solve the problem others failed at, thanks for your expertise and going the extra mile, my van’s electrical problems are finally solved. I highly recommend this shop.

I used to love this place but I think they started taking advantage of me and suggesting unnecessary repairs. I spent a lot of money here trying to fix a coolant leak over the course of multiple different repair jobs but they never did get it fixed, but I took my car to a different shop and they got it right the first time.

They were kind and very professional! Very quick service! They gave me a ride back and forth to my apartment and to the shop while my car was in the shop.

They are a good honest mechanic, which is very valuable. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are the only ones we recommend. We also once took our car into them for a problem that disappeared as soon as we took it in. They did not charge us since the problem resolved on its own. I would have expected to be charged for looking at it. That was over a year ago, and the problem has not returned. They also gave us suggestions to watch on my husband’s SUV, since it is older and will eventually need work.

Bobby called me the same day and told me that my brakes looked good and that I still had a long way to go before I needed new ones. He went on to explain the sound I hearing and said they could do new brakes to get rid of the sound, but that I really did not need them. I brought my car in on Friday asking them to look at a leak found when replacing my battery at an O’reilly’s. They came out & confirmed that the coolant was seeping from a radiator hose & said they could replace it. The part would be in Monday & it would take about an hour and a half. I was surprised the part would come in so soon. Took it in at 8 am Monday morning and left the car. My mistake was not asking if the part was in already. I called back around 12:30 after not receiving any news about my car. I was told very quickly that the wrong part had been sent and they were going to get the right one in tomorrow. I said ok & the call ended abruptly. I call back at 8 am on Tuesday asking if the part was in & was told the delivery guy comes between 8:30 and 9:30. Again, after hearing no news, I called back around 12:30 & was asked to hold. After 2 minutes, the call ended. I went to the shop at 1pm to find out what was going on & was ready to leave with my car. I was told that the correct part came in & now the wait was on a mechanic getting back from lunch. I had to be at work 2:30 pm. I get off at 10:36pm. I let them know my schedule & was told the car would be done today, for sure. I told them to call my fiancé because I had to go to work. They called her at 1:50pm saying the car was done. I rush to the shop so I wouldn’t have to inconvenience someone on my way home. They car was not done. I didn’t get my car until 2:20 & was late for work. I will not be using Bennett’s again.

I had some brake issues last summer that Bennett’s looked into for me. The manager, Bobby, did not mince words and beat around the bush. He was effective at explaining what the issue was without using overly technical terminology. He also shot me straight at what needed to be fixed and what should be closely watched/considered for repair in the future. Not once did I feel like he was trying to push something that didn’t need to be done on my vehicle.Fast forward to yesterday where I was having additional brake issues. They looked into the issue and ran a comprehensive diagnostic check on them. The issue was associated with one of the items I opted not to have repair this past summer a faulty ABS sensor. It was just my luck that the issue with the ABS sensor finally gave out right after Christmas. Nevertheless, they were able to fix the issue within a few hours and treated the exchange like a valued customer.Overall, I highly recommend Bennett’s because of their customer service from the shop to the office staff. They genuinely care about doing a great job and making the repair process as pain-free as possible.
