They are genuine, caring & want the best for you. If you have a problem with your aids, they do their best to fix them & get you on your way. Very helpful. All employees have good knowledge about all the types of hearing aids.

Very professional. Dr Stephanie made me feel completely at ease doing something I dreaded. The testing was thorough. The selection of available devices was well explained. The best choice for me was rechargeable. It is wonderful to hear again. I should have done this years ago.

Very individualized care. I lost my middle ear to a benign tumor and therefore had no hearing in that ear. Stanford Hearing fitted me with a cross over device that delivers sounds from the bad ear over to the good hear. I love them.

I have been going to Stanford hearing aids for over 10 years. Kris is very detailed and knowledgeable! I can’t brag her up enough! Being young and wearing hearing aids is hard but it is great to have a place to come where I feel comfortable and taken care of. I am always greeted by a smile at the front desk.
